My Mage System

551 This place hasn't revealed all its secrets to us yet

Those rooms were really sleazy and his golden shield was the only thing that prevented the black particles that those rooms were filled with from attacking them.

Kevin then said to Axel: "What a pity that Elias refuses that we create an affinity with the Divine Evil element, it would be so easy to create this affinity here with all these black particles."

Axel looked at him and he told him: "You have seen with your own eyes the effects and the risks of having an affinity with these two Divine elements, and Elias is right if it already creates this kind of storm with Jordan and Ian, what will it be for you, Miguel or Colin... I'd rather not even think about it."

Kevin nodded, he knew all of this of course, but he couldn't help but wonder if he would get an exceptional reward from his system if he managed to master all the elements that existed in their universe.

Axel, who could follow his thoughts, then said to him: "Don't think about it too much, Babe, and if Elias' warnings are not enough to convince you to give up this idea, then you should know that I am also against it, the fact that you could suffer the punishment of the Divine laws if you ever mixed these two elements together terrorizes me.

And I refuse to let you take such a risk... You are powerful enough as it is right now, and soon you will also be able to use the knowledge of the Priest, which will boost all your Stats by 4,000 points whenever you need to use it.

Not to mention that once you become a true Priest, you'll also be able to use your Stage 3 during a much longer period of time."

Kevin didn't think this would worry Axel so much so he said sighing in resignation: "Okay honey, don't worry I won't think about it anymore and you're right... As soon as I become a Priest, I'll be much stronger, and I'll be able to train seriously to become a great summoner.

I will make sure that those summoning spells I was able to copy in these purple dungeons will make a difference on the battlefield."

Axel then put his arm around Kevin's shoulders, glad that he seemed to listen to him, and then he kicked the door to another room so hard that the Werewolves inside it who were already in a sorry state because of the black particles couldn't avoid being hurt by it.

Kevin who was using his Stage 2 then just used the golden particles that were in the layer of the Divine energy that he could see much clearer thanks to Axel's vision, and he directed them straight at this Werewolve who chose the wrong path.

The Werewolve then started to scream in pain and terror and he disintegrated in only a few seconds.

Axel then said to Kevin while they were heading to the next room: "Everyone seems to be doing better now that Miguel and Isaac have joined Atlas, Tarik and the others and since Elias has joined my father and Colin, I think you will be able to use your Stage 3 to destroy this place and turn it into dust."

Kevin nodded but told him: "Let's keep going for now, I have a feeling that this place hasn't revealed all its secrets to us yet."

Axel looked at him kind of stunned and he asked him: "You didn't have a vision... So how can you know that?"

Kevin shrugged his shoulders and said: "That's what my instinct tell me... I have the impression that these rooms are only a part of their training, and since they are located on the upper floors, I think that what is in the basement must be even more interesting."

Axel then said to him uncertainly: "Babe, what are you talking about? Even using the power of my runic symbols I don't feel anything at all... There is no basement here."

Kevin then smiled at him and he pointed to the end of the hallway saying to him: "Downstairs I had already received this notification from my System, in the wall over there there is an access point to the basement, I can guarantee it to you."

Axel then made him stop and he looked him in the eyes before telling him dead serious: "If there really is a basement and I am unable to detect it, then that means that we need to call for backup, because Lilith herself must have protected it."

Kevin then said to him nodding his head: "I totally agree with you, we definitely need backup to get into this place, because whether it's her or her first Knight of Darkness who I'm sure is capable of such a feat, remember what Miguel said about him and his powers, this place will definitely be extremely dangerous."

Axel then kissed his forehead relieved that Kevin was aware of the danger and he said to him: "I'll take care of notifying our parents while you finish getting rid of these Werewolves."

Kevin then blushed because even though Miguel had been very clear about the role they wanted to have in their lives, he still hadn't had time to talk with Elias to make sure he really wanted him to be his son...

And since Miguel had been honest with him, it was time for him to take the first step towards Elias.

After all, Elias had long been the only person he trusted and the only person he felt safe with.

Of course now things were different and thanks to Axel he had for some time now a real family and friends they could both count on.

But if Elias really wanted to be officially part of their life and become their father, he would be more than pleased.

As there were only two rooms left to open and clean, Axel said to him: "They want us to wait for them before we try to open the passage."
