My Stubborn Mistress

Cassie hangs up the call… Shun sighed. He didn't leave and stayed standing in front of the bedroom. The door opens.

He rushes inside and locked her into his arms, her face filled with tears.

"Hush now… am just here. I am always here…" He whispered.

Before Cassie hangs up the phone, she speaks to him.

"Everyone left me… how if, you will leave me too? How I can live after that? What am I going to do if I am alone again?"

He kissed her forehead. He badly wanted to tell her, that he never left her, but counts each day to be with her again.

He wanted her to know, that she who gives him the reason to live and all those years up until now, he continues living for her...

... that he bears all those pain because he wanted to see her once again.

He wanted her to know that all badly... that he was here all this time... waiting patiently for this day…

That after all those sufferings have gone, finally, he could live again with her.

He just wanted to be happy... and that is why he won't waste time anymore...

"I promise, I won't leave you. I would never ever do that."

He kisses her after uttering those words. He let go of her lips to catch some breath. He then reaches his pocket. Originally, this is the one what he wanted to give her.

Cassie staring at Shun's hand. She was stunned. She looks up at him and Shun put the ring on her finger, its design is paired to her necklace but it was more look like an engagement ring. Tears flooded her eyes.

Shun wanted to make a speech but he can't reveal anything to her yet. He badly wanted to tell her, that ever since she is the only woman he loves, and the only woman he could ever love.

And he won't allow the fate, the death, or even the destiny to separate her from him ever again. He wished he could tell her these all, for now, he will just keep it all on to himself.

Someday, on their wedding day, from then on, he will make sure to let her know every single day.

Shun kisses her again. When he carried her towards the soft bed, she didn't protest, her arms holding tight around his neck.

She allowed his hands gently touch every part of her. Somehow, she always has this feeling she can't explain.

That since day one she lives on this Earth, he has already been a part of her, and being as one with him made that connection even stronger. She let sighed his name.

"Cassandra…" Shun sighs on her ear. "I love you."

May the words won't come out from her lips, but she sealed it with a passionate kiss. Shun understands. He carefully increasing his pace, making sure he won't hurt her, she was the most precious gift he ever had in this life… once more, they sealed the night with a kiss.

She could feel a finger drawing a line on her nose. She g.r.o.a.n.e.d. She felt hot gazes into her face, and so she slowly opens her eyes.

She blushes after having a glimpse of Shun's s.e.xy eyes. She then slowly recalling what happens last night, her cheeks start burning. She pulled the blanket and covered her fl.u.s.tered face. She heard Shun's s.e.xy laughs. She could feel her cheeks burning even more, but a warmth c.a.r.e.s.sing her heart. She lowers the blanket slowly, then takes a peek.

"You want us to have a shower together?"

She shakes her head. Shun chuckles. Her heart jumped seeing that s.e.xy laughs.

"Alright, let me prepare your bath then, I will just use the shower from my room…"

Shun whispered those last words, "…for now…" before he planted a kiss on her forehead.

No good morning kiss? Cassie sulks secretly. She pulls her blanket one more time when Shun left the bed. Ah… she felt shy to stare at his n.a.k.e.d body. It was like a bad dose for her heart, she gonna passed out.

"Cassandra?"

She takes a peep from her blanket. Shun kisses her. "I'm done filling the tub… I'll bring breakfast afterward. Do you want me to carry you in the bathroom?" Shun asks out of the blue.

He saw how her eyes grew bigger and she covered herself again. He smiled amusingly. He should be expecting to get this kind of reactions from her. So cute. It seduces him instead.

Well then, he needs to get out now before something happens again. He grins.

Cassie heard the bedroom door closes. She slowly gets down from bed then went to the bathroom, her cheeks still burning.

She was soaking in the tub and playing with the bubbles when that thing shining from her finger. Everything seems a dream.

Honestly, she has that fear from missing puzzles inside her mind… but Shun promised he won't leave her.
