Blood was oozing from the angry Long Qiong, he couldn't believe that he had been hurt for the first time in this tournament and now he wanted revenge, so Long Qiong circulated his Qi essence and instantly disappeared once more. Like wise, Long Lao Er also circulated his Qi essence and disappeared like his opponent.

Now sound explosions could be heard from time to time as cracks appeared on the arena's floor. For cultivators on and below the Qi Condensation Realm it looked like both opponents had disappeared but for cultivators above the Qi Condensation Realm it was a different situation.

Agressive and unpredictable flurry of kicks and punches were being unleashed by Long Qiong against the explosive short range punches and kicks from Long Lao Er making it an impasse between this 2 opponents.

While low level cultivators were shocked because they couldn't see anything, cultivators above the Qi Condensation Realm were closely following the fight with the same astonishment. On the royal booth, Long Suanni's golden pupils were moving left, right, left, up, up, down. Unlike her parents and any other high level cultivator who didn't needed to move in their pupils that much, because they could follow this fight more easily.

The Dragon Queen with a calmed expression was following the fight. Her assessment was that although they looked like both opponents were at an impasse, slowly but steady was Long Qiong starting to overwhelm Long Lao Er.

A gloating expression was shown by Long Qiuniu. He knew that as long as the fight continued as it was being developed, his son would advance to the final. Long Qiuniu would be just one step away from fulfilling his plan. As long as his son became champion, Long Qiuniu's plan would come to fruition.

Back in the battle, both Long Lao Er and Qiong were moving at an extreme fast speed as they exchanged punches and kicks. Unfortunately for Long Lao Er due to his opponent being on a higher level; his opponent had a higher defense. Because of that Long Qiong could better resist Long Lao Er's attacks and because of that, Long Qiong didn't have to concentrate too much on his defense and therefore he could focus more on his attacks.

Opposite to his opponent, Because Long Lao Er had a lower level, his defense was less powerful making him have to focus more on his defense, rather than in his offense.

In conclusion, Long Qiong was starting to overwhelm Long Lao Er, harassing him with his attacks while Long Lao Er could only defend.

Noticing this big inconvenience, Long Lao Er decided to circulate some external Qi essence, allowing him to increase his speed above his opponent's speed. It was time for him to use his Dragon Sealing art. Still due to the disparity between both opponents power, Long Lao Er was only able to just seal a couple of his opponent accupoints. And even though his opponent had, had a few of his accupoints sealed, Long Qiong's Qi essence started to stager.

Shocked by this new course of events a calm expression on Long Qiong was present. Although Long Lao Er's speed had increased, Long Qiong didn't panic. Long Qiong circulated more Qi essence and started just sending flurries of explosive punches and even though Long Lao Er was faster, Long Qiong still managed to connect a couple of punches before he tiredly returned back to the center of the arena.

Exhausted and with almost no Qi essence, both opponents looked at each other. Long Lao Er noticed that Long Qiong was out of breath trying to absorb more Qi essence to recuperate, so this was his chance to finish this battle.

Long Lao Er circulated all his left Qi essence and unleashed his Supreme Ascending Rozan Dragon art. But before the Dragon could even appeared, small explosions happened on his meridians, knocking him down.

With a wantonly expression, Long Qiong told him.

"You thought that your cheap tricks would work on me, trash? It was you who felt for my trap!! Hahaha!!"

Ready to finish him, Long Qiong slowly got close to Long Lao Er as he wanted to sabor his victory as slow as possible. At this point everyone thought it was over for Long Lao Er. Everyone but 2 people, Long Fuxi and Suanni.

While Long Suanni kept encouraging him, Long Fuxi could notice the external Qi essence healing her pupil.

With a smile on his face, Long Lao Er's hurt meridians were being healed and nurtured by the external Qi essence, finally he gathered the external Qi essence using what was left from his internal Qi essence and once more unleashed a Supreme Ascending Rozan Dragon art.

A magnificent Dragon made out of Qi essence like no one had ever saw since Long Lao Er's first battle in the preliminaries appeared to everyone's surprise. So far Long Lao Er had been trying to follow Long Fuxi's advise of not stressing his meridians by using external Qi essence, but there was nothing he could do to win, but use the external Qi essence to beat out a much stronger opponent.

Shocked by the sudden appearance of the Dragon a dumbfounded Long Qiong got paralyzed in disbelief

and due to him lowering his guard, he was directly hit by the art, seriously injuring him.

Long Qiong was really lucky that he was still fully covered by a layer of Qi essence, if not he would already be dead and he was also lucky that due to Long Lao Er had little internal Qi essence, he could scarcely use external Qi essence.

Now Long Qiong felt humiliated. He had never been beaten this badly by anyone, so even if he died, he had to kill his opponent.

"You're courting death!!"

Long Qiong remove his earring hanging from his left ear and started absorbing and circulating Qi essence.

A storm of Qi essence was forming around Long Qiong. At this point Long Lao Er had a bad feeling as little by little, Long Qiong's cultivation started increasing.

To everyone's shock, Long Qiong broke through between the Qi Condensation Realm into the Qi Foundation Establishment Realm. Bit by bit, Long Qiong's level grew, from bottom of the first level to top of the first level, to bottom of the second level until it stopped at the top of the second level of the Qi Foundation Establishment Realm.
