I don't know what to do! I just don't know!

Few days have passed since the time Arthur came here and I have to do something. I don't know what but I have to do something. King Arthur was such an important literary character of the old Earth and his appearance right now has to have some meaning to it! I don't know why he was born but I know that if I do something wrong this world could drastically change!

You may ask how I know that he's important?

Of course I know cause I'm the author!

Jokes aside I know about it because of the existence of the Dragon and Elves. Old Earth had no dragons or any other mythical race. They started to appear from the memories imparted on every drop of mana that circulated around the world. My memories shape the world. What is the most terrifying is that those memories are perfectly translated into reality. Dragons were described as terrifying creatures in myths and literary works, as such when the Dragon was born he was so powerful and dominating. Dragons are not only ones like that. Elves who also were not part of the old Earth were perfectly translated into reality. Their appearance and nature both correspond with how they were written on the literary works.

King Arthur was also a fictional character, so him appearing is not weird. But his importance far outweighs the importance of elves or dragons. It's all because he's the King. Being a King is not just wearing a crown and sitting on a throne. Being a king means they have to take responsibility over those who he rules over.

But over who would Arthur rule over in this world?

In old Earth it was said that King Arthur ruled over Britain. But in this world there is no Britain. Which means that he would be one to create it! But how would he create a Kingdom of Britain? What actions would he use? Would be free human slaves and rule over them? Or would he rule over other races? Would he fight with Apes? Dragons? Or any other races?

There are so many things that I don't know of and letting things to fate could lead to so many unpredictable events!

When I was thinking about all of that I heard a knock . The knock woke me up from my contemplation and I asked the person who knocked on my door to enter.

Two people entered my room after hearing me. Those two were my student Ethan and the root of all my problems himself, Arthur Pendragon.

I looked at them and asked Ethan, "May I know why you came here today."

Ethan hesitated a bit but after few minutes said, "Arthur wanted to know about his parents and wouldn't stop crying until we helped him. I did some researching and found out that his father died fighting Dragon King and his mother was killed when she tried protecting him. When he learned about it he was furious and he tried to go and kill the Dragon King. I stopped him and told him that he has no chance. He asked for my help but i had better idea. Master can you please help Arthur. You may don't do it if you want to! It's not like anyone is forcing you to help him!"

Hearing him made me so angry that I almost threw something at him. This piece of sh## is just giving me all the problematic things. Why bother helping him when I could just make my master take all the responsibilities. That's what he is thinking I'm sure about that. How can you do something like that to someone you call your master.

I took a deep breath and looked at Arthur. His hair and face was a mess. His hair was messy and there were dark lines coming out of his eyes. Most likely he cried so much that his tears left dark marks around his face. Looking at him I said, "Arthur I'm not against helping you but do you really think that your only problem is revenge? I may help you taking revenge but this would never help you! You have to think carefully about what you want to do and come to me after that! Right now you're blinded by rage and this rage would destroy you! I will not give you my answer if you don't find the real root of the problem! Now you can leave this room!"

My words were quickly translated by Ethan and after hearing him Arthur made a strange face and left the room. Ethan followed him.

You all think that I'm an idiot? I would never take such a big responsibility. In my previous life I spend a century gathering materials for the Ultimate Weapon. I never had a good nights sleep and from now on I would never take such a big responsibility. I'm just a librarian why do I have to do something!

Now I don't care about what happens to this world! He can do anything he wants! I would just protect myself and my library! I don't believe that I was bothered by this and wasted so much of my brain cells.
