The reason why Leonard was so difficult and defiant was because his mum and dad- had been assassinated by the Winter Soldier.

When he was three years old on the 16th of December 1991- this caused change within Leonard as he mourned that day.

Never was he the same.

Constantly revenge popped into his mind yet he ignored it- he didn't want revenge and to dirty his hands.

It was a nightmare for him- he couldn't live the same after that night.

He couldn't remember that they'd be attacked that night- hell he wasn't much of a dates and time guy and only knew it would happen.

So he made sure that under Charles order mutants were always protecting his parents- yet they failed his preparations failed.

His indifference to this world changed, this was his world and his parents died for no reason!

He Integrated with this world as it was real death and life was real!!

"I'm sorry Uncle, I know it's wrong to eat too much but it's a side affect of my ability?"

Said Leonard with shame in the end- nodding his Uncle gave him a pat on the back as he sent him away.

With that Leon moved on- still alone he contemplated the meaning of life- why did my life turn to this.

Why did I need strength and how?!

With only small bits of knowledge pieced from his Netflix binging, he was always training in a forest nearby that seemed to house mountains, cliffs and waterfalls.

His ideas on how to gain power was either through Kamar-Taj as he vaguely remember the locations and the Iron Fist show he'd watched- K'un Lun I believe.

With this intent he tried to recreate whatever the shows said- 'Feel your internal energy rise!'

'The magic is within- reach down and pull- it is innate!'

Numerous quotes for numerous OCC gets he could never guess what to do.

The only thing he really had was heightened strength and that was it.

No Ki-Blasts only some Combat Techniques from when he was a child after mimicking Colossus' form.

He didn't even know how to access Ki- you might say weak but the show of Dragon Ball never explained it fully anyway it was just vague tid bits.

That didn't help due to the ambiguity within them- what Genki, Shouki I don't know what Goku even meant.

But as he wondered in the jungle- a huge bird seemingly unproportioned attacked him out of nowhere as it glided through the air.

Trying to scratch his skin off.

Feeling ticked off by the bird- Leon leaped towards the skies as he tried punching it's feathered wings.

- Failing to do so, the bird swooped him up as he took him to the top of the jungle before dropping him to the ground with a "BOOM!!"

Causing the earth and ground to flare up around the area.

Cursing the nine year old jumped up as his eyes were blinded to attack the damn pesky bird.

But to survive it's claws and drop was surprising enough as an athlete a.d.u.l.t would die from a touch of that birds claws.

And then an old man appeared from the trees as a Jian Sword was in his arms- "Who dates to trespass my lands!!"

Called a booming voice as the old man sliced apart the fine particles of earth in the air revealing Leon's body.

'A child?'

Thought the man as he hurriedly put his Jian Blade away.

"Child- are you okay?"

Turning to his pet bird- "Krad- what did you do?"

Dusting himself Leon got up as he pointed accusedly at the bird, "That bird attacked me for no reason before scratching me and dropping me all the way here!"

The man tried clearing it up as he said, "No Krad- would never harm a Human, he's been with me since my childhood?"

Then he saw the tail that was wiggling about on Leon's body.

"Ahh, he got confused with you and a monkey because of that accessory you have!"

*You can take it off and he won't attack you child!"

Shaking my head, "No this isn't an accessory this is my own tail- Oldman... I'm a Mutant!"

'Mutant- what's that? He's probably a Monkey Demon a fledgling at best it explains why Lead attacked him, but he's too strong to be a simple Monkey Demon?!'

"Krad- only attacks animals such as Poisonous Snakes, Monkeys and Goats!"

"He won't attack you anymore, right Krad-!"

The bird seemed to say okay in confusion as the man carried on speaking.

"Kid why are you here in this jungle by yourself- this is something that human should venture into with mystical beasts all around awaiting prey!"

"Well to train- Durr!"

"Train? but what could a child like you train in?"

"Well I'm looking for something called a Kun Lun to train and learn Kung Fu!"

"K'un Lun you say- where did you hear of such a name, child?"

With this set Leonard spouted some horse radish to the old foggy.

"Well once when I was a child I remember trying to imitate a martial arts move in the city and a masked man passed me by- as he said I had great potential and to seek out K'un Lun in a jungle that is uninhabitable for humans.

So here I am. He said I had great potential and the only way I could bring it out was by training in K'un Lun."

Said Leon as a matter of factly. Even he was proud of his crappy lie for some reason. It was dubious enough to sound real.

"K'un Lun you say- well tell me what is your name child?"

Said the man with newfound interest.

"Leonard Arnold Stark-is my name Mr...?"

"I am Lei Kung the Thunderer of K'un Lun!"
