Special Abilities High School—the most famous high school in this world. Why? Because it’s a high school that trains power users.

Thirty years ago, in the novel’s time, the gates appeared, and the world was infested with monsters. The main character, Yoon Mir, and his colleagues saved the world in Part One when he dealt with the monsters and closed the gate.

That’s how the world became peaceful; how TWAA Part One ended. In Part Two, Yoon Mir enters Special Abilities High School.

Though the world became peaceful, power users did not lose their ability to awaken, and the children born to those users also became users. Before the gates were closed, they couldn’t see the status window and used their talents for people, not monsters. Now, they had to learn how to use those powers properly.

“There are a lot of people.”

It was the third time I had gone through the entrance ceremony, but I still wasn’t used to this place. I slowly approached the students gathered near where the entrance ceremony was held.

As I watched the teachers standing on the platform in the distance, I searched for my assigned seat. The classes were assigned randomly, but somehow, I always ended up in Class Five.

” Let’s see, Class Five again this time… Oh, there it is.”

Only 100 students per grade were enrolled in Special Abilities High School, making it quite difficult to get in.

Of course, Lee entered the school last—in 100th place.

In the second regression, I performed some experiments about how my actions would affect the future but determined that the original story flows just the same. In other words, even if I intervene, the biggest event of this novel will still happen.

So I had to prepare based on this knowledge.

The teacher spoke into the microphone:

“Ah, then let’s start the entrance ceremony. First of all, I’ll introduce you all to the principal.”

The principal of Special Abilities High School, Won Tae-Jin, took the microphone, his instructions coming through clearly over the speakers.

The girl standing in front of me muttered, “Boring…” I glanced at her, noting her unique hair color and white skin. She must be a non-Asian or a Westerner. But as I turned to look at her, another girl with burning red hair caught my eye.

Selina.

Half British and beautiful, Selina had a sharp nose, intense eyes, and a proud look about her. Of course, her fiery red hair made her stand out.

She’s also one of the stars of Part Two.

“Hello,” I said, knowing it was important to connect with Selina here and now.

“Do I know you?” she asked in fluent English, flashing an annoyed look.

I answered, realizing too late that I hadn’t received the translator yet. Come to think of it, we were meeting for the first time in the third regression.

Did I just… Did I just screw up?

As I thought of that, the principal’s speech ended.

“The next step is to give scholarships to senior male and female students. Senior male student Yoon Mir and senior female student Hwang Dabin, please come up to the podium.”

I watched as the two students rose to the podium, and the students murmured around me:

“Yoon Mir, an S-class awakened.”

“He’s talented, and he’s handsome. He has it all. He really has it all.”

It was the third time I had seen him, but I still thought it was unfair. I mean, he was so handsome—blonde, muscular build, sculpted appearance. He was equipped with everything as the main character.

Of course, Lee Siwoo wasn’t ugly, either. Rather, he belonged to the handsome side. But if Lee Siwoo looked like an idol, Yoon Mir looked like an actor.

“It’s noisy. Let’s be quiet,” the students finished.

As I was evaluating my appearance, I looked back towards the stage when I heard someone talking faintly. I spun around and saw another familiar face.

“Ji Taehoon.”

Ji Taehoon is a tanker character who competes with Yoon Mir. In the novel’s second half. During competitions, these two characters have incredible chemistry. Ji Taehoon was an important character in both my regressions, but last time, he was beaten to death by a monster right before the ending instead of me.

“I should make sure that doesn’t happen this time.” I turned my eyes and looked at the female student who followed Yoon Mir to the podium. “Hwang Dabin is still pretty.”’

But of course she was; later, she was revered as a goddess. She captivated countless readers.

So how do I even describe her?

Hwang Dabin’s pretty face and long, pitch-black hair, which contrasts with her white robe, are so ethereal.

Looking at those two, I was determined to move on to the ending with them.

After the entrance ceremony, we moved to our respective classes.

“Nice to meet you all. My name is Kang Joo Hyuk, and I’ll be in charge of Class Five,” our homeroom teacher said. Familiar with the message, I took a look around the room. Class Five still had many important characters: Hwang Dabin, Ji Taehoon, Selina, Yoo Ah-ram, and Jung Joowon.

Everyone was there except for the main character, Yoon Mir. It was the same situation as the first and second regressions.

However, the seating plan changed. The seat I sat in this time was in the exact center of the class. Hwang Dabin was sitting in the front, and Ji Taehoon sat in the back. Jeong Joowon and Yoo Ah-ram were sitting on the left and right sides of the class, respectively.

And Selina was sitting in the front seat of me. I couldn’t even concentrate on what the teacher was talking about because of Selina’s red hair.

But it wasn’t just me. All the students in Class Five kept glancing at Selina, not just the boys.

