My Mage System

541 The most valuable item

In another world, Elias was chatting with Derek while Connor was busy extracting this powerful truquoise ore, and after another hour, Miguel finally joined them.

Elias smiled immediately at him and he asked him right away: "So did you find something interesting in this red dungeon?"

Miguel greeted Derek and he came to hug Elias while telling him: "These little fairies were such a pain in the ass but yes, we got a lot of small grade Divine magic crystals and after I killed their queen, there was a hidden room where we found a small amount of high grade Acrium."

Derek and Elias then widened their eyes and Elias asked him immediately: "How much?"

Elias sighed and he said: "Just enough for a sword… But the small Divine magic crystals will be very useful to help our Mages to increase their mastery of the Divine element, so the ressources we gained today are still a great harvest, what about you?"

Elias then smiled and he told him: "We gained lot of good weapons, darkness energy crystals, and black energy crystals, and I already used the most valuable item and gave it to Atlas."

He saw Miguel looking at him curiously and so he told him, using his golden flames to shape them so that he could show him what this item looked like: "When I killed the Necromancer who was the boss of this red dungeon, we got this sheet of paper with these runes that were black and purple engraved on it.

So I gave it to Atlas who is our black magic expert, and he sent black and darkness particles into the corresponding runes to see if he could get any knowledge from them.

This sheet of paper immediately disintegrated but not before giving Atlas the knowledge he needed to become a Necromancer... So, not bad, right? Now we'll have two mages who can summon creatures."

Derek then asked him curiously: "What's the difference between a summoner and a Necromancer?"

Elias then explained to him: "Summoners can summon all kinds of very powerful creatures, but they are also very limited in the number of creatures they can summon, unlike the Necromancer who can only summon low level creatures but he can summon them almost indefinitely, which is just as dangerous in the end."

Derek then repeated still a little in shock: "He can summon creatures almost indefinitely, wow... That's really something amazing and totally unexpected."

Miguel then said: "Today has been a very good day, not to mention that our men have all been able to refine their fighting techniques, these red dungeons are really extraordinary, even we can have fun in them."

Elias smiled and then he asked him: "Are you coming to rest for a while before you go check out what's behind that impenetrable barrier?"

Miguel nodded and he told him: "We'll wait until the middle of the night to go there, I wonder what we'll find this time... Another prison... Another army... Or maybe just a training camp, but that Lilith has really made a fool of us for all these millennia.

And to think I thought she was completely harmless..."

Miguel sighed and Elias said to him: "As long as the Gods don't create problems, we have no right to meddle in their affairs and she knew it very well, in any case we couldn't have done anything as long as she wasn't openly threatening the creatures of these worlds."

Derek then told them: "The Creator himself had trusted you not once but twice to protect our universe, even the Cradle of Magic is on our side, so it is not too late.

Even though you will have less than them, thanks to Kevin and now Atlas, your number will grow significantly and more importantly these summoned created are only summoned creatures, they can be used as cannon fodders and protect all of you.

We all trust you, and Connor will make sure to forge as many powerful weapons as he can for all of you, we will all do our part, so you can focus on killing these Ancient Gods that still want to cause trouble after 10,000 years."

Miguel looked at Elias and he told him: "This time, I won't let you fight alone against our enemy, there won't be an apocalypse, only the worlds of the Titans will suffer…"

But Elias then told him: "This time you will have to let me handle this battle, because we need you for something much more important.

You are the only one capable of avoiding this apocalypse, because without the Cradle of Magic, our universe will be doomed… But do not worry Love, as always, the Warrior Spirits and their allies will hold up their positions, we won't lose this battle."

Connor then said as he just stopped extracting this turquoise ore to take a healing legendary grade potion to regain his strengh: "To win this war, the two of you will have to hold weapons strong enough to destroy these scepters, and right now we don't have an ore powerful enough to do that."

Elias then looked at him and he asked him: "What do you mean?"

Connor then sat on the ground and he told them: "I have a theory, I heard that even with your crystal sword, you could not destroy this Divine sword.

So here what I think, I think your crystal sword and this Divine sword must be made of an ore of equivalent power.

So it doesn't matter if you are more powerful than these two Goddesses, as long as you don't find an ore more powerful than the one this Divine Sword is made of, it will be almost impossible for you to destroy these scepters even if you aim at the pentagrams as suggested by the Cradle of Magic.

As for the spells, no matter how powerful they are, they will also be of no use to destroy them because these scepters will be directly connected to the Cradle of Magic."

Derek then looked at Connor and he asked him: "Our chances of finding such an ore are almost nil so tell me... Tell us, what's on your mind?"
