As it turns out, the director made me cry as hard as I could.

And my sister cried even more.

At first, she didn't show up in the evening, and she was angry with me for making the whole orphanage look for her and worry her. Then they asked me where I was, and when I told them that I was in the dragon forest, they were tearfully angry at me. Because even though it was safe to a certain extent, it was by no means the kind of place a three year old would go. Later, when I told him why I went to the dragon forest, he apologized in tears.

He lied that he went there because the orphanage was poor, but he went there because he was hungry and wanted to find food. Either way, he went to the dragon forest, so it doesn't really matter why.

Three-year-olds by nature don't do this. I wouldn't have even thought of this if my spirit was a three year old. But I'm a good adult, though I can't really judge how old my mind is. If I had the power to do something if they were in trouble, I would have to act. I'm a former Japanese, lol.

Well, maybe it's because I don't know how to be afraid of monsters yet that I'm reckless like this...

My little sister has been clinging to me and crying ever since I got back. She's been with me ever since I came to the orphanage, and she's missed me after being away from me for almost half a day.

My sister didn't let me go until I went to bed that day.

By the way, she was pleased with everything we got. The firewood and medicinal herbs were apparently selling well. The director and his staff were pleased with the yams and potatoes, but the children were also pleased with the fruits. Especially the girls were begging for a second helping. There were no sweet snacks in the orphanage. There were only a few fruits in the orphanage. I guess sugar is precious in a world like this. It doesn't mean that we can't buy it because we are poor, does it? I've never been in town, so it's hard to judge....

The next day, they started watching me. They didn't want me to leave the orphanage.

To be precise, my sister didn't leave me.

The director told me to stay with her for a day as punishment, so today I'm going to bother her.

There were things I wanted to do as well.

I asked the director for permission to plant a field at the edge of the grounds.

I'm going to plant some of the potatoes I picked yesterday, small enough to eat.

The orphanage originally had a vegetable garden, but they only grew herbs.

Potatoes would do better than other vegetables.

I started to grow a garden with my sister. My sister seemed to enjoy doing things with me.

As we continued to work, all the kids came to the farm, and eventually the whole orphanage decided to join us.

I hope we can produce a lot of potatoes!

The next few days were spent quietly in the orphanage. Some of the children stared out in front of the field. They said the steamed potatoes that were served with rice were delicious. Is there a difference between buying them in town and the natural ones?

I was slowly letting my magic flow through me so that I would grow faster. There are examples of me and my sister, so hopefully they'll grow strong.

It's been about a week since we went to the Dragon Forest. The fruit we picked back then was gone. The kids at the orphanage started glancing at me after they ran out of fruit for their meals.

Yeah, I'd love to eat fruit again, but I guess they think it's a bad idea to send your family to a dangerous place like the Dragon Forest.

The item box seemed to be the type that doesn't pass time and had some fruit in it, but I'd like to keep this one in case something happens.

I talked to the director of the hospital. The director was aware of the kids, but didn't say anything because he didn't want me to go to the dragon forest. He kept talking and when he realized I was going to try to get out of there again, he reluctantly gave me permission to go.

In return, he made me promise him a lot of things.

We'd go once a week.

I'm not going deep into the woods.

You see a monster, you run for it.

If I can't get anything, I'll be home before dark.

And so on.

Also, they gave me a knife, albeit a small one. It is for self-defense, but I was grateful for this. Because it is useful to have a knife to collect.

Today it is already past noon, so we decided to leave tomorrow.

Well, will we be able to fool my sister tomorrow?
