Miracle Card Shop: All My Cards Can Be Actualize

165 Satan's Nightmare - 01

"I'll keep that in mind," Daniel said, then opened the door and stepped out of the shop.

As Daniel stepped out of the shop, he found himself standing in front of the Kindergarten, which appeared eerie and unsettling in the deepening darkness of the night. The streetlights cast long shadows, and the usual cheerful and vibrant atmosphere of the Kindergarten during the day had now transformed into a mysterious and foreboding place.

With his newfound power and knowledge as an Archmage, Daniel sensed that the fabric of space in this area was in a state of disarray. It felt as though the space itself was being manipulated and hidden by some unknown entity, making it challenging to discern any traces of his wife, Koyuki. He could feel a faint presence, but it was elusive and shrouded in a perplexing array of spatial disturbances.

The surroundings were eerily quiet, with only the occasional distant sound of a passing car or a gentle breeze rustling the leaves of nearby trees. The moon's soft glow cast an ethereal light, creating haunting shadows that seemed to dance in the corners of Daniel's vision.

As Daniel ventured deeper into the Kindergarten, a rush of adrenaline coursed through his veins. The abnormality of the space around him was becoming clearer and clearer, signaling the presence of sinister beings and unholy entities that he had hunted before as a Grand Hunter. The once-familiar surroundings of the lively playground now transformed into an otherworldly and desolate landscape.

His senses heightened, and his trained instincts guided him forward, undeterred by the eerie atmosphere. The swings swayed eerily in the breeze, and the empty slides seemed to beckon him onward, as if leading him to the heart of the mystery.

The scent of freshly cut grass mingled with the cool night air, creating a paradoxical mix of comfort and tension. The mysterious ambiance only fueled Daniel's determination to find his beloved wife, Koyuki, and reunite his family.

Venturing deeper, the spatial distortions intensified, attempting to mislead him. However, his power as an Archmage and Grand Hunter allowed him to pierce through the illusions. With every advancing step, he readied his large caliber handgun, prepared to fire at any ghost or evil spirit that dared to confront him.

As Daniel ventured further into the darkest depths of the kindergarten, the eerie atmosphere intensified into a frenzied spectacle. Howling cold winds whipped through the air, swirling leaves and billowing dust creating an otherworldly ambiance. From the shadows emerged an overwhelming horde of malevolent spirits, their malicious intent directed straight at him.

Seeing the sheer number of entities before him, Daniel couldn't help but smirk, feeling a rush of adrenaline as he prepared for the grand challenge that lay ahead. Armed with the combined knowledge of an Archmage and a Grand Hunter, he knew he could swiftly devise a plan to eradicate these anomalies.

Without hesitation, Daniel fired his shot onto the ground in a precise and calculated pattern. As he crouched down, he touched the earth with his hand, channeling both his mana and the wisdom of a Grand Alchemist. A magical spark ignited at his touch, and the ground began to tremble with the holy element's fluctuating power.

In an awe-inspiring display of mastery over the elements, the ground beneath him transformed into the highest level of sacred sanctum ever witnessed. Brilliant sparks of holy energy danced around him, illuminating the darkness with their divine radiance. The malevolent spirits recoiled, sensing the impending purification that awaited them.

Screeeeeeeeeeeeeccchhhh

With a resounding scream of the malevolent spirits that were engulfed by the holy sanctum's overwhelming power. The ground pulsed with radiant energy as the sacred sanctum expelled the darkness, leaving behind only pure and untainted surroundings. Even the largest of the corrupted entities had no chance against the divine might unleashed by Daniel.

As the last remnants of the malevolence dissipated, the once eerie atmosphere began to subside, returning to its former calm state.

At this moment, there, in front of him, a spatial crack was revealed, and thick demonic foulness seeped out. It happened to clash with the sacred ground that Daniel had just transformed. The clash of light and darkness made the air heavy and unbearable, but Daniel used his magic to widen the spatial crack before he jumped in.

The moment he entered the cracked spatial pocket, he witnessed a scene as if he had ventured into hell itself. Several mountains of corpses, as tall as high-rise buildings, were made from the remains of demonic beings, from the lowly imp to the dreadful pit fiend.

