Please, It’s Just A Story!!

Now that drama was over Elaina collapsed into he bench. She closed her eyes and rested. She then pulled out another cigarette from her pocket and puffed.

"Ahh! What a pain!" She said out loud.

She solved a problem, but now had another problem and that was the work she had left to do. She looked up at the sky, the fall season was soon gonna end, winter months were right around the corner for the company.

She thought about the early problem she had. She felt a kind of injustice for the woman and spoke loudly "tch! Men are such sc.u.m!" She really hated the fact that some men look down on women.

"Why would you say that?" A deep voice said.

"AHHH!" Elaina had a mini heart-attack. She was startled by the voice that she screamed. She then saw a man near the bench she was sitting at. She thought she saw a ghost, when she saw the black hair and deep midnight eyes.

It was Kazuki Lee.

Elaina eyes widened and she stood up. "Sir? What are you doing here?" That was the first thought in her mind.

"Out for a smoke. Am I interrupting?" He said while lighting up his cigarette.

"No not at all" she spoke in monotone, which came out funny. Kazuki just glanced at her awkward face but didn't say anything else.

She let out another cloud of smoke. She was mad already and now she had to deal with awkward atmosphere.

"Why you say that?" Kazuki deep voice snapped her back from her thinking mind.

"Pardon?" She was clearly confused by his words and just looked at him with a confused expression.

"Men are all sc.u.m. Why'd you say that?" And Elaina's jaw dropped.

'Oh No! Did he hear that?!' Elaina looked dazed and her expression showed it all again. She was caught when she said that and looked embarrassed.

"That is because... Of a problem, don't worry mind it at all... it was said at the spur of the moment,hahaha" she had made a excuse that seemed passable and let out a small laugh.

"Ha!" Kazuki let out a sigh and looked at the lie she came up with. He was here from the start and end. If he didn't witness this now, he would never know there was a new side to Ms.Tan.

Again the silence loomed over the rooftop. This was more disturbing since they were both conscious of each other.

Elaina thought this was her time to escape, she stomped on her cigarette before throwing it out, "Sir, I'm leaving now." She had already grabbed her papers and made her way to the door.

Again Kazuki only caught the moment where she walked out and left him in a daze.
