//Arc 3: Let's Try Helping Heaven!//

At some point in their life, everyone should have at least thought of the questions, "What Heaven is like?" and "What would happen to me when I die?". Unfortunately, these questions will probably remain answered for an undetermined amount of years to come. That's because, the easiest way to get your answer is if you were to die.

However, who's insane enough to 'try' that out, just to find out what is in it for them if they were to die? And, even if someone was insane enough to 'try it out', they wouldn't be able to tell someone else what happened to them, anyway. Thus, these two questions remained as one of the unsolvable mysteries in this planet called Earth.

However, what if someone told you that an individual can go and live in Heaven while still being alive to tell the tale? Only a select few managed to visit that place, but decided to keep it a secret from everybody. If you were to meet and ask them what their impression about Heaven is, there's only one word that they will utter as an answer.

"Paradise... No matter how much I see this, I still think this is so beautiful and sublime," a boy said while looking at the 'heavenly' spectacle before him.

Shin has returned from the human world to live in Heaven for as long as he is allowed to stay. In his arms were boxes and boxes of wrapped gifts that he got from his trip to some stores in Japan.

"Still, thinking back, I should've bought just a few of them. Now, I have some explaining to do to my family once they see me pull out a piping hot tokoyaki out of thin air," Shin murmured.

Remembering that time, Shin couldn't help but smile. At least there was a plus side.

When Shin ran inside the store, he didn't even check what kind of store it was. He just thought that he should get away from his Big Sis Sandalphon as soon as possible. That's why he had no clue what shop it is that he entered.

Well, after looking around for a few seconds, he can kind of guess what this place is. Wherever you look, you'll find boxes that has pictures of robots and different characters like a doll with blonde hair and such.

It could almost be described as a kind of 'Heaven' for otakus. 'Almost' because there is a slight problem with the merchandise. That problem is that, aside from the 'Daimos', 'Voltes V', and 'Dragon Ball' merchandise, there are no other anime that he recognize!

At this point, if Shin was any hardcore otaku, he would probably start to rant and doubt the entire existence of this Universe, completely jumping a few levels. Ignoring the fact that those people should first start doubting their existence, the world, the solar system, and the galaxy, before doubting the existence of the entire Universe itself, Shin just calmly looked around.

'Plastic models, huh. I guess this will be a great gift for Haniel-chan. She's really smart for her age, after all,' Shin thought, thinking about the smile that always adorned the face of his cute baby sister.

"Well, I guess I'll buy some of these for Gab-chan, Raphi-chan, and Tap-chan, too" Shin murmured before proceeding to buy some models that he thought the girls would like.

He didn't buy anything for himself as he wanted to save some money for his experiment. Even though the Seraph Michael could easily fund his project if he were to present a report that seems plausible and sound, Shin opted to first produce some results before presenting the whole idea to the Angels.

He thought that it would be such a cruel thing to give them false hopes. And, there is always the thought that they will just brush him off because he's a kid. With these possibilities in mind, he decided to save up some ria.

While he was thinking about this, he began picking up some items that he thought would be a great gift to his siblings and friends. He also decided to buy one good looking robot to examine. Now that he's planning on learning new things like blacksmithing and such, it wouldn't hurt to study more subjects like engineering and such. Who knows, he might just get an idea from it in the future.

While he was taking the box of plastic model, a small hand suddenly stopped him dead on his tracks. This small hands belongs to what seems to be a little girl who is emitting a similar aura to Rias when he first met her.

"Ummm... Do you mind if I have this model? Please~. It's the last one so..." the little girl asked while looking up at him.

The girl was slightly smaller than him so she had to look up if she wanted to have eye contact with him. Seeing her asking so politely, Shin just nodded and said,

"No problem. I guess you wanted it since you need it for your collection?"

"Ah! You understand me!? Yes! I wanted to collect all these mechas! This is a new model so I still don't have it, but now, I can have one!" the little girl replied with fervor.

