Attack On Titan: Alternate

Aria was now sitting with a mixture of cadets at a table talking and resting. She was chatting with a few people from other squads who seemed really happy to be in the vicinity of her.

Suddenly, a cadet with dark brown hair called out, "so, how many Titans did you guys get?" This got some people bragging on how they got 1 or 2 Titans. Now the only person who didn't say anything was Aria. They all turned to her and asked "what about you?"

Aria scratched her cheek and said "5" However, this was not the actual number, it was 10. Still, they freaked out hearing that. "Now way, that many?"

"That's impossible!" Other similar comments were thrown out, while Aria just sat there waiting. She couldn't find Annie so she kept quiet.

Meanwhile, in a alleyway, the trio where talking about Eren. Reiner was looking at them and seeing what they would say "Eren is the 1st but what about the founding Titan?" Bertholdt didn't seem to know anything so he kept quiet. Annie looked over and said "I think he has both, i dont have definite proof though." Both of them looked over to Annie and had questioning gazes. "Don't look at me like that!"

They talked about how to capture him and take him back to Marley. It was mostly taking him away during one of the excursions outside the wall or during the night. Reiner interjected and said that it would be easier to get him when outside the walls. They both agreed and went back to what they were doing. Annie went to find Aria while the 2 went off and did their own thing.

meanwhile, Eren was being interrogated by the garrison Captain. It got pretty emotional. Something like, if Eren was on the Titans side or Humanity's. It ended in him firing a cannon at the trio. Eren saved them by transforming and using a arm to stop the cannon ball.

After the transformation, the smoke rose over the town and attracted the attention of many people. Looking up, Aria found it and wanted to investigate. She stood up and looked in the direction of the smoke and jumped up onto the roof.

Seeing the trio inside of the corps of the titan was quite an interesting site, especially the garrison soldiers around it. Thier eyes showed fear, Kitz Weilman, however, started to raise is hand. The trio started to get nervous. Before he could signal to fire again, someone stopped him. Turning around he saw Commander Pixis.

"Commander, What are you doing?" he said with surprise.

"Now, now. Don't be so hasty." Pixis let go of his arm and looked towards the trio. He squinted his already nearly closed eyes and signalled them to come over, they simply nodded and timidly walked over.

They didn't know what was going to happen, so they followed Pixis up onto the walls. Eren was still struggling about what had happened to him. Mikasa and Armin looked over to him and followed.

Once up, they all looked towards Pixis. They didn't know what was going to happen but it seemed important.

Pixis looked and them and quickly took a swig of alcohol from a small flask in his hand, "At the moment we have no way of defending our selfs against the Titans from advancing. However, I believe I found a quicker way. With the current situation, we could use Erens ability to block up the hole in the wall with a large bolder." The people around him looked at him as if he was crazy.

Looking around he could only helplessly laugh "If you look, around 200 metres away from the hole is a large rounded boulder which could be picked and placed over it to block it. If we achieve that, we would have actually pushed back the Titans instead." The soldiers agreed with commander Pixis' thoughts and turned to face Eren. Although his ability seemed to transform him into a Titan, he wasn't actually killing people so it felt safe to do it.

Commander Pixis looked around and nodded. "I will set up the plan, everyone else get down and defend the town from the incoming Titans. Everyone quickly saluted and went down.

Now only left with Commander Pixis and a few other higher ranking officers, he looked towards the trio. "So can you do it?"

Eren looked at him hesitantly but after some thought nodded. He saluted and said "Yes! If it's for humanity, I could do it" Pixis nodded at his attitude and left.

Arming looked to his friend and said "Eren, Are you ok?" Eren simply nodded "Everything should be fine" Mikasa didn't say anything but felt a sense of foreboding.

Aria was on the roof of the house while all of this happened. All the cadets at the moment suddenly got a call to appear in the large public square. She followed behind everyone and heard some things from them.

"Apparently It has something to do with the large hole in the gate?" One said "Really, I thought it would be something about getting us out of here" The first one who spoke heard this and laughed "Ahahah, I've never heard anything so funny. Are you stupid, why would they let us go before the citizens."

Aria heard this and agreed to what the cadet was saying. If anything, they would just be put to work killing Titans and cleaning up the corpses of the mission succeeded.

But she didn't feel that she would get to clean up corpses. Something worse would happen. Aria refrained from using her future sight ability because it sucks the fun out of being alive and going thought life with unpredictable outcomes.

Once she reached the square there were many people lined up. She looked around but didn't see Annie it the others. She furrowed her eyebrows but didn't get worried. If Annie would be In trouble, she could just transform and get out. After reassuring herself, she listened into to what the plan would be.
