Chapter 7: Yun Weizhi's Shocking Revelation

Hearing Yun Yao challenges him, Bai Chi was angered. He was just talking with the other seniors about how weak the heir was and only entrusting it to a small girl while boasting that if it was him, then the Yun Sect would have already prospered.

Bai Chi stared back at Yun Yao as he arrogantly pushes his c.h.e.s.t, "You want to fight me? With your cultivation that is just at the 2nd level Body Refinement Realm?"

The others who heard what he had just said look at him, their faces all revealed contempt as they can see that Bai Chi is older than Yun Yao by several years and yet he was here being arrogant to the one younger than him.

Yun Weizhi who was looking at the side find it really funny, his name perfectly fits him like it was meant to be his name in the first place. It can already be considered a miracle for him to reach this far relying on that level of intellect he has.

He looks at Yun Yao who was on the verge of exploding just with the look and the small boasting words of Bai Chi. Yun Yao needs some training to help her keep calm in this kind of situation.

Yun Yao was now very angry, not because the other guy was being arrogant but because of his looks that as if everything that is happening around him is just nothing at all. He is wearing that smug smile of his that gave her the urge to punch him in the face.

"Take back what I said? Oh! You mean when I said that, young master Yun Weizhi will be weak forever and will be only a useless person who knows a lot?" Bai Chi said arrogantly. Not even knowing the weigh of the words he had just said.

In the Yun Sect, it was a great taboo to insult a direct descendant of the Yun family, especially the only heir. Despite not having any cultivation, Yun Weizhi's intelligence is unparalleled among his peers, so he will still become the head in the future.

But Bai Chi didn't think of that or rather, he can't think of anything that complicated as a simple-minded person like him, who only cares about his face, he is not even aware that there are already several elders watching his actions from afar.

"Bai Chi is doom now! He dared to mock young master Yun Weizhi in front of the young miss Yun Yao."

The onlookers were shocked at the hole created by Yun Yao's attack. They all knew in their hearts that if they were the one hit by that attack, then maybe, they will also have a hole in their c.h.e.s.t.

They gulped as they looked at Bai Chi, they all knew that it was his fault so none of them helped him. They don't want to be drag into this kind of a mess.

Bai Chi sweated when he saw this, he then turned to look at Yun Yao who had already summoned another orange lighting as she stares at him coldly. He knew that he was no match for her the moment he saw the attack.

His hope of overpowering her with his cultivation level was a failure and the only way out of this was to apologize. But to someone who was very simple-minded and thinks that he is far superior to Yun Weizhi, how could he apologize for that easily?

Bai Chi stood up, while he was shivering from his near-death experience just now, he still manage to speak, "I-Is this how the young master Yun Weizhi is?! Relying on a girl's strength rather than his?!"

"What are you even talking about?!" Yun Yao angrily asked. This fellow right here shameless brag that he was far superior to Yun Weizhi and now that she was here to teach him a lesson, here he was trying to mention Yun Weizhi again without any connection.

"You can only blame yourself for being arrogant." Yun Yao said. She then raised her hand holding the bolt of orange lightning, just as she was about to throw it at Bai Chi someone shouted.

"Stop!"

Everyone turned to look at the one who shouted to stop the young miss and were all surprised to see that it was YunWeizhi. Those that have seen him enter the Training hall were also confused.

Because just as he entered the training hall, he had also disappeared in an instant so they thought that they were just seeing things. But now they saw him standing just beside them, they are all shock that they didn't even notice him the whole time.

How did he do that?

Yun Weizhi smiled as he looked at Bai Chi who was also looking at him but with contempt and disdain visible in his eyes. Yun Weizhi wondered just how did this fellow even survive until now with that kind of personality.

"Big brother Zhi!" Yun Yao's figure flashed as she launched herself at Yun Weizhi.

Under the gaze of everyone, the cute little girl, who was known for being called to almost everyone was now like a tamed cat in front of Yun Weizhi. Yun Yao was smiling as she hugged him like they were separated for the whole year when they were just together this morning.

"You're why are you hugging me again now? It has only been three hours since the last time you hugged me." Yun Weizhi said as he patted Yun Yao's back telling her to let go of him.

Yun Yao separated herself from Yun Weizhi as she smiled, "tehehe~ I just missed big brother Zhi."

This girl has always been like this, she hugs him every moment she got, stays with him when she's not cultivating, and she would even sit on his l.a.p brazenly when they are eating together not minding the stare their grandfather, Yun Tianhe was giving them.

Heck! She would even sleep with him every night like it was the most normal thing to do. Luckily, they are just still kids, cause if not, then it would have been too hard for him to control his urges.

Bai Chi regains his arrogance as he saw Yun Weizhi walking towards Yun Yao as they hugged like there was nobody else in the room. He was even angered when he saw Yun Weizhi ignoring him.

So he walked towards Yun Weizhi and faked a bow of respect, "I have heard of young master Weizhi's fame and want to exchange pointers with you. I wish young master to grant these lowly servants selfish requests."

Everyone looks at him like someone who had no brains. He clearly knew that Yun Weizhi is thought to not able to cultivate and he was a 4th level Body Refinement Realm cultivator, this was clearly bullying the weak.

Yun Yao, although she knew that Yun Weizhi was much stronger than her, she knew that he was hiding his strength. Though she had no idea why she will do everything she got to protect this secret of his.

As she was about to walk towards Bai Chi and teach him a lesson, a hand grabbed her shoulder stopping her. She turned to look at Yun Weizhi who was smiling.

"Big brother you.."

"Let me handle this, okay?" Yun Weizhi calmly said to Yun Yao as she nodded at went to the side to watch.

The onlookers were confused about seeing this. Yun Weizhi clearly had no cultivation and Yun Yao can clearly beat Bai Chi easily, how could she let Yun Weizhi fight, Bai Chi? Unless…

As they all thought of this one conclusion, they felt a powerful pressure coming from Yun Weizhi.

Everyone revealed a shocked expression as this means that Yun Weizhi is clearly a cultivator as well!