Shin just nodded upon hearing her words, totally understanding what the girl mean. After nodding, Shin directed his gaze at the girl.

The girl has a very European-ish descent appearance. Like Rias, she has unblemished white skin, adorable face which suggests that she will grow up to be a beauty in the future, blonde hair with some green tints, and her unique pink colored eyes. No matter how you look at her, the girl is definitely one of those adorable little ones.

While Shin was looking at her, the little girl was also examining him and his appearance. She was too focused on the plastic model earlier that she didn't have the time to register the appearance of the boy in front of her. When she saw his appearance, she was quite shocked.

'Such a peculiar appearance for a human. Ah, mother did say that special humans have a different appearance. He's definitely special since he understands my hobby!' the little girl thought inwardly.

Meanwhile, Shin woke up from his reverie and immediately bowed to apologize.

"Sorry! I was looking at you quite rudely," Shin said.

It's his second, no, third time that he met a otaku girl. Rias, Sandalphon, and now, this girl. Previously, he can only talk about these kinds of things with Metatron so it is kinda surprising to meet multiple otakus. Most importantly, they're girls!

In his memories, otaku girls are quite rare. They're considered as some kind of rare animal when perverted male otakus were to have the knowledge that one specific girl is an otaku. They're like a pack of hungry hyenas when they meet an otaku girl, even if it's just through internet.

"Nnn, no need to bow! I should be the one bowing since you allowed me to have this model!" the little girl said.

"Hmm? Is that so? Well, you're welcome, I guess?" Shin said unsurely.

"Hehehe, now, I have another model in my collection!" the little girl said as she laughed.

"Ah, by the way, let me introduce myself. My name is Shin Flammia Tenma. You can call me Shin!" Shin said energetically while smiling brightly.

"Un! Nice to meet you, Shin! My name is Seekvaira Agares! My friends call me Seek! Nice to meet you, Shin-san!" the girl, now named Seekvaira, said.

"Mm, so you're Seek-chan!? Got it!" Shin replies matter of factly.

He then paused as if he remembered something.

"Seek-chan, do you have something to do right now?" Shin asked

"Mmm? No? I don't have anything in mind. My maid is over there to watch me so I can stay here for a lot longer!" Seekvaira replied.

She still wanted to buy some more toys that she saw on an anime that she watched, after all.

"That's great! Wanna come with me? Let's go buy some more toys together! I also wanted to have the opinion of a girl!" Shin said.

Seekvaira didn't think much as she thought that it would be fun to go shopping with someone who have the same interests as her.

After that conversation, Shin and Seekvaira - along with Seekvaira's maid - started to walk around the store and bought all the things that the two of them fancied. Shin would occasionally ask Seekvaira for her opinion about the girl stuffs while he conversed with the girl happily during their shopping.

Their topic was mainly about the mecha anime's and Shin's interest in drawing. So, he told her his ideas of creating a manga about mechas, knights, and magic.

Upon hearing his ideas, Seekvaira's excitement continued to rise. This is even more evident because Shin could somehow see that some imaginary stars appeared in her eyes. She's also looking at Shin as if he was someone she should admire.

"Shin-san! No, Shin-sama! Are you a God!?" Seekvaira asked fervently.

"Eh? A God? No? Why do you ask?" Shin replied, absolutely confused.

"Because... You can come up with such an idea! You should definitely draw that manga! Then, send it to me!" Seekvaira said while holding Shin on his shoulder and shaking him back and forth.

"Stop... shaking... me... Seek-chan!" Shin said before holding down the high tension Seekvaira.

"I'll send it to you once I finished it! For now, you can go ask Rias-chan about the manga I gave her," Shin added

"Eh? Rias-chan? You know Rias, Shin-san?" Seekvaira asked.

"Mmm, I met her a few months ago. I gave her a manga that I personally drew so you can go ask her if you can read it," Shin replied.

