One day.

During the break between classes, Morgan asked Almark this.

"Almark, do you know about Lord Boluk's statue in the garden?

Lord Boluk?

Almark frowned.

"Sir Boluk... who is he? I don't think I've ever heard of it."

"What? You learned it in class... last year's story. I wonder if Almark was still at the academy."

Think about it, Morgen. Almark grunts, "Hey, garden."

"I haven't seen that garden properly, but I think there were a lot of stone statues."

"Yeah, there are a lot of them. Sir Boluk's statue is in the maze."

"Ahh....."

Almark nodded.

The vast garden that runs from the main gate of the Academy to the school building is maintained by many gardeners.

The garden where Almark walked with Jed on the first day. The garden is hidden in the shadows of the trees and cuts off, but it continues very close to the dormitory.

When leaving the dormitory for the city, many students use the shortcut through this garden rather than going to the school building.

Its central part is a symmetrically complicated pattern of adult back implantation, and the trail that follows it is like a maze.

And before leaving the maze, there were certainly interesting stone statues such as scholars and magicians wearing robes.

This garden is said to be a remnant of what was once the site of the lord's mansion that ruled the island of Nork.

Speaking of which, Almark remembered.

The name of the former lord was certainly Sir Boluk.

"I remember. This island is now under King Galai's control, but I donated it to the King."

"Yes, Sir Boluk."

Morgan nodded well.

I knew you heard Almark too.

"Sorry, sorry. I didn't come out long ago."

Almark reflected in his heart, apologizing to Morgan. Too much knowledge packed in and not yet neatly organized in my head. I can't say I remember or understand this.

"So, what happened to Sir Boluk?

In response to Almark's question, Morgen suddenly hid his voice and made a serious expression.

"That's all I'm talking about..."

What a waste.

Slightly dazed Almark.

Morgan shakes his head, no, no.

"Don't tear it up. I'm serious."

"Okay, okay. So?"

Lord Boluk's statue.

"Yeah."

"At night, you talk."

Morgan looked at Almark's face without saying anything about it. As for Almark, there is nothing to answer.

"Yes, it is."

Morgan looks completely dissatisfied with Almark's reaction.

"Eh, Almark, you're more surprised and scared."

"No, even if they say so...."

Almark scratches his head.

"Is this like a ghost story?"

"You bet!

Morgan's loud voice brought Nelson, Wendy, and Lilty together, saying, "What's wrong?" and "What's wrong?"

"What's the matter, Morgan? What are you talking about?

I'm gonna ask Wendy, and Morgan...

"Perfect. Everybody listen to me! Almark doesn't have a relationship at all."

and turned to Almark again.

"Look, just imagine. In the middle of the night, in a dark garden that is not popular, you hear someone whispering. Almark, you listen to that voice and wonder who's talking inside the garden. Apparently, I hear voices coming from the back of the maze. It's a maze that can get lost, and it's dark at night. As you struggle and get lost everywhere, you gradually approach your voice. [M] And through the maze, we have reached the Lord of Voices! The moment you thought....."

Morgan cuts the words, makes them for a long time, and then continues to speak.

"There's nobody there. However, only Lord Boluk's statue is quietly hovering....."

Ooh.

and Nelson shouted and Wendy clapped. Lilty closed her ears and walked away in the middle of Morgan's story.

"It's like I've seen it with my own eyes....."

Almark said.

Is this Morgan's story?

"What are you talking about?"

Morgan has an extraordinary face.

"I don't have the courage to do that. I heard it from a group of guys."

"What are you talking about?"

Nelson shouted.

"I thought you were talking about Morgan. Then you heard the statue speak."

"Why should I be alone in such a terrible sight?"

"Don't say that.... but I'm curious about that story."

Nelson's eyes are sparkling.

Nelson is a very carefree, undressed boy, but probably leaves a childish face compared to other classmates.

I know that Morgan's suspicious story tickles his boy's heart.

"Hey, let's all go see Lord Boluk tonight."

"I don't like it."

Morgan answered immediately. It is a way to refuse without a body or lid.

"I don't know who likes to go to such a scary place."

"What is it, you told me? That's boring. Almark and Wendy are going, aren't they?

"No, I'm not that interested....."

"Me too....."

When Almark and Wendy refused to stand up, Nelson dropped his shoulders.

"Wendy can't help it... Almark, I thought you'd understand this man's romance."

Sorry, Nelson.

Almark apologizes. Honestly, it's more of a daily exercise now than a ghost story. I'm sorry about Nelson, but I don't want to waste my meditation time.

"Okay. I can't help it. I'm going alone and I'm going to reveal my voice."

"Eh, it's dangerous."

Wendy rushed to stop at Nelson's words.

"It's okay. The garden, anyway, in the woods at night? There's a front gate a little further, and the guards are packing it up. It's not dangerous."

Nelson is confident.

"I'll be there tonight. Wait and see what your voice really is."

When Almark saw Wendy, Wendy also gave up looking at Almark and shook her head in the face.

The next morning, when I met him at breakfast, Nelson's face was earthy.

"Nelson, you look really pale. Are you okay?"

When Almark called out, Nelson saw Almark with congested eyes.

"Almark... Morgan was right."

Huh?

"I heard a voice from the back of the maze... and when I went, there was only a stone statue of Sir Boluk. There was nobody there....."
