A Level Zero's Struggle (part 6)

Since it did not shatter, it was enough to give a slap to these chasers.

Qiao almost completely utilized his strength in this one strike. He delivered as much a hard blow as he could. The level three weapon actually gave a slight injury to the monster and baffled monster threw the brawler aside. Just like the chasers, the monster was also stunned.

It could have given fifty more experience if Qiao had been level one, an equal to the monster.

The range limit was what can be described as the ability of the monster's body to react and reach a near object, chaser or enemy in shortest time possible with its big stature.

The chasers were looking goofy now, "Why are you standing there like goons, are you waiting for him to snatch our hunt?" the leader could no longer hide his intentions. He was already at his tether ends to see the brawler taking advantage of their situation and attacking the monster.

Now the question was whether to shoo away the brawler first or kill the monster? What if the brawler again tried to steal opportunity?

Should they kill him first? But he immediately put away the idea as right now the monster was raging and it wasn't possible to deal with the brawler together with the monster.

The leader instructed his underlings to work fast with the hunt else they would become laughing stock of history that a brawler snatched their hunt and earned all the experience points.

Sometimes, it was not just about levels difference, to face a monster, a hunter or chaser should have right amount of determination else, in actual hunt, it was hard to maintain when looking a giant monster nearing over their head.