"Manga!? Yes! I'll go ask her when I get home!" Seekvaira said.

"Yosh, yosh. Relax, let's go buy more stuffs! Why don't we go to the food court and buy something to eat?" Shin suggested while patting the little girl's head.

Seekvaira visibly calmed down when Shin patted her on the head as she even squinted her eyes in comfort.

"Mmm, let's go, Shin-san," Seekvaira said.

Midway through their shopping spree, the extremely eye catching trio caught the attention of many passersby. Even though people with different colored hairs are quite common here, it is still quite surprising to see some kids having such different hair colors. In their eyes, it was quite unique.

Some a.d.u.l.ts even had the urge to come up and pet the two children as they were just so cute. They look like they're having fun, walking around while smiling happily. They also found it quite peculiar to see a maid accompany them.

However, the trio didn't only garner the good kind of attention. They also garnered the attention of those criminals who are now approaching them with evil grins on their vicious looking faces. It would scare almost any normal child that they were to encounter just because of their appearances. However, 'normal' is not something that can describe these two children at all.

"Heh, heh. Oujou-chan and you, boyya. Why don't ya hand over yer goods ta us? Maybe we will let you off if you do," the mad who seems to be the leader said.

He also tried to come near, even attempting to reach out on the maid's c.h.e.s.t. However, the maid dodged his hands skillfully.

"Heh, this girl is playing hard to get. Well, whatever, just hand us the money and we'll let you off," the man said with a shit-eating-grin plastered on his face.

However, contrary to what he's saying, he's looking at the maid and even Seekvaira with a l.u.s.tful gaze. His gaze disgusted Shin, making him unconsciously leak out the una.d.u.l.terated animalistic aura that is suppressed within him.

This aura made the group of ugly looking men shiver as they looked at Shin in horror. Even Seekvaira's maid looked at Shin like she is seeing a monster. She's an experienced fighter. Even though Shin unconsciously didn't let his aura cover both her and Seekvaira, she can feel the scary atmosphere that is surrounding Shin.

Seekvaira, on the other hand, didn't even panic as she watched the ugly looking men with stars in her eyes. In her mind, she is thinking,

'Is this the legendary 'cliché encounter' that I've seen multiple times in the animes!?'

She wasn't really scared of these people. Her maid could instantly annihilate these humans if she ordered her. However, she didn't really want to create a scene here, if possible.

While she was thinking about something like this, Shin had already made his move as he approached the criminals slowly. He didn't notice it yet but his intimidating atmosphere has increased in intensity after he trained under Vasco Strada.

"You... What did you just say?" Shin asked with a very uncharacteristic cold tone that sent chills running down the backs of the group of men in front of him.

"W-We... w-well..." the leader faltered, feeling the atmosphere that the brat in front of him is emitting.

His instincts are telling him that this kid is bad news. He wanted to run but his pride kept him in his place, not wanting to lose to a kid.

"You're... not gonna leave, huh. Then, let me teach you a lesson that you will never forget," Shin said coldly.

He sprinted at a scarily fast speed towards the leader and delivered a side kick to the leader's unguarded flank. Then, he delivered a spinning kick towards his other flank, twisted his body in a 180° and delivered another kick on the man's stomach.

He made sure to not injure him fatally but he is sure that this guy will end up in the hospital for 6-9 months. He didn't want to kill someone so openly just because they provoked him. Teaching them a lesson is fine. However, if someone were to cross his bottom line, he will show no mercy towards them. He will absolutely decimate that said person without a shred of hesitation.

'Besides, the Angels might scold me if I did something like that just because they provoked me. Mom might just...' Shin shivered at the thought of his mother, Murielle, getting angry at him.

It wouldn't just end with him being scolded. With that thought in mind, Shin started to incapacitate all the enemies around and left them tied up using their pants in a curling position. He let them rest their backs on the ground, making their ugly asses exposed.

