Alex already wore his cloak and his mask, both of his daggers in his hands, as they walked towards the forest. Both of them looked at Alex and Max immediately brought out his silver sword.

"Since you guys prefer killing then we'll kill anyone we see" Max mumbled.

"That's the spirit, let's hope the newbies are above level 5, or they'll have to buy a new helmet" Alex smirked.

"I should probably put all my remaining SP in my spell casting, my Mana is pretty low," Gabriel said.

"That's right, I have over 50 SP, I should use mine too," Alex said.

"You have what, over 50, wow we'll need to work hard to catch up to you" Max snorted.

'My speed and stealth are the stars now, so I'll need to increase my strength, I'll need it in the long run, I currently have 55 SP so I'll try to balance my stats'

The three of them walked into the forest, a cold wind was brushing again their skins as they walked through the forest, the trees were tall covering the little light from the sun.

The sun was already going down before they entered the forest, and now that they were in, it was like it was already nighttime.

"We'll need to move fast, we still have a long way to go, and guys in case if you don't see me, don't worry, I'm okay," Alex said.

"Huh! can you make yourself invisible?" Gabriel asked.

"Partially...if I stand still for some time" Alex replied.

"It's already hard to see you and I can't hear your footsteps, so which way?" Max asked.

"Just keep walking straight, I'll tell you when to turn," Alex said.

"I hope we find...shhh, I hear something" Gabriel said.

"I hope we don't get hunted by high-level players" a voice spoke.

"We can't get hunted in this forest, Thai is a forest for newbies, and even if we are attacked we can beat them, there are five of us here" another voice spoke.

A group of five players looked around as they walked toward the forest, they were heading toward the city.

"Should we attack them, we can take them, I'm sure" Max whispered, Max and Gabriel were laying flat on the ground behind some grass as the group walked by.

"Yeah, we should kill them," Gabriel said.

"Where is Alex, he's gone, we should carefully attack them, we don't know their classes yet, but the strongest one of them is in level 5, the rest of them are level 4 newbies.

"Time to test my sword, and Gabriel please don't use fire, or you would burn down the forest," Max said.

"I don't have any good spells, I have two spells for trapping and one fireball for executing my targets" Gabriel smirked.

"Then be careful, don't spray it around the forest," Max said.

"Hey...you know I can kill you now right, we are both on the ground so I can trap you with my mud and finish you off," Gabriel said as he flashed Max a glare.

"Sorry...I was just saying that for Alex, we don't know where he is and you could attack him by mistake" Max said.

"Ohhh...you are right, we should move now, we are now at their back"

The group of players were all newbies with little fighting experience, they had possibly fought with animals but not with other players but they were no different from Max, Gabriel, and Alex.

"Level 5...good, I'm going to kill that one" Alex muttered to himself.

Alex was currently on a medium-sized tree and the group of players were walking toward him, the tree was closer to the ground but Alex wasn't afraid of being seen.

He was currently almost invisible, except one of the players was a high-level assassin with was impossible because Alex could see their level.

"We are also to the city, we can get good equipment there then we'll continue, if we stay as a group we would be able to reach the top 10 easily" the level 5 player in front spoke.

'Too bad for you, but this is where your dream ends, but don't worry, I'll achieve your dreams for you' Alex mumbled as he jumped down.

*Boom*

Alex landed on the ground and two of the players fell to the ground from shock, the other two quickly jumped backward but one player couldn't move.

Two of Alex's daggers were deep in the neck of the level 5 player, Alex removed the steel dagger and plunged it Into the stomach of the player dealing the final blow and slowly the player faded away.

"You bastard, what have you done" one of the players shouted as he dragged his slingshot, a rock bullet was already loaded so all he had to do was fire.

The ground shook slightly and immediately, the legs of the four remaining players began to sink into the ground, Alex used the opportunity to escape and hid behind a tree.

Two of the players were swordmen, one of them was a Marksman, one Archer, and one healer. Alex already killed one of the sword men and Gabriel had trapped all the remaining four in his mud trap.

"He had company, they are high-level players" the healer shouted as they struggled to break free.

The Marksman was still waiting as he struggled to escape Gabriel's mud trap, immediately Max dashed out of the bushes and ran towards the players.

*Bam*

A rock bullet hit Max on his head and he fell to the ground, the Marksman grinned and removed another rock bullet from the pouch on his waist.

"I'm out, give me your hand, and I'll help you out," the healer said as he succeeded in dragging himself out.
