"Basara Toujou.... who and what are you?" Lars asked with a hoarse voice. He had already been severely damaged, he could barely manage to stand on his feet at this point.

Basara seemingly amused by Lars's questions answered "That question seems to be a trend these days. I'm starting to think you demons lack brains. My last name is Toujou. Doesn't that last name sound familiar?" Lars furrowed his brows and Basara's words. But when he started thinking about it, he remembered.

"Jin Toujou! You are someone related to him..no... you're his son!" Lars exclaimed as reality hit him hard. The one protecting Mio Naruse was the son of the 'Wargod' Jin Toujou. They were rumours in the Demon Realm that Jin Toujou's son was even more prodigious than him and that his son had already reached a rank similar to his father only at the age of 14. He was known as the 'Eusebius'. Now, it didn't seem that surprising that he was defeated so easily.

"At least your brain is still functional, Though only partially. Anyway why don't you take that mask off and show your face, Yahiro." At Basara's words, Lars wasn't very surprised that he was found out. He already knew that Basara had a ridiculously high perception, so it would be strange of Basara couldn't expose him.

Lars took off his mask and showed his face to Basara. His face looked similar to when he was acting as Yahiro, only difference was that he had slit eyes.

"So, what will you do with me now? Are you going to kill me?" Lars asked. He wasn't willing to die just yet. He still needed to take his revenge. Mio's foster parents were the owners of an orphanage in the Demon Realm, where Lars grew up. He cared deeply for them and when Zolgear killed them, Lars wanted revenge against him.

"I've no interest in killing you. I can sense that you're not evil and you never had any intention of hurting Mio. Let's come to a truce, I and you will cooperate in protecting Mio. It's pointless to maintain any sort of enmity between us." Basara said as he extended his hand towards Lars.

"Alright, I'll cooperate with you. Besides I can't defeat you anyway, so it's better to be allies." Lars shook Basara's hand. Both of them nodded their heads with smirks on their faces.

"One more thing, I also want you to work for me. I want you to act as an information broker, revealing all the events happening in the Demon Realm to me. Other than that, I may sometimes call you to deal with some troubles. In exchange, I'll owe you a favour. What do you say?" Lars had a look of deep contemplation on his face, when he heard Basara's words. It would be harder to work for Basara since he was working for the Current Demon Lord Faction, if they somehow find out that he was working for Basara, then he would be in trouble. But after a few seconds of thinking he came to a decision.

"Alright, I will work for your as your agent. In exchange, you'll owe me a favour."

"It didn't take long for you to make that decision. Are you sure?"

"Don't worry about it. I'm already working as double agent for both the Current Demon Lord Faction and the Moderate Faction. So, it wouldn't hardly be a problem to be your agent as well. Besides, working as your agent can earn be a rare favour of the renowned 'Eusebius', so how can I waste such an opportunity?"

"Wise decision. I'll get going now, I'll meet you tomorrow at school." Basara then teleported away from the forest and appeared inside his house. When he appeared, he was immediately greeted by Mio, Yuki and Maria. All three of them threw themselves at Basara the moment he appeared. Basara manged to catch all of them without losing balance.

"Were you all worried about me? Don't worry, I'm fine. I've also taken care of Lars. I defeated him and both of us have come to a truce. He would be working to protect Mio from the shadows." As Basara said that, Yuki gave him a kiss on the cheek and said "I'm happy that you're safe, Basara." Maria also have him a kiss on the cheek as she loudly exclaimed "Me too! I was also worried about you!" Basara showed a gentle smile on his face as he pet the heads of both adorable girls.

Mio just hugged him tightly as she said "I'm sorry, Basara. I bring nothing but trouble for you-" Before Mio could finish, Basara brought his index finger to her mouth as he said "Mio, none of this your fault. Stop blaming yourself for the sins of others. You're mine now, so it's my duty to take care of you and share your burdens." Towards the end of his sentence Basara hugged Mio tightly as he held her close to his c.h.e.s.t. Mio put her ear against his c.h.e.s.t, listening to his calm and powerful heartbeat. After a few minutes, Mio separated from Basara and gave him a kiss on the cheek with a smirk on her face.

