Xu Zhuya waited for the elevator to come. It took time, so she used the stairs.

Running, she went down the stairs all the way till the ground floor.

In between, she spared a glance but she wasn't able to find him, nor the child.

The people around looked at her awkwardly.

Though she didn't care about it and just ran.

Landing on the ground floor with heavy breathings, she looked around but didn't find anyone.

'Where is he ??'

She took a few deep breaths and her eyes fell on a water dispenser. Grabbing hold of a disposable cup, she filled it with cold water.

Taking another deep breath, she gulped down the cold water in one go.

She crumbled the cup and threw it into the nearby garbage can.

"WHEW !! That was terrible."

She again started looking around. But, he was nowhere to be found.

'Ahhh !! Where did he go ??' Just as she was stomping her feet angrily, her eyes instantly lit up. "Didn't he say that he would come meet me on the 24th floor ??"

'Ahh !!! I'm just a reckless fool !! I just ran like crazy only to drink a cup of water ??' She hit on her head and walked towards the elevator.

Pressing on the button, she waited for the elevator to come.

"Aren't you Xu Zhuya ??" A gentle voice came from behind her.

Turning around, Xu Zhuya replied "Yes !!"

However, the gentle voice was no more gentle, as the woman harshly screamed at her "HOW DARE YOU COME OVER HERE ??"

Getting cold chills all over her body, Xu Zhuya looked around dazed.

Everyone were looking at them.

"What are you talking about ??" Xu Zhuya asked.

"WHY ARE YOU HERE IN MY HUSBAND'S BUILDING ??" Ning Xiaohua screamed even more loudly at her.

"What ??" Xu Zhuya looked at her more confused. "What are you even saying ?? I'm just here with my friend." Calmly, she voiced out her reason of coming to the building.

*DING*

The door of the lift opened and Xu Zhuya turned around to enter in it.

"You might have been mistaken, but I'm not here for a man." She said nonchalantly as the doors of the lift closed.

Ning Xiaohua looked at Xu Zhuya and got angry. She closed her palm and dugged her nails deeper into her skin. "HOW DARE SHE ??"

Walking towards the reception centre, she handed the yellow color tiffin box to the receptionist "Give this to your CEO. Tell him that his wife had come !!"

She commanded her strongly and left the building, swaying her h.i.p.s.

Getting into the elevator, Xu Zhuya closed her eyes and prayed in her mind 'I'm actually thankful to you, God. Otherwise, that woman would have killed me. But, honestly, why would I even go and meet her husband when I don't even know who he is ?? Why did she say it that way ?? Anyway thank you so much, God. I'm away from a lady like her !!'

As more people started to enter into the lift, she felt herself being cornered. She was getting pushed to the end of the lift.

And thankfully, because of that her eyes fell on a man who was enchanting. He was holding a boy in his arms.

'Why do I feel that I have seen him somewhere ??' She murmured to herself.

Recollecting who he was, she screamed "STOOOOPPPP !!!"

Horrified, a man stopped the lift and everyone turned around to look at the person who had screamed.

She saw the floor at which the lift had stopped. "Why is this person on the 22nd floor, when I had told him to be on the 24th floor ??" Mumbling it in her mouth, she gave an awkward smile to all the people looking at her.

Smiling, she bowed and said "Thank you... Hehe !! Thank you very much !!" Getting out of the lift, she bowed again and immediately ran aside.

'HUFF !!! WHY AM I PUTTING MYSELF IN TROUBLE FOR THESE ANSWERS ??'

"Daddy, how long are we going to walk like this ?? I'm tired !!" Wu Muqing said while dragging his legs for walking.

The reason why he was roaming in the whole building was because he didn't wanted to disturb Xu Zhuya's quality time. And upon knowing that she is going to meet her brother after 6 years he thought that they might have a lot to talk.

But, who knew that rather than talking with her brother, she would be spending her whole time searching for Wu Yanchen.

Wu Yanchen who was still not tired, looked at his son and asked "Do you want a piggyback ride ??"

Xu Zhuya stood there still in shock. She looked at her hand that had punched him, then she looked at his face.

Making a sorry face, she said "I'm so sorry !! I'm really sorry !! I got angry when I saw you. I'm really sorry !!"

She took out a tissue from her purse and started to wipe the blood.

Taking the tissue in his hand, he asked "It's fine now !! I'll apply some ice later."

"But why are you here ?? Shouldn't you be with your brother ??" Wu Yanchen asked confused.

"Shouldn't you also be over there ?? Didn't you tell me, that you would be there after you make Yang Mi apologize ?? So why are you on the 22nd floor ??" Xu Zhuya also asked looking at him questioningly.

"Fine !!! Let's just go out and talk. We have been making a fuss since a long time in this building." Wu Yanchen said while looking at the angry looks coming from the colleagues and the guards.
