King Of Fighter

Naruto's clone spread around the globe as they went towards each of the Z warriors. One arrived to meet up with Tien and Chiaotzu.

The targets were meditating in the mountain range of the Capital city of the Empire. There wasn't much work for both of them as Chiaotzu had delegated all the responsibilities to trustworthy subordinates and only checked up on them or acted when important issues came up.

Feeling Naruto's power, both fighters opened their eyes and they looked at him. They had already been informed about him by Bulma, so they knew it wasn't an enemy and Chiaotzu could also read the emotions of a person with his mental powers.

Naruto took in both fighters and could tell that they were powerful. They had enough power to blow away the moon and were very skilled in combat especially Tien who rivaled Goku in pure combat skill.

Tien Shinhan was a disciplined, reclusive and heavily devoted martial artist, and one of the strongest Earthlings in the world. He also possessed a few non-human traits due to being descended from the alien Triclops race. He was originally a student of the Crane School who d.e.s.i.r.ed revenge against Goku for defeating his mentor, Mercenary Tao, but realized he was on the wrong side with the help of Master Roshi. He battled alongside the other Z Fighters against major threats to the Earth, often courageously engaging enemies far more powerful than himself. However, he spends most of his time training with his lifelong best friend, Chiaotzu.

Tien Shinhan was originally a cold-hearted and ruthless warrior, never caring for anyone's life with the exception of his fellow students and mentors. This brutality can be plainly seen when he crushed Yamcha's and another fighter's leg during the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament. However, he found a lifelong best friend in Chiaotzu, for whom he cared deeply, and vice-versa. He highly idolized his mentor Mercenary Tao and d.e.s.i.r.ed to be a famous assassin like him. Due to Master Roshi's and Goku's consolations, he changed his demeanor and became one of the most respected warriors on the planet. Before he transitioned to the good side, he planned to kill Goku during the World Martial Arts Tournament as he was seen as a threat to himself and his cohorts.

However, this mentality soon changes with the realization that he disagrees with the brutal methods employed by his masters, Shen and Mercenary Tao. He goes off on his own to train and soon becomes a powerful ally to Goku and the others. His personality transitioned from one of a brutal killer to that of an honorable warrior who cares deeply for those he strives to protect. He occasionally tried to repent for his former brutality, but eventually rises above his horrid memories and looks toward to the future. He is very stern and serious, not cracking jokes and goofing around as often as most of the other Z-Fighters.

Because of his turn to the good side, Tien awakened the powers from his bloodline that had been unavailable to him for a long time. The Triclops was a race of enlightened beings that represent the good of the Universe so his evil deeds had denied him the power he so deserved for a long time, only last year did he finally get them.

He could predict the future by 2 seconds with his third eye. His eye could see 10 times better than his real limits. He eye could see through all illusions that he had faced.

His eye could see 100,000 Km with clarity. His eye could locate weak points in living things and inanimate objects.

With the awakening of his power, he had actually become the third strongest being on the planet only slightly behind Piccolo. He hadn't told anyone of his abilities yet except Chiaotzu so they were unaware of the change in ranks.

He didn't care about such things and continued to improve himself but had realized the limits of training by himself. He had been thinking of joining Goku soon instead of waiting for him to make a visit.

On the other hand, Chiaotzu was a white-skinned, red-cheeked little Earthling. He was the constant companion and best friend of Tien and one of Master Shen's former students. He was the Psychic Emperor of Mifan and the best Psychic user on the Planet.

He specialized in attacks that utilized his psychic abilities. He could perform astral projections. He could use illusions.

He could use telekinesis. He could control lightning, ice and fire. He could use telepathy. He could use hypnosis and destroy people's mind with dream eater. He could watch things from afar. He could use puppets to fight for him and use them as vessels.

He could read minds, emotions and erase memories. He could cause confusion in the mind. He could induce emotions into others.

He also had future sight that allowed him to automatically dodge attacks that he didn't even see or sense.

He could support his allies by calming their minds and suppressing their fear. He could directly attack the mind of his foe and shatter their minds.

He was a very unique fighter among the Z warriors and had grown a lot in the time since the last tournament. He was 16 years old now and was 150 cm with a slightly muscular body.

His attacks and defense were precious for the Z warriors since not all of them could block psychic attacks.

Goku, Piccolo, Tien and Roshi were the only ones with good defense his attacks but even they had trouble in the start even though the power defense was present.

To counter psychic attacks they had made the mind barrier technique or someone stronger than Chiaotzu could have easily made them slaves as they wouldn't have been able to resist the attack.

Chiaotzu was a fairly quiet, but brave psychic martial artist who was willing to help out his friends whenever possible and was highly devoted to his training with Tien. He will normally follow Tien's every step of the way, but if he truly feels what he was doing was right, Chiaotzu will ignore Tien's rejections or even pleas in order to commit to the plan he had conjured up. Despite being quiet and powerful, he also had a childish nature; mocking Krillin for shortcomings that Chiaotzu himself had when they first met. He had demonstrated his ability to learn quickly with his mental powers and act like a proper Emperor but never showed that side to the others except Tien who was his bodyguard and friend. He enjoyed watching movies and eating tenshindon, which was ironically the dish that Tien Shinhan was named for.

'Tien, he finds us amusing.'

'There was no need for that info.'

