Mute Girl The Series : Rose Thorns

"Wait! You can't just ...." Casey didn't manage to stop Elaine in time as the door had already pushed open by the time Casey caught up. In the room, on the floor, a lifeless body of a young girl was lying with foaming around the mouth.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER HUH? LET HER GO!!" Elaine shouted fiercely, trying to protect that young girl when she saw a man trying to touch that girl while Casey was extremely taken aback when her eyes laid on both that man and the girl. She was shocked to see the condition of that girl along with the man's familiar face. WHAT THE HELL? THAT MAN WAS NOAH O'SULLIVAN!

"Are you stupid? Can't you see her condition? Any second longer she gonna die! Those people drugged her and now she overdosed. We need to go to the hospital quickly." Noah replied with his red eyes roaring back at Elaine and then shifted his gaze to that dying girl. He scooped her in his arms as he carried her in a bridal style.

Hey!! What are you trying to do? STOP! STOP!" Elaine put more force to prevent him from taking that girl away by abruptly grabbing one of the arms.

Analysing the severity of that girl's condition, Casey agreed that that girl must be sent to the hospital immediately so she had no choice but to pull Elaine away and grabbed the shoulders to force Elaine to listen to her.

"ELAINE!! WE NEED TO SEND HER TO HOSPITAL NOW OR SHE'LL DIE ANYTIME SOON. DON'T YOU WANT TO HELP HER??"

"But... but..."

By the time Casey calmed Elaine down, Noah with the girl in his arms reached the 4 by 4 vehicle at the backyard of the mansion and put her the backseat with the safety belt slung over the girl before jumping onto the vehicle.

"Quick! Bring her to our place. She needs immediate treatment." Noah instructed the driver, Oscar who had been stand by at the driver's seat to start driving. The 4 by 4 drove out of the forest with high speed.

"Hey! Hey! Where are you taking her? Hey! Hey!" Elaine saw the 4 by 4 passed by them speedily and again tried to stop them but her voice was just like the wind passing by unnoticed.

"Look! They've taken her away. What should I do now? You said that you gonna help Hannah but why did you let him take her?" Elaine panicked and started to wail.

Ring! Ring!

At this moment, Casey's phone vibrated indicating an incoming call. She took out the cell phone from the side pocket and picked up the call.

"Hey... where..." Before Casey could finish her words, the caller cut her off.

"I'll send you the location. Bring that woman along with you."

Tut... Tut... Just like that, the call ended.

Ting! A message came in. Casey pressed the notification and the message popped up. Indeed, the caller just now had sent her the said location.

"Let's go. I've got the address."

--- Mayor's office, Central West Land ---

"How's the office this past week?" asked William who just came back from his trip at South West Land. He initially planned to spend only 2 to 3 days there but his trip got extended as 'someone' had caused a ruckus which stopped him from returning early.

"Did anyone look for me?"

William flipped open the files and began briefly scanned the contents.

"Sir Miller has sent a message for you. Next month, the royal families will hold a meeting in conjunction with the upcoming election campaign hence he wants you to make the suitable preparation to impress the royal families in that meeting.'

"Make sure that until the meeting, keep everything under the wraps and if any problem arises, do whatever means to take care of the mess. Any news about my son?"

"We've found his current whereabouts however he refused to come with us. He said that if you wanted him to come home, you must fetch him by yourself. He didn't trust us."

"That spoiled brat! He really will be the death of me." William started to feel regret as this son of him had been pampered so much to the extent he, himself had to go and personally pick that brat. What to do? He had to give in for the meantime to avoid this brat causing troubles.

"Also, Sir Damien has been seen with this same woman for the past week. They have been meeting frequently for almost every day however this woman's background has yet to be discovered. We encounter some problems while investigating her. It seems that this woman isn't from a normal family. This woman goes by the name Dania Nash but we couldn't find out any info about her and her family. We believe that this woman has used a fake name as there's no record of this name being registered."

Pap! William threw the file in frustration causing the file to fall on the ground.

"Get him on the phone now!"

"Book the flight ticket now. I'll go there immediately." Seeing that the call took a long time to get connected, William had lost his patience. Honestly, he felt so tired but this brat didn't allow him to get a peaceful rest after coming back from such a challenging trip and now he had to fly over his son's hiding place. What a troublesome son!
