When Basara and the girls had gone shopping in the mall, all of them split up to look around the building and see what they could buy. They were split into three groups, the first group consisting of Basara and Maria, second group consisting of Mio and Chika, while the third group consisted of Yuki and Shiho. While all of them were shopping, Shiho suddenly called Basara.

"What happened, Shiho? Why did you call me?"

"Basara...Yuki has disappeared. I can't find her anywhere. We split up for a moment and the next thing I knew, she was nowhere to be found...It seems she has gotten lost." When Basara heard Shiho, he immediately understood the matter. Yuki wasn't lost. How could someone of her calibur get lost? The moment she got separated, she could detect the aura of anyone among them and reach them without any issues. Basara already knew what happened as an silent sigh escaped his lips.

"Don't worry. Call Mio and Chika and tell them to come to the ground floor at the centre of the plaza and you also come there quickly. I'm on my way with Maria."

"Okay, Basara."

Basara hung up the phone and looked at Maria. He told her everything Shiho had told him and both of them went towards he ground floor at the centre of the plaza. When Basara and Maria reached there, Mio, Chika and Shiho were already present. Mio and Chika had troubled expressions on their faces. Shiho must have also told them Yuki got lost.

"Please don't worry. Yuki is a very strong Hero, for now let's just head home. I've already used my senses to find out that she isn't in the mall. I can use my powers from our house to search the entire city of necessary. " All the girls nodded at his words as Basara and the girls exited the mall. Basara said the truth, Yuki wasn't at the mall. He'd already seen through his domain that she was outside the mall talking with two people whom he was very familiar with. After Basara and the girls left the mall, they passed by an empty alley.

Suddenly they stopped in their tracks due to the appearance of an ugly looking demon in front of them. The was a seven feet tall bald demon with a huge build and red colored skin with stripes of black and pointed ears.

"Who are you?!" Mio asked. She was a bit scared. A demon appearing at this time when Yuki was lost, she had a bad feeling about the situation.

"I am Valga. I have been sent by master, Zolgear. I have been sent take you, Mio Naruse, with me to the Demon Realm and to kill that Hero brat standing beside you." Then when Valga clenched his hands into fists as he was about to strike Basara. Basara used his index finger to block Valga's punch and without any hesitation whatsoever, he pulled his hand back and stabbed it through Valga's c.h.e.s.t. His hand was holding Valga's beating heart and without any consideration, Basara clenched his hands and the heart in his hand burst into pieces. Basara pulled his hand back and blood scattered everywhere including a bit of blood that dropped on his face.

Valga fell to the ground with a hole in the place where his heart used to be. His large body was reduced to a mere corpse in an instant by Basara. He lay on the ground as a dead man as Basara's eyes shone with a cold light. Chika and Shiho had a strong urge to vomit when they saw someone being killed right in front of their eyes, but they managed to endure it. They knew that in the future even they would have to kill in order to survive in this harsh world. Mio and Maria weren't surprised at all as they had already killed a lot of demons at this point. And they weren't remotely surprise by Basara's strengthwinfe they knew that even Yuki would have been able to kill Valga within mere moments.

Basara wiped the blood over his hand and face with a handkerchief and he burned Valga's body with fire magic. Basara was a nice and kind heated person who would always look for ways to solve a matter peacefully. But there are just some things that you can't let go. Not everyone deserves forgiveness and Valga was one of them. Basara had seen Valga's aura, which had a pitch black color along with tendrils of sickly yellow. The pitch black color depicted that Valga and pure negative intentions towards him, with the d.e.s.i.r.e to kill him at all costs and he was a man with an evil heart. The sickly yellow meant that he was a sadist and he wanted to kill Basara by torturing him and making him suffer and that he had done this several times in the past.

