STAR WARS REBORN

A day later…

"Austlar I need to talk to you about something". Padme says to me seriously.

"Yes, mother?" I look at her and notice she seems serious and somewhat upset.

"What happened to you, my beautiful son? One moment your passionate and the next you're so cold. You do not smile as much as before, and I heard you always alone for days? Please tell me what is wrong! Let me help you!" Padme finally releases her emotions and pleads to me with her soft voice; she seems worried and concerned.

"I am a fine mother… I am sorry… just...please don't worry about me. I was thinking, perhaps it's time for me to have an adventure like you did mother with Anakin. I want to leave Naboo and explore the galaxy I can't just stay here forever, perhaps that is why I am so depressed." Austlar exclaims to Padme with dark eyes and hugs her for comfort.

Both son and mother stay embraced for a while before Padme breaks the moment.

"But you're still so young, only 14 where would you go? I know I can be overbearing sometimes…but..why leave?" She says sadly, knowing that she will have to let Austlar go, she can already recognise the same independent spirit when she herself was fourteen years of age back at Tatooine with Anakin.

"Mother!" Austlar says boisterously.

"Ok, ok… son lets talk about this another time, ok? There something else we need to speak about follow me." Padme stops the sad, depressing mood and leads Austlar elsewhere.

I wonder what my mother wants from me; she seems quite suspicious. Maybe she will reveal who my father is? I am sad that my mother is worried about me, but I need to persuade her to let me go. I am already strong enough to begin exponentially develop my power and influence, and I can't allow my new family to jeopardise my ascendancy. Perhaps in the future, when I am the ruler of my Infinite empire everything can become calm and happy…Until then I need to get ready for war!

As I walk with my mother, I see a man with long blonde hair, dark Jedi clothes and a handsome but a tough-looking face that indicates that he is a hardened warrior.

"Austlar my son… you already know Anakin Skywalker, but there is something more you need to know." It seems Padme finally wants to reveal 'I am your father seen' I look at her and notice that Padme is quite nervous and perhaps hopeful?

"Hello, Austlar long time no see. How have you been? Still, practising what I taught you?" Anakin says to me, joyfully, but I can see past his façade, which is nervous and uneasy. I guess it is indeed the time.

I try to lighten up the mood. "Anakin! Where the kriff have you been, I have utterly stagnated from the lack of new lessons, seriously…. I can only lift a small shuttle…I bet when you were my age, you were way, way superior. I answer half-teasingly, and half-seriously as too show my teenage behaviour.

Padme smiles at my antics while Anakin also eases in before replying.

"I am sorry Austlar I can not just refuse my Jedi duties only for your sake, no matter how much I enjoy teaching you, and why the kriff are you exaggerating your progress! I can clearly feel your strength in the force, even my padawan I feel is weaker than you….Now, what about your meditation and your lightsabre combat… and don't roll your eyes like this, I know how much you love taking advantage of your force powers and forgetting keeping up the shape with lightsabre forms."

After rolling my eyes from Anakin's surprise lecture, I reply. "Yes, I always meditate and practice my lightsabre styles as you taught me," I say in a monotone voice.

Then Padme cuts in…

"He sure does ani, constantly in fact. For these past four years, he barely does anything else!" She said looking at Anakin and slightly cursing herself for allowing Anakin to teach Austlar his force abilities as that's the only thing Austlar does anymore!

"Ani?" I shout while acting surprised and confused from Padme referring to Anakin in such intimate voice and even using some sort of nickname.

"Agh yes…eh, that's well… we are here to tell something important." Once again Padme and Anakin become serious, but a bit less tense, now that we all eased in.

"Austlar…I don't know how to tell you this…. Anakin is your father!" She suddenly just shouts out while looking at me expectedly.

I stayed silent for a half a minute and stared at Padme with an '0' Oh like face...

I needed to pretend that I am shocked that Anakin is my father.

Then I turn towards Anakin when he says. "Yes son, it's true that I am your father…come we need to talk."