'Aw, but I thought Ten-san wanted all information I could get.' Chiaotzu replied in a cheeky tone as he had changed greatly from before. He very much respected Tien but acted like his younger brother when outside of his Emperor Persona where he acted cold and authoritative.

"Welcome, Naruto Uzumaki. We have been informed about you from Bulma but didn't expect your visit." Tien said as he stood up and walked to the picnic cloth where food items and drinks were prepared.

Naruto landed on the mountain top and followed their lead, and sat down while the cold wind was regulated by Chiaotzu as practice. His ability had leveled up to a high level where he could control the atoms to create strong flames or freeze thing or create lightning strikes and even controlling winds wasn't a problem.

"Thanks, sorry for dropping in without a call." Naruto said as he sat down with them and accepted the tea.

"I believe you have something important to share with us, I suppose." Chiaotzu said as he floated around Naruto and looked at him. He was trying to probe him and saw that his mind was completely locked from outside influences.

There was no way he could even touch it and even going through the countless barriers, he would have ended up locked in life and death battle against the mental manifestation of Naruto and Kurama.

It was the prime jewel of the Yamanaka clan that he had borrowed an evolved with his powers.

"You are right. I came for business." Naruto nodded as looked the kid in the eye and sent him a mental blast. Chiaotzu blocked it with his Psychic barrier without a problem since Naruto wasn't serious and he wasn't well versed in the combat section outside the mental plane.

Tien didn't interfere as his friend didn't a say a thing about it and he didn't sense any danger.

"What might it be? Is there a world ending threat approaching since you came here?" Tien guessed it accurately because the only time all of them got together was because of big threats and it had been six years since the last one.

"Yeah, Goku's kind will be attacking the planet soon and all of them are stronger than you. Some of them might even be stronger than Goku, but that's not the problem. The problem will start after you take care of them since it will disturb the hive itself. The planet will in danger of getting attacked by an army especially since they are part of a Galactic Empire. They won't allow you to go after having disrespecting them." Naruto explained with images as he showed them data gained from Raditz and they took it in.

They didn't find it outlandish since Tien had found some relics from his kind that showed people making stars and some destroying them.

Species bigger than the stars and such, the world outside this solar system was very dangerous and the only thing he got was Bow.

Now this Bow wasn't something normal and was an immortal weapon with great power. It seems it was one of the treasures of his kind. It could focus Ki, compress it and amplify it, shooting it as an arrow. The leader used this bow to shoot down the Space Taipan, giant snake bigger than planets.

"Okay, we understand your point and we need to prepare ourselves for a long fight. But this can't be done with just us few, we need to make the planet stronger and take over other territories not under this empire to show them that we are not to be taken lightly. Do you have suggestion for how we can go about this?" Chiaotzu asked as he took in the data and analyzed it. He understood the kind of situation they were in since he was an Emperor as well.

"It's good that you understood. I intend to help all of the Z warriors grow stronger while also helping other warriors around the planet awaken their Ki. I will make this planet itself grow bigger and increase its concentration of power, so it will directly affect everyone living here. We are also working on tech so defense system should be in the process and we also steal tech from our enemies before they start making moves on us." Naruto explained his plan

"That can work but we can only make predictions at the moment. We have an active army of powerful warriors under my command so they can be useful as the army. I will contact the leaders of the nations and start the process of a global force. The armies had become redundant since there were no more wars but now we will need them at full now."

"What things have you planned for us?" Tien let Chiaotzu finish his talk before asking.

"Many interesting things that will help you get ready for everything in the world, but first I will offer you chakra. It is the combination of Ki and spiritual energy, so it should at least double your powers."

They were surprised to hear those words as they had been working on the combination of two energies. Unlike Goku, they had read ancient doc.u.ments talking about the combination of energies and how it made attacks so much more powerful.

It required high level of control and focus to do it during an attack but complete transformation was never done by anyone. Here they were being given the power of legends.

"Are you sure?" Tien questioned as this shouldn't be something easily given.

"I am sure. This isn't anything big. I will teach you sage mode after this and it will give around a constant multiplier of at least 15."

"What are you waiting for, Naruto-san. I am ready, give it to me." Chiaotzu said in an excited tone as he floated in front of Naruto.

He took it first to make sure for Tien and he was also very excited about the prospect since he had reached a point where his power was moving up very slowly.

Naruto touched his forehead and his chakra traveled inside of him, introducing the chakra system in his body.

The process was painless and instant.

Chiaotzu felt both his energies combine naturally and a new energy was formed that was purer and stronger than ever. He had jumped from moon level to a level close to planet level without any training.

His body and soul also became stronger as both of them connected through the chakra system.

Tien saw that there was no problem and agreed to it as he also jumped to a level closer to Planet level, making them stronger than the low class warriors of the Saiyan race.

"Thank you, we you owe a favor." Tien wasn't one to forget his debts and promised to pay it back one day, somehow.

"No need to think too much and just let me check that bow."

Tien was shocked as the bow was stored inside a spatial ring that had pocket space inside as big as a two storey house.

'He can control space and see through it.' Tien realized that the man was better at the skill than he had expected. He didn't think Naruto knew more than Teleportation but it seems he was wrong about it.

Tien didn't mind showing it to him since the gift had been very valuable while Naruto was very much interested in the alien artifact that gave him a powerful feeling.
