Lucky Riot And The Mystic Dragon

Chapter 8 - Just a F*cking Weakling

Chapter Four - Bloodline Awakening part 1

A year?

Was this a joke?

How could it have been a year?

Didn't that mean Lucky missed his birthday? It was only five days away!

Totally unfair.

What about the school? Summer break? His family?

The deadline?

So much time had been wasted.

Even though every sacred blessing would render the youths unconscious for a while, it had never been for longer than 48 hours. Most of the time, it was merely a few hours.

Lucky Riot looked up at the sun in the sky through the tint of the distant county wall and saw that it was more than halfway through it's decent. If it had already been a year... why were they here?

However, there was no time for him to consider this right now. Two of his friends were bruised, swollen, and groaning 20 meters down the alley. Meanwhile, little Maggie was still unconscious. Of course, looking at that pair of jade legs, Maggie suddenly seemed not so small anymore. Bravo was no match for Frankie Baldez who was at the Seventh Level of the Hard Body Stage, and neither was Lucky. Lucky had checked the cultivation bases of all these rambunctious youths and discovered that they were mostly dregs at the fourth or fifth level of the Hard Body Mystic Stage. None of them seemed to be acolytes, so at least they didn't have to worry about being bombarded with spells. However, this Frankie was at the Seventh level, and two of the goons directly behind him were both at the sixth level.

Bravo and Lucky couldn't defeat such opponents, even if there were two more of them each.

The sixth and seventh levels of the Hard Body stage were huge hurdles. At each of these levels, the strength of the mortal body would increase dramatically! A fifth level Hard Body warrior would need to be capable of jumping two levels to defeat a sixth level Hard Body mystic warrior! It was the same if a sixth level Hard Body mystic warrior challenged a seventh level mystic warrior!

Thus, a mere Frankie Baldez was enough to pressure Lucky and Bravo intensely.

"Time's up boys! What's it going to be? Scram or bam?! Exit left or accept your death?!" Frankie walked forward, step-by-step, shoulders dropped, and battle-ready.

"You'll have to murder me to touch a single hair on my sister's head, you little bitch." Shouted Bravo Frenzy fearlessly. He would never allow these assholes to touch Margot unless he really died. He grimaced and bellowed at the top of his lungs, "COME AT ME!"

"You..." Frankie Baldez narrowed his eyes and then stood straight like a pole. He thought he could scare these kids into submission, but apparently, they had the heart for a fight.

However, he couldn't be bothered to attack two wimps at the fifth and second level, what trash! One had to know, a warrior couldn't even correctly utilize profound level mystic skills until they reached the fifth level. Before that, all they could use were regular martial level skills, which were much weaker. Frankie didn't take these punks seriously at all even if they knew some spectacular martial arts, "Eric, clean these brats up properly."

"Roger! Boys, attack with all you've got, its just two wastes! Use your martial skills! The first one to knock them out gets to carry the girl back to the boss' place!" Eric was a short and stout youth that looked about 19-years-old.

Nine youths surrounded Lucky and Bravo in a half-circle and closed in on them.

"F.u.c.k this," Lucky Riot hopped in place as he warmed up his body. He felt super pumped! These idiots had given him his best-case scenario. He couldn't take out the three captains in the back, but he didn't fear the seven cannon fodder in front at all. "Bravo, grab Maggie! When I move, you know where to go!"

Bravo was startled, but he reacted immediately by turning and bending over to lift his sister into his arms. He knew how crazy this Riot boy could get when he was cornered! He was willing to bet his life on Kasino Riot at this time!

After all, they were likely doomed either way. Bravo chose to struggle to protect Margot, or her dad and older siblings would surely slaughter him in his sleep. The consequences are all damned, at this point.

"Get them!" shouted Eric furiously.

"WOAH~~."

All nine boys rushed forward using different martial techniques!

Lucky's face was dignified. He straightened his waist and abdomen and sent out a meteor-like punch at the rushing young man to his far left, creating a thunder-like sound like hollow metal colliding. His fist glowed with sky blue light which expanded and burst like a bubble at the point of contact.

Collapsing Waves Fist!

The young man on the receiving end of the punch was the weakest among this crowd and his body twisted 180 degrees before he tumbled backward. The shock wave of the impact knocked two other youths on their butts.

"Profound art!" Frankie Baldez and the two sixth level hard body goons were both stunned.