In the middle of the clearing, seemingly protected by a small shelter of holy sanctum, lay the ragged body of Michaela, the archangel. Her once-silver armor was torn apart, and her six wings were bloodied, with two of them torn from the roots. Her body bore numerous slash and gash wounds.

His heart sank as he saw the dire state of his wife and daughter within that sanctum.

His daughter, Sylvana, a 5-year-old girl, stood defiantly in front of her injured mother, facing off against an elegant-looking man in a blood-red suit. Though the man was amused by the little one's powerlessness, Sylvana dared to oppose him.

"Oh? What have we here? Don't you fear me anymore, little one?" the elegant man asked, amused by Sylvana's futile resistance.

"Don't... Don't... don't bully Mama and sister Michaela anymore! Bad man!!" Sylvana shouted at the elegant man. Her reaction provoked the sadistic nature of Satan, who reveled in the innocence of this little girl.

"Bully!? HAAAA Ha HAHAHA! Your Sister Michaela is an archangel! She nearly killed half of the demons in my hell dimension before I could wear her down! If not, I would have died too. As for your mother, I just want something she stole from me back. And you call me a bully? Little girl?" Satan mocked, holding a red fiery orb, the essence of Wrath, in his hand. He quickly swallowed it, causing his power to soar.

"Bad man!!" Sylvana shouted again in frustration. Her parents hadn't taught her any bad language, so this was the best she could do.

"Ohhhh? Was that the best you could do? Ohhhh, I'm shaking. What's next, little one? Try to bite me next?" Satan taunted the little Sylvana.

The frustration boiled within the young girl as she wanted to retaliate and shoo away this bad man who had hurt her Mama and sister Michaela, both of whom had fought bravely to protect her.

Suddenly at that moment, Satan instinct screamed at him to retreat out of where he stood. Satan didn't think anything and quickly jumped back.

Boooooom!!!

A highly concentrated holy beam penetrated through the hellish ground where he once stood, causing Satan to gulp down his saliva, realizing the peril he narrowly avoided.

"You seem to enjoy yourself, bullying my family," Daniel spoke coldly as he jumped down from the top of a nearby mountain of corpses, positioning himself in front of little Sylvana to protect his family.

Surveying the horrifying scene of mountains of demonic corpses, Daniel marveled at Michaela's fierce determination. He was relieved to see her chest rise and fall with each breath, though she and his wives remained unconscious.

Quickly springing into action, Daniel used his spells to heal both his wives and Michaela while soothing little Sylvana. Despite Satan still watching from a distance, Daniel's priority was to ensure his family's safety.

"It's okay, sweetie. Papa is here. I won't allow anyone to bully us," Daniel reassured little Sylvana in a soothing tone, gently putting her to sleep with his magic.

Meanwhile, Michaela awakened from her injuries, partially healed by Daniel's magic, but her wings needed more time to return to their former glory.

"My lord, I apologize. I'm not strong enough," Michaela said, crouching on one knee, taking responsibility for her inability to fully protect Daniel's wife.

"It's okay, Michaela. Can you take little Sylvana out of here? I'll open the passage for you," said Daniel.

"Oh? Magitek is it? This pocket dimension was created by me. Do you think you can let anyone leave as you please, without my permission?" Satan mocked.

"Yes... Why not," Daniel answered in confusion, snapping his fingers.

Suddenly, a searing pain ran rampant through Satan's heart and body, as if his magic veins were short-circuited. He sensed that he had lost control over his pocket dimension, as if an adult forcefully took candy from a child's hand.

A portal to the outside world opened behind him, and Michaela safely took both Koyuki and Sylvana out of the pocket dimension. Before leaving, she couldn't help but smirk at Satan, proudly at her lord's immense power.

Satan swiftly exerted all of his power to regain control of the pocket dimension. Daniel easily allowed him to do so, as he had no intention of leaving anytime soon.

"Now what, Magitek? Now you're trapped in here with me. Feeling fear yet? Wanted to run? If you want, I... might..." Before Satan's words could come to an end, a fierce punch came hurtling toward Satan's face, crushing it in the process. The speed was beyond even the sound barrier, causing a shockwave that obliterated the mountain of corpses.
