Nana knitted her brows as she read the building's name in front of her.

"Civil Affairs Bureau?" She mumbled.

Nana tilted her head to Jian, "What are we doing here?" She asked.

Though she already had the idea in her mind, but she don't want to assume!

Jian turn her head to Nana, and he hold her hand.

"Let's get married!" Jian replied.

"Let's go!"Jian grab Nana towards the entrance of the Civil Affairs.

But Nana refused to follow Jian.

"Why?" He asked with anxiousness.

"Seriously Jian?!" Nana acted angry.

"You want to marry me this instance without even proposing to me?" Nana sounded like a child throwing tantrum.

"Oh!" Jian scratched his head.

He got so excited and forget to propose to her!

"Is it necessary?" He asked as if, he don't have any idea about it!

"Of course!" Nana replied.

"You should ask me first, before you made a decision." Nana added.

" I'm sorry, Jian apologized."

He tilted his body to face Nana.

"Natalie Zhuang, I am Jian Hong, the man who want to grow old with you.

The man who want to see your face before he close my eyes at night, and want to see your face as soon as he open his eyes in the morning."

At first Natalie was just joking to make Jian propose to her!

She didn't think that Jian would take it seriously!

The playful smile on Natalie's face slowly faded as soon as Jian started to speak!

"I am the man who wanted to be the father of your kids. I am the man who will love you even if your hair turned gray, I will stay by your side even if we're old and struggle to walk."

This time, Natalie's tears started to roll down to her face!

After a while, she smile, but the tears continued to roll down to her face!

She is crying but at the same time she is smiling!

" Nana..." Jian kneel down in front of Nana.

" Will you marry me?" He asked.

Nana wiped her tears, and then , she spread her left finger .

"Where is the engagement ring?" Nana joked.

"Oh!" Jian scratched his head again.

"Yeah right!" Jian seemed like he remember something!

He get up from kneeling and walk closer to the car.

He opened the driver's seat and took his blazer, he checked the pocket and took a small box.

Jian get back to where Nana is standing.

He opened the box and show it to Nana. "Will this do?" he asked.

Nana was surprised!

She didn't expect that Jian prepared a diamond ring!

"I thought, you are not prepared?" Nana asked.

"Ah,.. I have this ring for a year now, but I was so excited earlier and forget about it." Jian revealed a forced smile.

"So, is it a yes?" Jian asked Nana.

Nana nodded her head a few times.

"Of course!"

Nana looked at the ring in her hand.

"It's so beautiful!" Nana exclaimed!

The two of them entered the Civil Office.

Someone gave them a piece for paper which they need to fill up!

Nana and Jian filled up what they needed to answer.

After the filing, they took pictures, and waited for a while and then... Ding!

That same day, the two of them are officially husband and wife!

Jian's footsteps stopped she shoved his hand inside his pocket and took his phone.

He gestured Nana to go to the car , first.

Jian looked at his phone to check the caller's ID, it's secretary Wen!

"Hello?" He asnwered.

"Mr. Hong, you have a mee---" Before Secretary Wen could finish his word, Jian interrupted him.

"Cancel all my meeting for today, no , all my meeting for this week." He said and then, he ended the call.

Secretary Wen scratched his head, 'Why would he suddenly cancel all his meeting for this week?' he asked his self.

Jian shoved his phone to his pocket, but not long after, his phone ring again.

This time, it was Carrie.

"Yes." Jian answered.

"Gege, where are you now ,huh?!" Carrie asked as if she is teasing her brother.

"I heard you left with sister Nana?" She added.

Jian frowned.

"So?"

"Oh! I am just curious, you did not see each other for one year and---"

"Yah! Cut the crap!" Jian annoyingly yell to Carrie.

He could hear Carrie's laughter from the other line.

" Before your mind gone wild, I will tell you first!" Jian paused for a second.

"We are in the Civi---" Jian did not finish his word and realized that he don't owe her an explanation!

'Aish! Seriously?! I shouldn't be explaining my self to her!' Jian said inside.

Carrie has a sharp sense of hearing!

It didn't escape to her ear, what her brother said a moment ago!

" Wait, what did you just say?" She asked.

"You are in the Civil Affairs Bureau ?!"

Jian rolled his eyes!

His sister is such a gossip girl!

"Did you..."

"Yeah, we did.." Jian did not wait Carrie to finish her word.

"Aaahhh!!!"

Jian automatically take away his phone from his ear as he heard Carrie's piercing scream!

" I can't wait to tell mom about this!"

He heard her scream!

And without saying goodbye, Carrie ended the call!

Jian can't help but smile!

He know his sister is happy for him!

Jian shoved his phone in his pocket and then headed to the car where Nana is waiting for him.

When he reached his car and was about to open the door, his phone ring again!

Jian took his phone from his pocket to check who called.

It's his mom!

Jian swiped his phone and answer the call.

"Mom?"

" Is it true?" His mom asked in excitement!

"Ennn..."

"Oh! I am so happy for you son!" Mrs. Hong said.

"Thanks mom!" Jian replied and then he glanced to Nana who is sitting in the front seat.

Nana waved at him and he waved her back.

"Are you still in the Civil Affairs?" Mrs. Hong asked.

"We're leaving now." Jian replied.

"I'm going to show her my surprise." He added.

"Oh! You will bring her there?" Mrs. Hong asked again.

"Ennn..." Jian nodded.

"Good luck son! I know Nana will like it!"

"I'm hanging up now! Have fun!"

When the call ended, Jian continue to open the car's door, and then he sit down in the driver's seat.

"Where are we going now?" Nana asked.

"I'm going to show you something." Jian said.
