"How can you say it, Dr. Yi ?? How can I lose my memory ??" Xu Zhuya asked as she got up from her chair in disbelief.

"Miss. Xu !! Please calm down. You haven't lost your complete memory. You still remember some people." Dr. Yi assured her.

He again continued "From my experience, you have just lost a partial memory, you know about your childhood, your family and everything except for a few people, that's all !!

And after knowing that you have been getting some flashbacks from your life, I'm more sure that you can fully regain your memory."

"But..."

"Miss Xu !! It's better that you don't stress out yourself. Just take your medications on time and you will be fine." Getting up from his seat, he walked over to Xu Zhuya.

"Wu Yanchen is a really good person, he will take good care of you, so don't worry about anything." He assured Xu Zhuya saying about Wu Yanchen.

"Dr. Yi , I don't know whether this is true or not. But, is he really my husband ??" Xu Zhuya asked about what Wu Yanchen had said her yesterday.

"Yes. He is !! I'm actually surprised by the fact that you don't remember the person who had..." Dr. Yi stopped and didn't say anything.

"Who had what, Dr. Yi ??" Hearing a pause from Dr. Yi, Xu Zhuya asked him to continue.

"Well, he.. he is a person who has helped you alot. When he got to know that you don't remember him, it was very difficult for me to see his changed condition.

In short, I'll just say that he was just terrible ever since he had bought you to the hospital. I'm thankful that he is behaving properly now. You don't know how much this person suffered, Miss. Xu !!"

He held her hand and continued "Just take good care of him, just like how you used to do before !!"

Going out of the room, he said "Don't worry !! You and him will also be completely fine."

When she heard the truth, Xu Zhuya felt shocked. She felt that she was hit by lighting as she became even more surprised.

"How can it be ??"

Seating on the chair, she thought "Why do I not have a single memory about him ?? Why ?? Why do I not remember Wu Yanchen ??"

"Are you okay ??" Wu Yanchen who was satnding out of the room, came inside along with Wu Muqing after he saw Dr. Yi heading out.

Walking over to her, he stood infront of her. "Are you fine ??"

Xu Zhuya gave a nod and didn't say anything.

Seeing Wu Muqing stand beside Wu Yanchen, she hugged him deeply. "I'm sorry !! Mommy is actually sorry."

Bursting into tears, she hugged him even tighter. It seems that she wanted to engulf him even more tighter. But, he was a small child what could she possibly do ??

Wu Muqing heard his mom crying. Hugging her back, he asked "Mommy, are you crying ??"

Letting go of the hug, Xu Zhuya wiped her tears and looked at the boy standing looking at her all worried. "No, mommy isn't crying. She just missed you."

"It's okay, mommy !! You don't have to cry." Wu Muqing said while wiping her tears.

Standing up from her seat, she looked at Wu Yanchen. Lowering her head, she said "I'm sorry !! I said too many things to you yeste..."

"It's alright. You should stop crying." He said while holding her face in his hands.

*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

Wu Fan entered the room while knocking. "Sorry to interrupt, but brother, you should come with me, it's urgent !!" Wu Fan said in a panicked state.

Wu Yanchen frowned and said "I'll be right there."

Meanwhile, Wu Yanchen looked at Xu Zhuya. He c.a.r.e.s.sed her cheek with his long and slender fingers. "It had been a long time since I did this to you."

Squatting down, he ruffled his son's hair and said "Daddy will be back in a short while, so take care of your mommy, okay ??"

Wu Muqing kissed his daddy's cheek and gave a nod. "Don't worry, Mommy will be perfectly fine with me." He gave a thumbs up to Wu Yanchen.

Assured, Wu Yanchen started to walk out of the room. Just then he felt someone tug his sleeve.

Turning around, he saw Xu Zhuya tugging his sleeve.

"Take care !!" When she saw him turn around, Xu Zhuya spoke in a small voice.

This 2 words were enough for Wu Yanchen to feel butterflies fluttering in his stomach. Although, he was already married to her, the fact that she wasn't able to remember him made him feel restless.

But, after hearing these two words, he felt lively. All that restlessness was gone and now he was assured that she will remember him sometime or the other.

However, he still maintained a distance. He didn't wanted things to happen like yesterday or the day when she woke up at the hospital.

Smiling, he replied "I'll be fine. It's just a small work." Turning around, he opened the door and left.

Heading out of the hospital, he spotted Wu Fan resting his back on the car. Reaching out to him, he asked "What was so urgent that you had to panic??"

He too, rested his back on the car and looked up at the sky.

Wu Fan looked at his brother and replied "I was tracking sister-in-law's number back when she was hospitalized, so, from that I got to know that someone certain named Song Jun was calling on her phone."

He paused and saw Wu Yanchen's scrunched up face. Chuckling, he asked "Do you really have to scrunch your face like that, brother ?? You don't even know whether it is a man or a woman, so you don't have to scrunch up your face due to jealousy..."

"If there's nothing else, then you should go." Standing straight, Wu Yanchen folded his arms and gave a stern look. He turned around proceeding to leave.

"There's more to it." Wu Fan said when he saw his brother leaving.

"What ??" Not turning around, Wu Yanchen asked.

"As I forgot to remove her phone from being tracked ; yesterday I received a notification. When I opened it I got to know that Song Jun had called her again yesterday and Sister-in-law had picked up the phone. Turns out he is her childhood friend. Though there was one more person who was on the call along with Song Jun, and from the voice I understood that it was a female voice.

Sister-in-law was calling her Su Wan. And it seems that she remembered them. But, she just didn't remember how they got her number or something. And when I further investigated I got to know that she had met them in Country Z and that's how they had exchanged their numbers."

"So, it's good that she got back with her friends." Wu Yanchen said casually and started walking towards the hospital entrance.

Wu Fan looked at his brother's retreating back and said "I wish I could have said more than what I had to say, brother"
