I Became A System

Chapter 141 - Plan For The Gun

As soon as I got the paper and pen, I started drawing the plan. But first I must draw the outcome I want.

In the list of pistols in my head, I chose to pick the Glock 19. It was simple for me and one of the common ones. Ellena won't have difficulty reloading and using it. It doesn't have much recoil after all, and it doesn't have a hectic mechanism.

So at first, I drew a Glock 19. It wasn't the best, but the simplest image I could create. I also made the initial measurement as well as the material I wanted it to have. When I was done, I started to break down the parts.

With the exact measurements I wanted, I drew all of the parts as disassembled and then marked their materials as well. Of course, the most crucial here are the parts that can't be easily replicated with any materials.

And when I was almost done with it, I noticed that Ellena was intently watching me.

...It's somewhat bothering me. Doesn't she have better things to do? She's being complacent for a person who'll have a fight with a Platinum-ranker.

"Can you... please don't look at me like that?" I asked as she was really gazing at my hands and drawings.

I heard her chuckle, which made me stop what I was doing. Geez... Is she acting cute or something?

"Hey. You have a fight. Or are you complacent because you know you can exploit Verxal's kindness? You know that it's bad to use feelings." I scolded her. I mean it. Well, it was also a lesson for her.

The world doesn't revolve around her. She must be thoughtful of those who respect and show her kindness.

"What do you mean? I am not exploiting Verxal."

Huh?

I felt stiffened after hearing that. Is she just being a hypocrite or just didn't realize that she had already said her thoughts to me? She told me the reason why she thought of Verxal to handle the commander.

Wait... Something was off. As I looked at Ellena, I noticed that she was becoming more innocent to me. Did I just assume things?

Okay... Maybe I was wrong. She said that Verxal likes her, but it doesn't mean she thinks of it as intimating...

Sighs... What a scumbag I am. I thought that Ellena was starting to know what intimation is. And here I was, assumed everything and almost scolded her for a lesson she doesn't deserve.

"Never mind. I was thinking of it wrong." I said before I went back to sketching.

I almost used the whole paper for half of the parts, so I took another one and continued. Ellena was still watching me and obviously confused as I hung up our conversation.

Also, it is noteworthy that I am having a hard time drawing this stuff, huh. The pen was even just the same height as mine!

I can't even ask Ellena since she doesn't know what to do with the pen.

Never mind.

"If you say so," she mumbled and stood up. "You know that you're having a hard time."

"Were you watching me just in case I wanted your help?"

"Of course. I wanted to help you. What were you thinking, by the way?"

"Nothing."

Yes! I am finally done with the last part. Now, the crucial part of this technique is to create the way of creating it. Like smithing and such! This way, it will be recognized as a technique. Hopefully.

And just a few moments later, I exclaimed in excitement.

"Finally done!"

I am not done with the production method. But only the technique's outline and rough draft.

When Ellena heard it, she spoke, "You really don't need my help, huh. Then, I will leave for a moment and try practicing the sword technique. The other girls also wanted to see me again use it. We'll take a quest for a moment."

I just nodded and waved my hand as I followed her figure out of the room.

She was finally out, and I am still not done with the body. I still have to make the plan for the bullets.

But of course, to not pile things up and end up being hectic, I'll finish first what I started.

***

After a few hours of effort, I finally finished making the plan. I also included the bullets, especially a 9mm bullet for Glock 19. I planned on making the projectile a different material, but I still don't have an idea of what I will use. I don't know where to find the materials for the gun powder since this world has plenty of different chemical elements, so let's leave that as is.

I can just make another one for a mana-based bullet. Maybe something like that is stored with explosive magic. There are plenty of bestowal production rune owners there, but I just need to find one.

It's still not the time, so I don't have to worry. And what I need to worry about is... will it register in my system?

Let's see...

Oh shit! It worked! It registered!

Yes!

This is the joy! I can't describe it in one word, but this is just too awesome!

This is a revolutionary deed! But of course, only Ellena would benefit from it!

Nevertheless, I am happy. The tingling sensation in my heart also seems to be burning. I like it. The joy that made my blood thrill (if ever I have) made me jump like there's no tomorrow.

And in the midst of my celebration, I remembered that I had to stop.

"Let's not jinx it," I mumbled with a smile and folded it.

I don't know where to put this but in my system, it was finalized so I don't need this anymore. If ever there's someone who'll discover this, he must be a hell of a genius in engineering because I just encrypted the plan. Only I can understand it.

But of course, when I plan on gifting it to a maker, he or she will understand it the way I understand it. It's like that.

Now... now... I only need to tell this to Ellena. Where is she?

I looked at the outside and it was already night.

Hm? She is still a hundred meters away?

I saw her blue light too far away at this time of night. They aren't in the inn? Then, what are they doing there?

Ah.. I'll just see it for myself.
