Reborn: Ulquiorra In DxD World

Ulquiorra looked down and he saw Issei was talking to a young man with a silver hair.

"This energy feels familiar" Ulquiorra muttered in a low voice while looking at the silver hair young man.

"Hmm.. " Ulquiorra tried to remember. After a few moments he said in a low voice, "He's that White dragon man on that day."

He remember that half an hour after he defeated Kokabiel. White Dragon Emperor came to take Kokabiel and the priest.

"He have the similar energy, it must be him" Ulquiorra murmured before he disappeared.

Issei was walking towards the school alone. Suddenly he felt his left arm throb in pain.

"Ow!! The hell!" Issei held his left arm as he groan in pain.

He notice a silver hair young man standing beside the gate of the academy.

"Who's that?" He felt that his left arm was reacting to this man.

The silver haired young man smirked at Issei. He slowly approach Issei and said, "This is the second time we've met."

"What?" said Issei. He was sure that he didn't met this man before.

"Welsh Dragon, Emperor of Red Dragon, Hyoudo Issei... " said the silver haired young man. He continue,"I'm Vali, Emperor of White Dragon... the Vanishing Dragon."

"You're... " Issei felt his handing burning. He held his left hand tightly as he gritted his teeth.

"Ah!!" He was shocked when he saw Vali was suddenly in front of him, pointing his finger at his forehead.

"You're defenseless." said Vali.

"For instance, right now I could use a magical-" Vali didn't managed to finish his sentence as he was interrupted by the two swords pointing at his neck.

"Your joke is getting out of hand" Kiba said while holding his sword next to Vali's neck.

"We can't let you start a fight with the Emperor of Red Dragon here, Emperor of White Dragon. " Xenovia said.

"Issei-san..." Asia walked beside Issei worriedly.

"Asia, stay back!" Issei said to Asia.

Vali just smirked at them and said, "Don't even try it."

"You couldn't even defeat Kokabiel, so you're no match for me" He glance at Xenovia and Kiba and said, "If you don't mind people seeing, then by all means, go ahead."

Kiba and Xenovia put down their swords. They went beside Issei while staring warily at Vali.

"Hyoudo Issei, where do you think you rank in power among the people of the world?" Vali asked Issei.

"Your balance breaker, although incomplete, is four digits from the top." Vali showed his fingers and added, "It ranks somewhere between one and one and a half thousand."

"What are you trying to say?" said Issei with a frown.

"Even if all of you fight me at the same time, you wouldn't stand a chance against me with your current power, right, Rias Gremory." Vali smirked as he looked behind Issei.

"President?!" Issei turned his head and saw Rias with Akeno and Koneko.

"Emperor of White Dragon," Rias said as she walked towards Vali. She asked, "What might you be after?"

Rias was afraid inside her mind. Her palms was already sweating as she could feel Vali's tremendous magic power. He was right, even if we fight him togetger we wouldn't stand a chance.

She put up a brave front and said, "If you are affiliated with the fallen angels then we will avoid fighting."

"Hmmph!!" Vali snorted and said, "In times past, the Two Heavenly Dragons, have caused all they met to lead a miserable lives."

He looked at Rias in the eyes and said, "How are things working out for you?"

Rias didn't answer him. She just looked at him wanting to know what his motives.

"The two heavenly dragons are destine to fight. I'm sure you know that, Rias Gremory? Remember that we will fight someday in the future and you will not able to prevent it." said Vali.

Issei clenched his fist when he heard that.

"I'm not here to fight" Vali said.

Rias and the rest didn't clearly believe his words.

"Besides, if I were to start a fight here"

"You will stop me from doing so, right?" Vali looked up in the sky.

Rias and the rest also looked up in the sky. They follow Vali's line of sight and saw a person was standing in the sky looking at them.

"Ulquiorra?!!" Rias and Issei exclaimed at the same time.

'That's right, I completely forgot about Ulquiorra. He must be with Sona when he sense Vali's power, so he came to check.' Rias thought. She was really afraid that when a fight start here, he will kill Issei before her brother arrived here.

Although she didn't know how powerful Vali is. Judging from the magic power he's emitting, he's as strong as Kokabiel, no, maybe stronger, added with the power of Emperor of White Dragon.

"Although I would love to fight you too, I still have some things I need to attend." Vali said before he walked away.

Ulquiorra just looked at him walking away. He remember what Sona told him before. They haven't determine if the fallen angels will fight them. So he couldn't make a rush decision to fight him. Until the conference was over they wouldn't know if they were an enemy of not.

"Hmm? I sense Serafall-sama's magical energy." Ulquiorra looked at the direction of the school gymnasium. He disappeared in his position as he went towards the gymnasium.

"I thought that a fight will broke out." Xenovia said as she looked at the sky.

"Even though Ulquiorra is here. If a fight really broke out we will not able able to escape from the aftershocks in this closed range." Akeno said.

"Yeah, we were too weak compared to them" Issei said.
