Mana: Goddess Of Destiny

Merlin was in his tower trying to console Kai who was bawling his eyes out when Faith walked in. He stood up as Faith entered.

"Here he is." Faith handed Merlin a green gum-drop. She looked around her the wizard's tower. Merlin chants a spell. Kai looks at the young girl who is curiously looking at everything.

"Hey" He calls and runs up to her "What's Your Name?". Faith looks at Kai and smiles

"Fay. My name is Fay."

"My name is Kai, it's nice to meet you" he reached out his hand

"Nice to meet you too" she grabbed his hand, he stares at her intently

"Anything wrong?"

"If my first time seeing someone with black hair and eyes," Kai said

"Oh: She giggled. Merlin had finished chanting as the green gumdrop changed and turned into a young boy. Arthur looked exactly like his father when he was the same age, Faith would know most she raised Uther Afterall. She then thought to herself I'd like to see my little Prince, she giggled

"Hey, what are you laughing at"

"Who knows" She laughed off as she walked outside the tower. Merlin chased after her.

"Tea…" Merlin paused when he saw her expression that said keep it a secret. "Fay"

"Yes"

"Teacher! Who is that rude girl" Arthur yelled at Merlin as he started to sweat. Merlin loved his student but, there was no saving him if he offended his teacher. Faith smiled as the more she watched Arthur, the more she saw Uther.

"Hey, what are you smiling at!" his face was burning red

"Hahaha" Faith burst out laughing at his embarrassment

How dare you laugh at me" he fumed "I am Prince Arthur, the son of the King, you will be punished for your insolence."

"Shut up. You little brat" Faith hit Arthur's head with her fist

"You dared to hit this Prince" He held his head "My father won let this go."

"Bring it, id like to see what the king would do to me."

"You…"

"What's the wrong brat. Aren't you going to get your daddy to punish me" She laughed, Faith would personally like to see what Uther would do to her.

"Shut up" he screamed. Merlin didn't know what to do as it was between his student and his teacher.

Faith scoffed at him "Merlin I'm going to the stables" she speeds off

"You get back here" Arthur yelled

"Wait for me "Kai chased after them

"Hey, wait" Arthur huffs as he continues to run after Faith as she seemingly glides through the palace knowing exactly where she is going. He can't let this girl get away with insulting him.

Once Faith had lost Arthur's trail she heads towards the back stables. Horses weren't put here anymore as it was too small and the palace had a lot of houses so, it was quiet.

The Legend of King Arthur, the tale is one of those repeated stories, that often can't help being retold in different worlds. People who bore the names of the characters are bound to those stories unable to escape the tale. It's the destiny set in stone; their lives are set by the tale even if there are some differences. Those people bound to the story are called FAIRS

Faith has seen it many times to the point that was the only truth that she could come up with.

Faith looked sadly at the abandoned stables although it was in perfect conditions it was barely used. She laid on the patch of hay inside. It may not have looked comfortable, but it was, soft and warm, it made Faith doze off as she snuggled deeply in it.

"Hey, stupid!" Arthur screamed at the sleeping girl on the massive pile of hay. Faith hears him but it to sleepy to move as he continues to rant at her. Faith pulled Arthur down when he approached her.

"Lay down, its nice here," Faith said as she casted a spell, making Arthur fall asleep. She laid her head back down when Kai walked in out of breath. "Kai, join us, it's nice," she said her eyes still closed. Kai walked up and glanced at the sleeping Arthur and then Faith when a confused Face.

Kai's little hands touched the pile of hay. It was warm and soft, he laid down on and found it was even cozy, he fell asleep on the pile of hay. This made Faith smile, the three of them were asleep for the rest of the day.

Faith woke up on the sofa of the wizard's tower and saw Merlin reading by his Alchemy table not too far away. She yawned and stretched

"I'll make you some coffee," Merlin said and went to pour her a cup.

"Thank you" Faith reached out for the cup and took a sip "Arthur looks so much like Uther, I couldn't help but tease him."

"I see."

"The arrogance was the same too; he made me want to discipline him." Faith giggled "So much."

"MMM" Merlin gulped

"AH!" Faith looked back at Merlin "Is Vivian still rejecting you."

"I" Merlin became silent, and a hurt loom appeared on his face

"She still blames you for binding her to the lake." Faith thought for a moment "Even though it was her fault…. Shall I go talk to her" she looked back at Merlin

"No Teacher, I'm Fine"

"MMM…Is that so" she gulped down her "I'm going out to PLAY" she smiled and ran out before Merlin could say anything else.

Faith spent a few hours playing with the animals of Collate forest, Yuyu especially who continuously curled up against as if she was the best person in the world. She tried to visit Maine, but it seemed like she wasn't home. Faith was lost in thought as she walked back to the Castle until she came by the hen-house and smiled.

The place is dirty, and droppings were everywhere. Faith looked through the chickens to find an egg, but it seemed that there wasn't any.

"What are you doing here?" Arthur said

"Looking for chicken eggs."

"Why?"

"Because I want to eat one."

"…."

"The very good for you, you know."

"The chickens here don't produce eggs."

"Aww"

"Teacher said you could help me in the future and that it was best not to fight with you."

"OH" she giggled, Merlin was worried that she would do something if he continued to see a problem with her, so he fibbed a little. "Arthur help me find a chicken egg."

"Are you deaf? I said the chickens don't produce eggs here."

"Are you dumb? If the chickens here can't produce eggs, then chicken eggs have to come from somewhere."

"Oh"

"what are you guys doing?" Kai said from behind Arthur

"Kai help me look for a chicken's egg."

"Chicken's egg?"

"Yes, you'll help me right!" Faith eyes sparkled

Ah. Sure" he said
