The magic has grown up a bit as well. It's because I can now walk around the grounds and practice by myself during the day.

At first, a basic attribute, earth, water, fire, and wind came to be able to hit the target and attack each of them. Since I can't practice openly, I haven't confirmed the power of the attack. So I'm practicing the activation speed, hit rate and amount of magic power.

I also found out that what I thought was recovery magic is a little different. It was correct that it was recovering, but it seemed to be activating cells to be precise. The reason why I found out was because me, who usually circulated magic power, and my younger sister, who was casting recovery magic every day, had higher physical abilities than the other kids. At first, I thought it was because she was a beastman, but she was no less powerful and fast than the older wolf tribe kids, and when I tried it out while moving through the magic circle, it was clear that her physical abilities had improved.

In other words, I expected that the circulation of magic would activate the cells and increase their physical abilities, which in turn would increase their natural healing power.

The reason why our abilities were so high is probably because we were circulating them every day, so our constantly enhanced state became a normal state.

Therefore, we decided to make this a physical enhancement magic rather than a recovery magic.

This magic wouldn't work on the seriously injured or sick, so I'll have to think of a new recovery magic in case of an emergency...

There were other problems that came up. It's that there's no money for the orphanage. The number of children has doubled since I came here, to over 20. But the subsidy from the town doesn't seem to have increased. The older children are working, so it's not so bad, but the food is not as good as it used to be.

I practiced my magic while thinking about what I could do to help, and I was about to go into action.

It's easy to do what I'm trying to do. The only thing I have to do is to go to the dragon forest to collect some things.

It is about an hour's walk from the forest, and even though there are monsters near the entrance of the forest, it is a place where children and new adventurers often go to collect preadult children and others. Of course, monsters can come from deep in the forest, so be careful.

Thanks to the body strengthening magic, I gained the athletic ability of an adult, which led me to this decision.

The first thing we wanted to collect was firewood. The reason for this is that there is no need to have as much firewood as possible. We use it to prepare our daily meals, and in the winter we use it to heat our homes in large quantities. And it costs a lot of money to buy it.

Then there's the food. I'd like to have some nuts and berries, and then some herbs and vegetables. I'm not sure about the plants in this world, but I'm sure I can get by with some appraisals.

The last one is medicinal herbs. We don't know what we can sell, but we can pick the ones that seem to have value and put them in the item box and check them out later. I don't know where they'll be sold, and I doubt they'll be able to be traded with my looks (3 year old) in the first place, but...

Come to think of it, I've never used the item box either!

I guess the rest is hunting. The forest is rich in food and there are many wild animals. It would be nice if we could hunt something, but the only means of attack is unpracticed magic, and it would be dangerous if we couldn't defeat it.

Besides, even if I could hunt them, I wouldn't be able to handle them, and how would I get them to the Director...

It's possible to use fruits and nuts, but it's not like a 3-year-old boy hunted them...

Even if we did, I'd probably put this one in the item box to die.

Okay, so what's the plan for now?

We're going to the Dragonwood.

Collecting Firewood

Collecting Food

I'll make sure no one finds out.

Right.

First of all, going to the Dragon Forest can be managed by using physical strengthening.

There's no problem in gathering firewood, since there are plenty of dead branches and such in the forest.

The problem is finding food and stealthy activities.

The stealthy part is the magic detection that I learned through the application of magic manipulation will be useful. I noticed this when I was checking the magic power in the air at the orphanage, and I was able to detect people's magic power as well. Then it should be able to detect a monster that has a magic core (core).

By the way, the difference between an animal and a monster depends on whether it has a magic core or not. There are several patterns to the birth of a monster, but the most common is when an animal is exposed to a large amount of magical power and mutates into a monster.

In the meantime, I'll just pick up some firewood and look for food to keep an eye out for monsters.
