Please, It’s Just A Story!!

The boys finally snapped the it of it when they heard the lunch bell ring. They looked at each other and then looked at the book.

"You like reading this book too?" Daisuke couldn't help but ask since his curious mind won't stop until he found out.

"Got a problem with that?" Hikaru said, when he heard the strange tone in Daisuke voice.

"Nah! I was just wondering why a smart looking person would read it."Daisuke honestly said.

"Hah! To here that from the second smartest person in the same school. Are you not reading the same book either?" Like a joke Hikaru rubbed it off and retorted.

"I didn't say no! And how did you know?"

"Where gonna be late if we continue talking" Hikaru got up and started walking towards the huge building.

"...Hey what's your name?" Daisuke yelled when he saw the person already far away.

The young boy froze and turned around, he gave Daisuke a smug look.

"It's Hikaru Lee. Remember that." And walked away.

"..Don't tell me that was the smartest person in the school, right?!" Daisuke knew he heard the last name from somewhere but he didn't think he would meet the famous Lee here.

"Oops! I'm late!" Daisuke ran to the building from his spot like lighting.

He missed the young youth that stared at him amused. Hikaru found this person interesting since the day he unconsciously, stood up for him without knowing his identity.

'What do you think his parents do?' One of the girl's asked in their little circle.

'Ouch!' The girl was pushed a little and she looked at the other girl beside her. She said in a hushed voice.

'Don't you know, he doesn't have parents?'

'Oh, my bad. Maybe his parents don't love him and left' she said unknown that Hikaru heard it all.

Like the gossip any where, Hikaru just decided that it was nothing and brushed it off. But for some reason the hand on his book crumpled a bit.