After that incident, the trio continued on their journey. The maid became alert towards Shin but that's not the case for her young miss. Seekvaira became even more curious towards Shin as she started to ask Shin about things pertaining his martial prowess and such.

It seems that she got curious on something other than mechas.

By the time they ended their shopping spree, Shin found himself carrying a bunch of stuffs. Well, it's not like it could make a dent on his entire savings but still, the quantity was large.

However, he didn't mind that. The time he had here was really fun. After leaving the Ninja Village, he was thinking of relaxing for a while but it looks like that was not needed anymore. He had time to relax, spending time with a girl who he just met today. And, surprisingly, he got along with her extremely well.

"Looks like we have to go home now, Seek-chan," Shin said while looking at his new friend.

"Mmm, it was fun!" Seekvaira said while smiling from ear to ear.

Shin was dazzled by this innocent and cute smile that he had to pause for a few seconds before he was able to regain his bearings.

He smiled back to her, giving her the best smile he can muster and said,

"Yes! It was really fun! Let's do this again next time!"

"Un!" Seekvaira replied while nodding her head, still smiling cutely.

"Then, I'll see you again, Seek-chan! Oh, right! Please give this address to Rias-chan too! I forgot to give it to her. Send me a letter once in a while, okay!?" Shin said.

"Yes, yes. Go now, go! Hehehe," Seekvaira said playfully.

"You! Ha... Anyway, see you again~!" Shin said.

Saying his farewell one last time, Shin dashed out of the store, carrying the goods that he bought.

After Shin left, a magic circle appeared in front of the maid and Seekvaira, revealing a woman who has almost identical features with Seekvaira. She looked at the gradually disappearing back of Shin and said,

"It seems like you had fun, my dear."

"Yes, mother! I made a new friend! Hehehe!" Seekvaira replied.

"Umm... Young miss, Madame Agares... Are we going back to the mansion now?" the maid of Seekvaira asked.

"Mmm? Yes, let's go! Hehehe, I'm really happy that I have a new friend now," Seekvaira said.

"Umu, I came here to do just that, anyway," the woman said with a smile before waving her hand.

The three of them then vanished after being enveloped by a magic circle.

Before going back to his Big Sis Sandalphon, Shin first entered an alleyway and called out Lilian who is currently inside the realm. He asked her if she can change her appearance somehow and she just responded with a cute, "Wa-Fu!".

Then, Lilian's appearance changed into that of an Alaskan Klee Kai. It was a small breed of dog that looks like a german shepherd. In the little fox's case, it had a snow white fur and golden eyes.

Shin nodded at this transformation, inwardly praising the talent of the little fox in transforming. He then took her in his arms and proceeded to look for his Big Sis Sandalphon. It didn't took him long to find her as she was a bit too conspicuous.

After returning to where he left his Big Sis Sandalphon, he found her attracting so much attention by juggling what seems to be a knife. She was shouting something about it being a ninja trick but Shin thought otherwise.

"Isn't that something that a clown or a circus performer does?" Shin murmured.

"Wa-fuuu," Lilian said with a nod.

Not wanting to also be the center of attention, Shin waited for this troublesome lady to finish her act before approaching her. Approaching now would just bring disaster to him.

"Everyone! Look at this! I'm juggling six knifes using one hands! This is a special secret ninja technique, you know?" Sandalphon shouted.

"Ohhhh!" everyone exclaimed.

It took a few more minutes before Sandalphon finally decided to end her show. Shin was somewhat relieved that he didn't have to wait for long.

Approaching Sandalphon, Shin said,

"Big Sis Sandalphon, why don't we go home now?"

"Oh, you're right! I was so absorbed performing that I didn't notice the time! Hehehe" Sandalphon replied before closing her eyes and conjuring a teleportation magic circle.

'Finally, I'm gonna be meeting them after a long time again,' Shin thought.

Then, a bright light engulfed the three of them as they vanished from their previous location.