Afterwards all of them had inner and went to their own rooms to sleep. After stepping into his room, Basara closed the door and locked it. He also placed a barrier around the room so as to prevent anyone from finding out what was happening inside. Basra then pulled out Brynhildr from her dimension. He then converged his Mana into the sword as it started glowing with a light green color aura covering it. Basara closed his eyes as he solely focused on circulating his Mana within the sword. After a few seconds, he opened his eyes.

He saw a tall and extremely beautiful woman standing in front of him. She had an incredibly voluptuous figure with a large bust, plump b.u.t.t and wide h.i.p.s. She had the largest breaths among all the females Basra had ever seen. She was gorgeous as she seemed to be the combination of beauty, elegance and seductiveness simultaneously. She had milky white skin with Jade white hair and light green eyes. She was adorned with a white colored ceremonial robe covered in gold markings. This woman was none other than the strongest Valkyrie, Brynhildr.

"Greetings, master."

"Good evening, Brynhildr. Did you do as I said?"

"Yes, master. I managed to detect something regarding them."

Brynhildr was once considered the strongest Valkyrie, who hunted and collected spirits for the Chief God. The Chief God is the leader and strongest among the Ten Gods. Aside from Brynhildr, there were several other Valkyries who worked for the Chief God. But after Brynhildr became a demonic sword, the Valkyries slowly disappeared until there were none of them left. An investigation was conducted by the Celestial Realm regarding the matter, but they couldn't find even find any traces of the Valkyries. No one knew if they died or lived, they just disappeared, never to be seen again. The Chief God was so angry due to their disappearance that he went into a rage, almost destroying the Celestial Realm. The Valkyries were like his daughters, when they disappeared he blamed all the Gods for it. It took the might of all Ten Gods to calm him down. Of course that event happened hundreds of years ago. Basara's guess was that they never died. His guess was that all of them went into hiding. The problem is even though the Chief God treated all of them like daughters, at the end of the day they weren't his daughters. Due to their beauty, the Chief God was ways looking for a chance for getting his way with them. But due to the presence of Brynhildr, he couldn't try anything. Brynhildr always had a serious and honest personality. That's why, the Chief God could never touch her or her sisters because of he did so, then his reputation would be ruined and the Valkyries might rebel.

But after Brynhildr turned into a demonic sword, the obstacle in his path was gone. He could finally get his hands on the Valkyries. The Valkyries, of course, knew this and to save their dignity, they must've gone into hiding somewhere. Planning their rebellion in secret.

One of the things Brynhildr had informed him that the Valkyries had never considered The Chief God their master and never wanted to serve under him. They were only loyal to one person only, Freyja, a former member of the Ten Gods. Freyja was the Chief God's former consort and she was very loyal to him, listening to every order he gave her. But due to his licentious nature and him cheating on her time after time, she couldn't take it anymore and finally left him. The Chief God had always wanted to get his hands on the Valkyries but was unable to do so and after Freyja left him, out of anger and greed, he captured Freyja and threatened the Valkyries that if they didn't obey his commands then he would execute Freyja. The Valkyries didn't have any choice and decided to do everything Chief God said. But one day when the Chief God tried to defile them, the Valkyries revolted and escaped the Celestial Realm. Now that the Valkyries have hidden somewhere, they must be preparing for a war against the Celestial Realm and the Chief God. That's what Basara's is guessing and Brynhildr thinks the same too. Because Brynhildr has a special connection to them and depending on it she can say whether they're alive or dead. According to her, all the Valkyries are alive but they've put a spatial barrier around themselves that makes them almost impossible to detect.

"Tell me, what did you detect?"

"I've detected their energy signatures in Human Realm. I can only say it's coordinates. It is somewhere around 25° North and 71° West."

"Hmm, the place you're referring to is Western part of the North Atlantic Ocean. But there are a lot of places in that region. Florida, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean Islands....!" When the name of the Caribbean Islands came from his mouth, Basara immediately remembered something. In that place, there is the Devil's Triangle, otherwise known as the Bermuda Triangle. That must be where the Valkyries are hiding.
