Reborn Into Pokémon With An Odd System

Lance began dragging him back to where the unconscious man was and let him go. He looked at Max and sighed "Trust me kid, I know you're confident but it's something that is necessary, talking about killing someone and actually doing it are two different things. You might have told the girl to kill that man without any hesitation but you've never actually taken a life with your own hands. Anyway, I'll get the other one. Oh and let me tell you that if you teleport that a.s.s of yours out of here you can forget about me helping you out."

The Servant walked out and left Serenity and him staring at each other in silence. After a while, Lance came back dragging another unconscious man by the leg, and on the other hand he carried a 6ft long spear.

He dropped the man next to the other one and tossed the spear to Max "That's something I've been working on hehe. The materials I used to make it are the best ones I could get, hopefully, if your 'Amazon' company idea works then I can make a better one."

Max looked at the detail on the spear closely and found that it was the same shape as Lance's spear. It was a dark shade of grey and had the body of a dragon wrapping around it. When he looked at the tip of the spear he found the head etched in. Max began feeling the weight and found that it was well balanced, he looked at Lance and smiled "Thanks man, this is perfect."

The blue-haired servant nodded "Of course it is, I'm the one that crafted it after all, now back to business, I didn't make that baby just for show. You pretty much have most of the things you need to get our plans started but I need to know if you have what it takes to actually see them through."

Max sighed and pointed the tip of the spear towards the man's neck, he took a deep breath and began to thrust the spear. He started to feel a cold chill come from his heart and spread to the rest of his body. That's when the spear stopped right as it touched the man's throat, he tried to get back control of his body but nothing happened.

He looked at Lance in confusion "What's going on? My body isn't listening to me."

The servant shook his head and disappeared into thin air, Max looked around but still couldn't find him. Suddenly he felt something grab his hand and push the spearhead into the man's throat completely piercing it. The unconscious man woke up as he started to drown in his own blood, Lancer made himself visible and grabbed Max's head so he wouldn't be able to look away as the life in the man's eyes died down.

He let go of the spear and looked at his shaking hands, mentally he felt fine but his body didn't seem to get the memo. He dropped on the floor, Lance sat next to him and sighed "That was strike one Max, you only have one last chance."

He looked at Max and brought out his hand "Do you have any water on you?"

Max nodded and brought out a bottle of water and handed it to the Servant. Then Lance walked up to the remaining man and turned to the purple-haired servant "Do you think that you can make yourself disappear for a quick minute?"

She looked straight at Lance's eyes and then turned towards Max asking for permission. He gave her a small nod and watched her disintegrate into purple particles. Then he turned his attention at Lance who opened the water bottle and began spilling the water on the man's face.

The man quickly raised his head and gasped for air, after calming down he began looking around and froze as soon as he saw Lance.

The servant gave him an evil smile "Sup buddy do you remember me? I remember you pretty well, the name was Brian right?"

The shivering man nodded immediately. Lance smiled and signaled him to get up "I want you to tell this brat what you were doing when I caught you."

Brain turned and looked at Max and showed a surprised expression. He opened his mouth at first but nothing came out then after a good amount of tries he finally was able to speak up "I was stealing from a man."

Lance began laughing and pointed the spear at the man's head "Come on bud you did more than that, go ahead and tell the kid the whole story."

Brain nodded and looked Max in the eyes "I was stealing from a man in front of his wife and kids. I kicked him over and over until I was satisfied, then I was about to kill him but this man appeared suddenly."

Max could see the hatred in his eyes as he spoke about Lance. The servant nodded and took his spear away from Brian. He walked to the dead body of the other man who still had the spear in his throat. He stepped on the man's stomach and began twisting the spear and pulled it out. He began looking at the blood at the end of the spear as it coated it in a bright red color.

He began walking back to them and handed the spear to Brain and then pointed at Max "If you kill him then you are free to go."

The man raised his eyebrow, clearly not believing Lance. When the servant started getting out of the cave the man turned around and looked at Max with and smiled "Sorry kid but as long as there's a slight opportunity that I can keep on living I'm going to take it."

Brian quickly thrusted the spear at Max's stomach, compared to the times that Max fought against Lance and his Scizor the man was extremely slow. Max stepped to the right and leaned forward catching the man in surprise. He punched the man's privates and caught the spear that Brain let go of as he dropped to the ground all balled up from the pain.

He sighed and shook his head "You're willing to kill a kid, just to keep on living? That's just messed up man, how about we give you a taste of what the man that you were hurting felt."

Max stabbed the man's knees and twisted the spear, he repeated the same process on the arms. After thinking that the man had suffered enough Max looked into his eyes and dug the spear into Brian's heart.

A few seconds passed and then he heard clapping, when he turned around Lance was sitting done on a tall rock with a wide smile on his face "Wow kid gotta say that I'm surprised at the quick change in personality haha. I really have to watch out for that little sneak attack you got on the dude's manhood. Bet that little move was meant for me wasn't it?"

Max gave a forced smile and nodded "Yeah it was going to be a little surprise, I'm sure you would have still dodged it though."

He cleaned the spear with a cloth he brought out. After making sure there was no more trace of blood he put it away and sat down looking up at the ceiling as he recalled what he had just done. Serenity made herself appear sitting next to him and she began patting his back.

Max gave her a small "Thank You" and closed his eyes. After a few minutes, he took a deep breath, opened his eyes, and stood up. He walked towards Lancer and sighed "I'm going to go back you wanna come with?"

The servant shook his head and pointed at Serenity "No I'll stay here and explain what's going on to her, we'll get back ourselves and get started collecting blackmailable information."

Max nodded "Sounds good, I also want you to start collecting more pokémon when you have time. We have to make sure that we collect pokémon that we only use when we are taking out the trash otherwise we can bring suspicion to ourselves. Make sure to also collect some pokémon from the evolution tree of Pidgeot and Fearow. They will be the ones transporting most of the products once we get the company together. If everything goes according to plan then soon we will start worrying about transportation through the water."

Lance nodded, got up from his rock, and patted Max's shoulder "Don't worry kid, leave it all to us, you did what was necessary today don't beat yourself up about it. Now make sure you relax because after that 4-day trip you're going to have to take the lead with this whole business thing since she and I have no idea what we have to do.

Max smiled and teleported next to the Pokémon Center, he walked back to the place Jenny had gotten them and found out that it was 3 am. He sighed and thought "So much happened in so little time" as he began to drift into his sleep.
