All Hokage in Chat Group

"Tsunade-Sensei, please assist him in the operation," Ryan directed respectfully. "Second Hokage, provide him with a Senzu bean as well," he continued, fully aware that Sasuke would need time to acclimate to this new ocular power.

Acting upon Ryan's instructions, the individuals in the room sprang into action. Tsunade adeptly combined Healing Jutsu with her expertise, deftly removing Sasuke's original eyeballs while Naruto observed in disbelief at the abrupt and direct procedure.

"Be careful Granny Tsunade."

Fortuitously, Tsunade's Healing Jutsu stopped bleeding the instant the eyes were extracted. She took the Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan from Ryan's hands and inserted them into Sasuke's eye sockets. She was employing Healing Jutsu again to attach the new eyes with Sasuke's eye nerves.

On the adjacent side, the Second Hokage took out a Senzu bean and fed it to Sasuke. The potent effects of the Senzu bean were swift, facilitating Sasuke's near-instantaneous recovery. The combination of Itachi's eyes and tortures in Tsukyomi, again and again, had transformed Sasuke's Sharingan into the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Considering Sasuke's personality, there was a concern that he might feel invincible once more. However, Sasuke had grasped the situation fully by this point, curbing any impulsive actions.

Simultaneously, Tsunade and Kakashi of this world now recovered from their coma, hastened to join the gathering. Witnessing the Tsunade duo before here, the Tsunade from this world was understandably bewildered. Seeing the First and Second Hokage once again was surreal for her.
