Lucky Riot And The Mystic Dragon

Chapter 33 - Smells like Violet

Thoth Advanced Academy, Advanced Class 57 - Training Field

Thoth Advanced Academy was an extraordinary existence in Thoth Academy. It was actually located within a secret realm within the city. When Lucky first walked off the bullet train to the Central Sector with the two deans, Magus Clear Sky and Magus Fair-Weather, he and Maggie walked through a portal in the western city that led to a land that was twice as big and three times as beautiful as Thoth Academy. There were all types of mysterious plants and trees, along with hi-tech buildings and facilities. There were even flying vehicles and Magi at every corner.

Sometimes, clashes of qi could even be heard coming from the skies. The Magi population at this school was far denser than Lucky had imagined. Furthermore, this part of the city was so removed from Thoth Academy, Lucky no longer wondered why advanced academy students rarely showed up after advancing.

Two groups of students lined up in a formation within a beautiful and spacious field. They stood among low cut turf, sports facilities, battle platforms, and an area as large as a football field in-between two silver platforms that stood 10 feet above the ground and were half the size of the field. Everything in the area was covered in hieroglyphs. Many of these diagrams centered around an ibis, the same image present on the blazer of every student. On top of the west platform, was a group of a few dozen students ranging from age six to sixteen, while the east platform had only a dozen students ranging from the ages of fourteen to nineteen.

These were 67 out of the total of 78 students that made up Advanced Class 57. Under their uniform, each student wore a stylish light armor set on their torso, called advanced training armor. They were practicing during what was the morning session of the Advanced Warrior Class!

The Advanced Placement students followed a different format from the rest of the academy's students. There were 99 different classes for each grade level at Thoth High, starting with class 101 for the first-year students, 201 for the second-year students, and so on. In the advanced courses, there was no separation by grade level. All geniuses who passed the assessment qualification in the Original Pressure Chamber would be placed into the advanced class that corresponded to their class number. There was neither a minimum nor a maximum amount of students that could be in any course. The minimum qualification standard was dependent on the grade level and age of the student in the Original Pressure Chamber. Even some of the elementary school students could be placed in advanced placement classes if they broke through to the Hard Body Stage and were able to persist for 20 - 30 minutes early on. Merely, for those students, a teacher would have to notice their talent in advance and request testing. It was all based upon ability, after all.

Over on the west platform, a handsome and tall young man with lean but well-cut muscles stood as straight as a sheathed sword. He had caramel chocolate skin and was wearing the advanced training armor without a blazer. Unlike the azure armor of most of his peers, his armor was vermillion in color. The young man's long and wavy black hair was braided to his mid-back. His eyebrows were shaped like thick black swords, and his natural aura made him feel slightly overbearing and majestic.

Next to him was a beautiful young woman with blond hair and an angelic smile. She had blue eyes, flawless skin, a magnificent shade of light brown, and she looked almost golden in the sunlight. Her body exuded a m.a.t.u.r.e and confident aura that made other women intimidated. However, her oceanic blue eyes were cold whenever they looked at anyone but the young man next to her. One of these youths had a cultivation at the seventh level of the Hard Body Stage while his female companion had reached the eighth level!

This was none other than Lucky Riot and Margot Frenzy! Ever since their magical night together a few days back, Maggie slept in the dorm with Lucky. However, they had only made love that one time. That night, after a couple of restless hours, she went to a cultivation room for the night to deal with the copious amounts of primordial yang essence she had fearlessly let Lucky deposit into her bank. It took him so long to reach his limit that she refused to waist a drop in the heat of the moment.

After all, she earned it.

However, thanks to that same primordial yang essence, Maggie's cultivation skyrocketed. Unsure of what happened, Maggie panicked and f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y surpassed it at the peak of the eighth level. Otherwise, Maggie feared she would have broken straight through to the tenth level and beyond! This was something neither her mind nor her body was ready for. Maggie realized she would need to wait a while before sleeping with her man again. Otherwise, she might explode. Her sisters had never told her about this part.

Did she do something wrong? Well, if that was wrong, Maggie didn't need to be right. However, she had to find other ways to satisfy the suspicious Kasino. She didn't want him thinking he did something wrong. Due to this, Lucky didn't even know he was the reason Maggie's cultivation exploded.

