"Right then now that is out of the way, let's begin shall we. The first item we have for you today is 9 low tier qi replenishing pills that were refined by our very own pill refiner using the pill recipe that we obtained, the starting price is 3000 gold per pill"

15 minutes later all 9 pills where sold for 45,000 gold thinking about it Ren thought that to commoners it probably seemed like a lot but for cultivators it wasn't a big sum to pay for something that could help them break through especially if you factored in that they could kill spirit beasts and sell them for much more, provided they had a strong bloodline unlike the one Ren had obtained although it was rare for it to occur some normal animals could obtain a chance to become spirit beasts.

Thinking about it now Ren found it strange that there where two spirit deer in such a close area, perhaps there was a treasure somewhere by a herd of deer near the city it looks like when he had cultivated to a high enough level he should go and explore outside the city.

Snapping out of his thoughts, he heard the auctioneer announce the saint herb, thinking that they had a tier 5 saint herb he was quite amazed although it was only the one he thought that in such a secluded place they shouldn't be getting many if not any saint herbs perhaps there really was fortuitous encounters waiting to be discovered if he went to the south exit into the deep forest.

With a starting price of 100 qi crystals, a lot of people where amazed who could afford such an exorbitant price, however, the people who actually had a vast amount of knowledge knew that this was only the beginning. Just 20 minutes later the price reached 20,000 qi crystals something only the 3 great clans could afford or the city lord himself.

"Hearing such a price would surely drive those pill kings from my previous lives mad, after all saint herbs such as this one would cost them at least 100 saint crystals which is equivalent to at least 10,000 spirit crystals or 1,000,000 qi crystals and that's only if you could obtain a good rate to trade them at but who would trade 1 saint crystal for 1000 spirit crystals" thought Ren... "oh well there isn't much I can do about it anyway I have no crystals to trade"

Looking at Ren not even bat an eye Luanne was shocked to her core, as he was here for his master there was no doubt that his knowledge of pill refinement wasn't low, but did he not even put a tier 5 saint herb in his eyes? If this was the case then would he only attempt to buy tier 9 saint herbs?

After waiting for a hour the item he was here for the qi stones, starting at 5,000,000 gold Ren started placing bids on all 20 of them, winning them all for about 90,000,000 gold which was nothing to him after months of the elixir selling it had started to drop in price but still added up to a fortune that could last for generations but he planned on spending it quickly because he had no use for it in the grand scheme of things.

After 5 minutes someone arrived in the room holding the qi crystals in a jade box opening it up showing Ren after he saw that they where all there he told Matt to take out the gold and to store the qi stones in the ring.

An hour later Ren started to get bored and contemplated leaving just as he was about to something caught his eye, in fact, if he just left he could have regretted it for the rest of his life this was something he had to obtain.