Such people would never correct their paths and releasing them was out of the question since they would make other people suffer. If someone had to check Basara's heart, they would find that it was pure, without containing a fraction of evil and malice. He had definitely done regrettable things in the past, but after his memories returned his mentally has changed by a hundred and eighty degrees. Basara just ruthlessly killed a demon, so how could his heart be pure? What Basara dis just now was establishing justice. It's a Hero's duty to purge all evil and save the innocents. Even if Valga suddenly pledged to become a good person, Basara would still kill him. Valga had surely killed a lot of innocent people in the past without am justifiable reason, only for his pure enjoyment. If he spared Valga, that would be injustice to all of Valga's victims. There's a reason that rules exist and there's a reason that punishments exist for people who break the rules. If a person punished every criminal but he gave leniency to one, that would be unfair to all of them. Valga knew that the things he did was evil, but he still did it regardless. There are a lot of people who know that ****, murder, terrorism etc are illegal bit they still do it. That's why, punishments exist in the society. Because if a certain person isn't punished for their crimes, then taking this as an advantage everyone would start spreading chaos in the society. But if they are punished then other people won't do anything out of line being afraid of the consequences of their actions.

After Valga was dealt with, Basara detected the auras of three people entering into his domain. The twhree people then jumped down from somewhere in front of Basara and the girls. One of them was Yuki and the two were people that Basara was pretty close to. Seeing them brought a smile to Basara's face as he looked at the pair of a male and female.

"Yo. Long time...or..short time no see, Basara." The one to greet him was a tall blonde haired man with black colored bangs of hear covering the front, sides and back of his head. He also had light purple colored eyes with slit like pupils and he was currently wearing the navy blue colored battle outfit of the Hero Clan, which consists of a navy blue leotard with a black collar and tight white colored pants and all four of his limbs are covered in silver armor. His outfit was the standard battle outfit for all male Heroes. His navy blue leotard was a representation of the fact that he was an AAA Rank Hero, since the color of the leotard represents the Tank of a Hero. This young man is Basara's childhood friend and rival, Takashi Hayase. Standing behind him with Yuki standing beside her was a petite young girl who looked surprisingly developed for her age with blue-violet hair tied up in a ponytail using a white scrunchy and yellow eyes just like Yuki. Her battle outfit was tightly wrapped around her slim figure and it appears to be the typical attire for female Heroes, which consists of a navy blue leotard with a black collar and white skirt; and she was also wearing short tights underneath her skirt and a navy blue cape similar to Yuii. All four of her limbs were covered by her spirit armor and her Spirit Gauntlet is also placed on her left forearm. This cute woman was none other than Yuki's younger sister, Kurumi Nonaka.

"It's good to see you, Takashi, Kurumi."

"Good evening, Basara nii-chan! I'm very happy to meet you!" Kurumi jumped towards Basara as he caught her in his arms and hugged her. She had an adorable smile on her face as if she was the happiest person in the world.

"I also feel very glad meeting you, Kurumi." Basara stroked Kurumi's silky hair with his hand.

"And what's with word greeting, Takashi?"

"Well, it's hasn't even been four weeks since you came to Tokyo. So, you can't really call it a long time. By the way, it seems you're doing well."

"Yes and no, we'll catch up to that later. For now, tell me why are you two in Tokyo and why didn't you tell me anything, Yuki?"

"Basara, I...."

"Basara, don't ask her. It's not Yuki's fault. I told her not to inform you since I and Kurumi had something to discuss with Yuki and we didn't want to disturb you since you seems like you were having fun. And as for why we were sent by the village, it's for why red haired girl standing behind you."

By this time, Kurumi had already separated from Basara and she looked behind at all the girls standing behind Basara. Her eyes were fixed on Mio and to a lesser extent, on Maria.

"Who are these people, Basara? Why are they talking about me?" Mio asked.

"Yes, Mio's question is correct. Who're you all?!" Maria asked as she took a fighting stance.

"Calm down, Mio, Maria. These two are members of the Hero Clan and the Hero village. This man is Takashi Hayase, my childhood friend. This young woman is Kurumi Nonaka, Yuki's younger sister and also my childhood friend. And as for why they are here...sigh.."

"Basara nii-chan, why are you with these girls? You should know that two of them are demons. These two are evil demons, whom we were sent to execute." Kurumi said preparing to fight. Basara found this situation very annoying...