Maggie's Primordial yin essence was sealed inside Lucky's abdomen by Amenophis, so Lucky also did not experience any changes in his cultivation. He felt the Amenophis' movement at that time. However, he trusted the old dragon, so he didn't fret or concern himself with the action. After all, he had bigger fish to fry.

Today was finally their first day in Advanced Class!

"Hey, Lucky, can you use battle qi yet?" whispered Maggie in curiosity as she looked coquettishly at Lucky. Even though she knew that one had to reach the eighth level of the Hardbody Stage to be able to release the mystic strength of any form from their body, she had still asked this question anyway. After all, Lucky Riot had always been able to do the things that they believed were impossible at his level. He single-handedly destroyed all of his friend's previous programming with his existence alone. His ignoble background only made this more pressuring to them.

Of course, Margot Frenzy was the one most willing to believe in her man's ability to surpass the limits of his level. She wanted nothing more than for him to hurry and become a noble before their secret got out so that her family could do nothing to separate them.

"I can, but my professor told me that I shouldn't display it yet. Not unless I have sufficient reason," responded Lucky Riot indifferently, to which Maggie nodded. Some of the other fifth and third-year students in the vicinity sneered at Lucky's words when they heard him. Inwardly, Lucky was annoyed because his 'training sessions' with Professor Clear Sky would usually just be him serving her tea while they chat about life and magic. Although he learned quite a bit, there had been nothing practical. She offered him little to no guidance towards his essence cultivation. If Lucky asked, then his questions would be treated as if they were air.

"Is this punk serious?" said a pale young man wearing gym shorts.

"Shameless boasting," said one dark-skinned young man wearing red clothes with a dreaded mohawk.

Lucky Riot couldn't be bothered to bicker with these two new classmates. What was the point of arguing with two punks who had never even killed before? He was sure these two had never killed anyone. With the current level of bloodthirstiness in Lucky's heart, they were definitely not his match. Anyway, Lucky simply didn't boast at all. As such, they would see his capabilities for themselves sooner or later. Would they still be so loud and proud at that time?

Obviously not.

Her Kasino didn't want to bother about these youths, but was Margot Frenzy so forgiving?

As her surname suggested, definitely not.

"Why don't you two idiots mind your own business? This was an A and B conversation between this princess and her consort," spat Margot Frenzy at the two boys, while pointing at herself followed by Lucky. This left the two youths dumbstruck, as the school's angel had just openly called this brat her man! She even did it in such a brazen and ambiguous manner, "Since I have him, you two unknowns can 'C' your way out of our business!"

The pale young man's face was as ugly as could be after this statement. Meanwhile, the dark-skinned man's face was expressionless, in spite of him being made speechless by this beautiful girl's cruel rebuttal. Looking at that dazzling face, which was even more appealing when upset, the dark-skinned man could no longer find any anger in himself at all. Lucky shook his head ruefully as Maggie's charm was indeed too much.

After a few seconds passed, the dark-skinned young man grabbed one of his ear length dreads while turning to the pale young man and muttering in a low tone, "What newly advanced student doesn't think of themselves as amazing? Weren't we the same once? He will learn the difference between himself and us very soon."

"Oh?" Lucky Riot raised a brow to this, "In that case, I'm very much anticipating this so-called 'difference' between myself and the other advanced students."

Lucky inwardly thought that it would be good if they really could humble him. Because only if there were a significant difference between himself and his peers would school feel like fun for Lucky.

The advanced academy was the goal of every student at Thoth Academy. One of the main reasons being that whenever a student got transferred to the advanced academy, he or she would seemingly vanish into thin air. This was the case until they graduated and achieved great things. They didn't interact with the rest of the student body very much or at all, really.

Was it really just the distance? One only had to be age 16 to drive a hovercraft. Even Lucky planned on taking a license test.

Lucky was eager to discover the truth behind this oddity, and now he has seen part of it. The advanced academy was basically a world of its own! There existed very little reason to travel outside of it. Even less to leave the Central Sector. As if Lucky's body was reacting to his thoughts, his eyes involuntarily glanced across the field to the other platform. His gaze instantly landed on a gorgeous young lady with purple hair and azure-tinted silver light armor. Seeing her from where he stood he almost thought he could smell her.

"Still smells like Violet..."