Hwang Dabin also possessed outstanding beauty, and Yoo Ah-ram, sitting on the side did as well. However, they all had a glimmering look in a different sense. This is the third time I’ve seen them, but the more I look at them, the more attractive they become.

“Since today is the first day, there will be no special classes. But it will be different starting tomorrow,” the teacher continued. “As you enter the Special Abilities High School, you should train yourself to become a good power user according to the school’s curriculum.”

The students’ eyes sparkled at the word training. Ordinary students may hate training, but this is a school for people awakening to their talents. Only students who want to use their talents properly gather here. So for them, hard work is like a welcome rain in a drought.

The teacher, Kang Joohyuk, who saw the students’ sparkling eyes, said, “Everyone looks excited. Good. Talent training will start tomorrow. Well, it’s kind of weird to start like this, so can you come forward one by one and introduce yourself and show us your talents?”

The students went silent. Now that they were in this school, they were determined to make the best first impression.

In the first regression, I stayed still; in the second, I showed off and had an impact.

“It’s a little awkward to come out alone, so let’s come up five at a time,” the teacher suggested. The students sitting in the front row stood up and went forward.

“Hello, I’m Hwang Dabin.”

Hwang Dabin, the second-highest overall admitted student, was the first to introduce herself.

“Oh, you are Dabin, who entered as the ‘second placer.’ What’s your ability?”

I must be mistaken. Did Hwang Dabin’s expression to change momentarily because of Kang Joohyuk’s words?

I watched Hwang Dabin closely, and my interest was piqued.

“My talent is Buff.”

After she said this, the students began to mutter amongst themselves once more.

“If it’s Buff…”

“That’s a rare talent.”

“I envy you, really.”

“But isn’t it useless if you’re all alone?”

Hwang Dabin glared and the student who said that quickly closed his mouth.

That bastard, he’ll be up against me soon enough, though.

Hwang Dabin hated that she couldn’t use her talent alone.

“Come on, be quiet,” the teacher interrupted. “Okay, Dabin. What can you show us with that talent?”

The students’ eyes were on Hwang Dabin, and she was getting nervous.

“Buffed energy.”

As soon as Hwang Dabin said that, the whole classroom became lively.

“What the—? I’m filled with energy!”

“What happened?”

“Are you saying she puts a buff on all twenty people?”

Even the teacher looked at Hwang Dabin with surprise.

“This is the only thing I can show you right now,” she finished.

“Uh… yes, you’ve shown it really well.”

When I saw Kang Joohyuk’s embarrassed expression, I smirked inside.

Hwang Dabin had yet to make good use of buffs, but that wasn’t actually the kind of ability she had. The true power of her Buff is revealed when she uses it on herself. As a matter of fact, in the original story, Hwang Dabin enjoys betting on herself rather than on others in the second half.

It was the same in the first and second regressions.

Contrary to what I thought, I regarded other students’ current buff from Hwang Dabin as great; I didn’t have to do anything about the story.

“I want to feel it again…”

“If I go around with Dabin, can I always get buffs?”

“It’s the first time I’ve felt so energetic.”

“So, next,” the teacher interrupted again, moving on to the next student from the first row.

Eventually, my turn came.

“Next.”

After Professor Kang Joohyuk spoke, I took a step forward and introduced myself.

“Hello, my name is Lee Siwoo,” I said. “I look forward to working with you.”

I heard the students muttering again, saying:

“Who is he?”

“Wow, he’s handsome.”

“Everyone be quiet,” the teacher instructed. “Okay, Siwoo. What’s your ability?”

What should I show in my third regression? Well, I could always show my F-level, nonsensical ability: Amplified Vision.

“My talent is Amplified Vision.”

“Eyes?”

“Pwahaha, what kind of ability is that?”

“Oh, I don’t even have to look at his grade.”

I knew they’d react like that. I was tired of it; repeating the same thing for the third time was more mentally stressful than I’d anticipated.

I only thought of being strong while listening to their ridicule.

What do I need to do to get hit? I thought. Once I’d gained a lot of talent from my Transfer ability, no one would make fun of me.

While I was thinking about this, the laughter of my classmates didn’t stop. Despite that, Professor Kang Joohyuk looked straight at me and asked,

“Then what can Lee Siwoo show with his talent?”

I looked around, wondering what I could do with this. I saw everyone’s status window. Not only that, but I could also see everything I wanted to see, including that.

I was bound to get hit if I used this ability. Good. So I looked at Selina and spoke.

“Pink.”

Everyone, including the teacher, looked at Selina with confusion.

“Everyone knows that Selina’s hair is red….”

“Hey, it’s not red. It’s pink.”

When the students murmured, Selina’s face turned as red as her hair.