"This brat only has a cultivation at the second level, right? How could he possibly use essence qi?" Eric grimaced thinking that this kid was an anomaly. They would have to handle him themselves.

Bravo's eyes flashed as he seized this opportune moment to shoot through the gap in-between the goons and bolt down the alley.

His destination?

The lone dumpster at the end of the alley!

"I don't need to get in myself, it's fine as long as I can send Maggie through that wormhole!" Bravo thought to himself as he increased his speed. However, as Bravo neared only 10 steps away from the dumpster something collided with the back of his head and sent him rolling forward. Bravo did his best to protect his little sister in his embrace as his back slammed against the dumpster.

Lucky Riot landed next to him in a crash, his nose broken and bloody and his arm twisted terribly. After his successful attack on the cannon fodder, Frankie Baldez had grown startled. Not wanting to take any unnecessary risks, Frankie directly rushed in front of Lucky and rendered him helpless in one kick! Lucky shot out like human arrow until colliding with Bravo!

"Bravo," shouted Lucky, while coughing out some blood, "do it!"

Lucky's inner organs had been rocked violently, and a few were punctured by broken bones. His breathing was very unsteady. Bravo felt a warm feeling well up in his heart upon seeing the state of this little madman. He suddenly regretted the way he had looked at Lucky until now. Lucky was at least better than that punk Tony, who did his best to play dead from the start.

Bravo cleared his head and used the dumpster to stand himself up and open the lid. Next, he struggled to lift Margot into the dumpster. Frankie Baldez sneered and motioned at Eric and the other sixth level youth. Seeing the approaching crisis, Lucky knew that there was no more time. Luckily these thugs weren't smart enough to feel threatened by Bravo placing Maggie in the dumpster. Their movements didn't possess urgency.

Lucky impatiently pushed Bravo's bum with all his strength sending him tumbling into the dumpster along with Maggie. Lucky shouted impatiently, "Go, go!!"

Upon seeing them disappear within, Lucky finally released a breath of torpid air. Unfortunately, as soon as he exhaled he suffered a massive blow to the gut, forcing his eyes to bulge so fiercely, he almost lost consciousness on the spot. Lucky's body slammed into the dumpster so hard it was stuck in the imprint. Mystic essence strength rampaged through his body, and he puked blood!

"Kasino... Bro!!" from the side Capp held his hand out to his friend through blurry eyes. His voice was raspy and weak. Capital felt such hatred! They came to this alley, thinking that they could use this year's Sacred Blessing to wake up their comatose friends. However, they never imagined that Frankie and his gang also made this alley their new base of operations!

When these goons saw Margot Frenzy, they suddenly became crazed lunatics, wanting to kidnap her no matter what. Capp and friends were attacked before they could even react adequately. Capp struggled to get up, but before he was even an inch off the ground, he felt a gross pain that made him shout," Arguhh!!"

Frankie walked up calmly and stepped on Capital's wrist, which released a ghastly cracking noise, "Hmph, trashes. Do you dare to throw the woman that the boss wants into the dumpster? I should waste you all. Luckily for you, the boss doesn't like us hurting young talents. You stay smart like Mr. Bizarre Bazaar and stay quiet right here. Do that, and I'll let you live. As for your friend, hmph. He'll be lucky to continue breathing for a few more hours."

"All right, boys lets wrap this up. I've got a hot piece of Wingonian a.s.s waiting for me back home. Throw the waste in the waste bin, and recover the lady," snickered Eric by the dumpster.

"Man, yo a.s.s be tweaking bro," said the other sixth level thug next to Frankie. "Always falling into that foreigner p.u.s.s.y. I might need to try that out though."

"Cough... cough... You... f.u.c.k.. ing. Cough. Cowards." Lucky Riot was in the most pain he had ever experienced in his 14 years of life... wait that wasn't right, it should be 15 years of living now! He had missed his fifteenth birthday somehow. Actually, he had a feeling from Bravo's earlier expression that he may have lost his sixteenth birthday as well! How tragic. Was this how it all ended?

Lucky couldn't accept it!

He wouldn't accept it!

"What did you say, little bitch?" the other sixth level Hard Body stage youth walked up and held Lucky's cheeks in his palm. He tugged him out of the dented dumpster by his face, holding him in the air with a sneer. "Us? Cowards? Naw, yo a.s.s just a f.u.c.k.i.n.g weakling. The weakest existence that we can crush with ease. Why should we concern ourselves with you, p.u.s.s.y? You exist for us to vent our frustrations, hahaha."
