Yuki and Kurumi had been feeling conflicted since yesterday night when their father told them that Kaoru wasn't their actual mother and neither was she his wife. Kaoru was the younger sister dog their mother who decided to act as the mother of Yuki and Kurumi's, so that they don't even have to feel the pain of losing their mother, so that they can grow up with a mother's love. On top that they were also told that Kaoru and Basara were in love withe each other and had been having an affair for quite sometime now.

Yuki and Kurumi didn't know how to react to the fact that the woman they had thought to be their mother was actually their aunt and she was also a romantic relationship with the man they loved. To be honest, Yuki and Kurumi didn't have any issues with how many Basara decides to marry, they only want to be among this women who walk by his side forever. But knowing that one of those very women was the woman they had always regarded as their mother, was something very vexing to the two of them.

In the morning before becoming to the Coliseum, both of them met Kaoru and she explained everything to them. Yuki and Kurumi understood that Kaoru was truly in love with Basara and they didn't have any intention of opposing her feelings. But they also asked Kaoru for some time so that they can adjust to everything that they have learned. When Yuki and Kurumi saw Basara they didn't know what today to him, so they avoided trying to talk to him and once everyone went to the arena they also decided to their since they didn't know how to strike any sort of conversation with Basara.

But when both of them were stopped by Basara, they looked around to see him and were deeply shocked when they saw Basara's complexion becoming unhealthily pale. They could see feeling soft guilt and fear in his eyes and they immediately understood that they had made a blunder. Since childhood, Basara had always been a person who couldn't stand loneliness, to the point where he was scared of it. He also had a tendency to blame himself for every little mistake that he made. Kurumi and Yuki understood that Basara must have felt guilty when he saw their conflicted expressions and he must have feared that they might be angry with him or even hate him.

Yuki and Kurumi sensed the hands Basara used to stop them becoming progressively colder. Both of them immediately hugged Basara and Yuki said "We are very sorry, Basara. We forgot that you are afraid of being lonely. We weren't trying to avoid you."

"Yes, Basara nii-chan we didn't know what to say to you. We understand that you and mother have feelings for each other and also understand that she isn't out real mother, we were just feeling slightly conflicted due to all the new things that we have learned. Please don't misunderstand us. We could never hate you. We can't even live without you. We are very sorry."

When Basara heard the apology of Yuki and Kurumi, the fear that had been enveloping his heart completely vanished as he tightly embraced them.

"I am sorry as well. I should've explained everything to the both of you much sooner." After sharing a warm hug with his two beloved women for a few minutes, the three of them finally separated. This time smiles blossomed on the faces of all three of them as they began making their way to the arena with Basara in the middle and Yuki and Kurumi linking their hands with his. When Takashi saw Basara coming towards the arena with Yuki's and Kurumi at his sides, eh couldn't help but shake as he remarked in his mind for what felt the hundredth time since yesterday 'Basara, you really have great luck with it comes o women. Sigh....'

After ten more minutes, the Coliseum had become full of people. Everyone had gathered to see Chika and Shiho who were rumoured to be Basara's own disciples. Ten minutes later the three Elders also entered the Coliseum. The moment everyone saw the Elders they all stood up and lowered heir heads in respect. Yuki, Kurumi, Chika, Shiho and Takashi were also included among these people, everyone except Basara.

After the Elders took their seats that were only reserved for them, Atsuta said "Dear Heroes of out Hero Village, today we have all gathered here for the Test of two aspiring Heroes. These two girls, Chika Sakaki and Shiho Aikawa are the disciples of our deat 'Eusebius', Basara. We'll see today of these two women are worthy of becoming recognized official Heroes. But since they are Basara's students, I am sure the two of them are highly talented and capable.

"The first will be Chika Sakaki's, where she needs to battle against a blood python. The second will Shiho Aikawa's where she needs to battle against an Ogre Chief! The rules are simple both of you need to win your fights and you'll be recognized as official Heroes and once you reach S Rank, you'll be given an alias. This rule applies to every Hero." Kumano ordered. Basara and the others left the arena and walked up to the gallery as Chika and Shiho were the only ones left standing on the arena. Shiho went back and stood far away from the middle of the arena where Chika was supposed to fight.

"Alright, now let the the battle begin!" Fuji ordered.
