"Wait! What are you going to do with that big amount of money?!" Henry asked Natalie.

They are currently in the living room at Henry's apartment.

Natalie looked at Henry, " Uh, I'm... I'm going to use it for a personal reason." Natalie replied.

Yes! This is her main reason why she wanted to meet him, she wanted to lend money from him for her escape plan.

"Hey!" Henry glanced at Natalie, " I'm sure you have this amount from your savings right? Or why don't you ask your Mom and Dad for this amount, huh?" Henry asked.

Natalie pursed her lips. "I... I can't!" She replied. She tried her best not to show her anxiousness.

Henry knitted his brows and ask," Why not?"

"Uhm." Natalie thinks of an acceptable reason.

"Uhm... I mean, I can't withdraw this kind of amount. Because, because you know, there's a minimum amount that can be withdrawn in the card [ATM] and that amount can't reach the amount of money that I needed." Natalie explained.

(And my parents might notice that I am planning something!)Natalie secretly added.

"Hey, Henry! Are you my friend or not?" Natalie asked with a pouted mouth.

"Of course I am!" Henry replied.

"Then, can you lend me money or not?" Natalie asked again.

Henry did not a response to Natalie, instead, he just stared at her little face.

After a while he speaks, "And what makes you think that I will lend you money?"

"Hmmm..." Natalie cupped her little face while looking up as if she's thinking for the best answer.

"Because... because you love me!"

Henry almost choked from Natalie's last four words.

He suddenly felt nervous!

Did she finally notice that?

But before his mind went wild, Natalie continued to speak.

"I am your best friend, therefore you love me! And I know you can't say no to the people you love!" Natalie revealed her charming smile. "And besides, I am so much in need of money so please..." Natalie acted so pitifully.

"..."

Henry was speechless.

I thought she finally notices me.

"Eh! Who's in so much need of money?" Henry asked Natalie as if he had just misheard what she said.

Natalie pouted her mouth again. "Of course me!" She replied.

"How come an heiress like you can be in so much need of money? You can even get everything that you want!" Henry joked.

Natalie froze for a moment.

Yeah, I can have the material things that I want, but not my freedom!

Natalie secretly sigh.

Henry noticed her change of expression and his cheerful smile slowly faded away.

"Hey! Did I said something wrong?" Henry asked.

Natalie shooked her head. "No." She replied. "Can't you lend me money?" She asked pitifully and her shoulders slowly dropped.

Henry looked at Natalie's pitiful look.

Is she serious?

Did she want to lend money to me?

Henry did not take it seriously earlier, because he thought that Natalie is just kidding him.

"Hey!" Henry patted Natalie's shoulder. "Are you serious?" He asked.

He wants to make sure that she's not kidding him.

Natalie nodded her head lightly. "Hmmm..."

"Oh! I thought that you're just playing a prank on me!" Henry said.

"Why? Do I looked like I'm just fooling around?" Natalie makes her expression even more pitiful!

"Aish!" This is his weakness! To see Natalie's pitiful face!

"Alright! Alright!" Henry finally gives up. "I will lend you the money!" He said and then he took a pen and a blank check.

"How much do you need?" Henry asked.

Natalie's eyes lit up!

Her pitiful expression suddenly becomes cheerful!

He instantly told Henry the amount she needed.

Henry writes the amount that Natalie said and write his signature before he gave it to her.

"Here!" Henry stretched his hand which is holding the check.

Natalie revealed a wide smile and took the check from Henry.

She read the six-digit numbers that were written on the check.

"Thank you!" Natalie said to Henry with sincerity.

She took her ATM card from her wallet and gave it to Henry.

Henry knitted his brows while looking at the card in his hand.

"What is this?" He asked.

"You can withdraw my payment here." She replied. "By the way, please don't tell my Mom and Dad about this." Natalie waved the check. "And one thing! Please withdraw my payment after one month." She added.

"Alright!" Henry replied without asking her questions.

"I have to go. I still have to prepare---" Natalie froze...

Oh my god! I almost told him!

Natalie secretly bit her tongue.

"I mean... I have to... to... to prepare... for... my ...my beauty rest! You know! Ladies! We need beauty rest!" Natalie forced a smile.

"Alright, alright!" Henry rolled his eyes. "You can go now!" He said as he gestured her to go.

"Alright! Bye!" She said and then she picks up her handbag and left Henry's place.

Henry's sight followed Natalie.

He feel something strange, why do I feel something is going to happen?

Henry sigh. Perhaps, I am just thinking too much?

Henry shook his head to set aside his negative thoughts.

As soon as Natalie get back home, she instantly took her passport from the drawer of her table.

Natalie took a deep breath.

She took a pen and a piece of paper and write a letter to her parents.

After a while, she put it at the top of her bedside table.

She took her medium-sized bag and she stuffed some important doc.u.ments inside it before she gets out of her room and headed outside of their mansion.

Aside from her passport and other important doc.u.ments, Natalie did not bring other personal belongings to avoid suspicion from her bodyguards.

No one would suspect that she has a plan to run away from home because she looked natural as usual.

Her bodyguards quickly approached her as soon as they saw her got out of the mansion.

"Young Miss, where are you going?" One of the bodyguards asked politely.

Natalie's footsteps came to a stop. "I want to go to the mall for shopping." She replied.

"Alright, young Miss." The bodyguard replied, " I'll get ready the car." And then he bowed his head and quickly get the black Mercedes Benz. The other bodyguard boarded in the same car with Natalie while the other two boarded on the other car and followed them.
