Chapter 236

I tried picking myself up, but instead, I was kicked back to the floor again. "Cough...". I then heard "Where do you think you are going? I will still take that arm of yours". I was angry now "Take that leg... off of me... bastard". He replied "Oh? Still a tough guy?" "BOOOM!", he stepped on my chest, with a lot of strength. "Ungh… ". He then continued kicking the same place couple of times, and laughed crazily. "ARGH!... Cough… Cough" I screamed, and coughed.

"What? Had enough. A weak piece of trash, though he was so mysterious, so invincible. I just showed you, what type of garbage you really are". I was pissed to the point, where my vision started turning red. I said "Get that fucking leg ...off of me, or ...I will kill you!". He kicked me couple more times, then said while laughing "Kill? Me? Hahahaha! You want to kill me?! A garbage like you, can only spout shit! Let's hear it, come on, say it again!". He started kicking me again.

When he noticed, that I no longer responded with coughs, or grunts, he asked "Are we dead already? What a piece of..", "ENOUGH!" I shouted before he could finish. "I had enough of your bullshit. Weak? WEAK! Then let me show you, what this weak garbage can do!". The Aura deep within me awakened, and the time seemed to freeze. I no longer felt the pain, and I no longer felt weak. I grabbed his leg, and tightened my grip. "Crack!".

He was still smiling, until he hear the cracking noise. When he looked down, he realised, I just crushed his ankle. The pain hit him, and he screamed "Argh!", then fell backwards. I picked myself up, and said "If I am a piece of garbage, then you are even worse than a piece of horse shit. Let me show you, the real torture".

My Aura was so powerful, that he was barely able to move. I walked in front of him, and grabbed him by his clothes. "You wanted my arm?". "RIIIP!", "Well, I got yours here". He screamed "ARGHHH… AAAAGHHH!", while blood gushed out of his torn of arm. I then used my ice powers, and froze the torn part of his arm completely. I asked "You want that back?", and smashed his face with his own arm, which broke into small pieces. He screamed "Fucking bastard!... I will kill you!... You will die!".

I grabbed his second arm, and said "Things, that are less than a piece of shit, have no right of talking". "RIIIP", I teared off his second arm. He almost fainted at that point, not only from the pain, but also from the blood loss. I froze his wounds, and said "Did you think, I will just let it go? I gave you a chance to fuck off". He cried, and said in fear "What the fuck are you!... You bastard!". I replied "I'm your worst nightmare!", and broke his leg. At that point, he fainted from the pain. He no longer responded, but that didn't satisfy my anger.

The announcer was shouting something loudly, but I didn't give a shit anymore. I threw him up, and jumped as well. In mid-air, I kicked him downwards, and started falling as well. He crashed into the platform, while I crashed my knee into his head "BOOOM!". His head exploded into pieces. The crowd and the announcer went silent. I stood up, and collected his sword. 'This will be MINE souvenir' I thought, then left. My task was done, and my Unyielding Aura vanished slowly. I felt weak as hell, and quickly smeared medicine on my wound.

Thanks to that Aura awakening, the wound on my chest, ceased to bleed by itself. I only applied medicine, for it to close up faster. I hid in a dark corridor somewhere, and changed my clothes quickly. I also took the mask off, and threw all that into my bag. I drank another bottle of medicine, and left the Arena. No one noticed me, as the crowd was still stunned at what just happened. 'Fortunately, I was quick enough. I won the 10 battles, and I intend to get my reward. If that Graver tries to play dumb, I will raise chaos in that Varent' I thought, still pissed at the situation I was placed into.

The guy was a piece of shit anyway, he deserved to die. 'I hate these type of lofty fuckers' I thought still pissed. I swore a lot, on my way back. This helped me calm down, and free my mind from the experience.

After a long walk back, I finally arrived at Varent the next day. With the amount of medicine I used, my wounds were pretty much fine by now. 'The scars will stay there, due to severity of these injuries, but with the help of my medicine, they shouldn't be that noticeable' I thought. I went straight to the Mercenary Guild, and noticed that the Golem called Graver, was not behind the counter. I stood in front of another Golem, and said "I want to speak with Graver. Tell him that I came. He will know, who it is". The Golem seemed surprised, and said "Can I first have your membership ID?" I said "Just go, and tell him I'm here". He replied "I need…", but before he could finished, I heard "It's fine, I will deal with that". It was the voice of Graver. The Golem I spoke with, nodded his head, and left. I said "I completed my task", and threw the task paper onto the counter.

He said "I know, but you also killed a contender". The anger started to build up in me again, while I replied "I don't give a shit. I also don't give a shit about your petty games. I know you stuck your fingers into that task as well. Give me my rewards, as my patience is limited". He became serious, and asked "Are you threatening me?". I looked him in the eyes, and said "Take it as you like". He said seriously "Give me your membership stone".

I handed him the stone, and he said "You are no longer a member of the Mercenary Guild. I suggest you leave peacefully, or face the consequences". When he finished saying that, I began laughing "Hahahaha... You sure about that?". My anger again reached the apex. He said "It's your call". I reached into my bag, and took out the mask. I then placed it on my face, and said "Frosty, let's do this". I jumped over the counter, while Graver retrieved his weapon, but he was not quick enough. "BOOOM!". I punched him with my right hand, as hard as I could. He stumbled back, and started to freeze.

He managed to shout "KILL HIM!", and then froze solid. I punched him again, and broke him into pieces. 'I hate manipulative bastards as well. He thought, I will just play into his hand' I thought, and retrieved my membership stone, from below the counter. "I will be taking what's mine" I said, and turned around. Other Golems already surrounded me, while other passersby either ran away, or didn't want to get involved. I had no intentions of killing anyone, when I came back to the Mercenary Guild, but my patience had its limits too.

I started freezing and destroying the Golems, that surrounded me. I was again angry, due to all the events that happened lately. My vision started changing, to that of the colour red. 'I never liked being used by someone, and never will!' I thought to myself, then said to the Golems who managed to survive "If you wish to be destroyed, I will gladly grant you that wish". The Golems attacked, so I started killing again. I killed all the Golems inside the Guild, and ran outside. The Golems inside the Guild, were not that strong, it's the warriors I was worried about. 'I need to calm down' I thought, as my vision was almost completely red, and I felt great thirst for blood.

Due to the commotion inside the Guild, there were loads of onlookers outside. The Guild was fortunately, not far away from the exit. I ran at my full speed, and decided to just flee. Fighting in the city, would be suicidal, especially with that Aura awakened. I could also see, that some Golems already chased after me. I tried calming myself. 'I already killed those, that tried playing with me. Graver lost his life, and the Razor guy, who thought he was a god, lost it as well. No need to shed more blood'. My vision started returning to normal. I was done with Varent, and with Golems. It was time to go someplace else.

At the exit of the city, four Golem Guards stood there, blocking my way. They already had weapons prepared, but I didn't stop. I used my max speed, and jumped over them. They of course gave chase, but I was much faster than Golems usually were, even though my set with Formations, was currently in my bag.

The set was in rather poor condition. It was still wearable, but I assumed the Formations on the coat, would not work properly anymore. It was my guess, as the two holes were quite big. 'I will have to return here at some point, and get my real set of clothes back' I thought. I soon lost the Golems, and headed west. 'I need to meet up with Crow. He might be able to shed some light, on the overall situation. I will also need a disguise, for my future travels. Now, Golems will probably hunt me too. I shouldn't be worried about Lizards yet. I can visit Lazar and Harlin on my way to Crow' I thought.
