Talent Swallowing System

201 [Bonus Chapter] Pointers

"Yes."

Leo was also curious about it.

Even though he had protected Lionel, Fury had already rewarded him with a God Stone and a Supreme Innate Fire Elemental Fruit.

Other than these two valuable items, Fury offered he would help Leo in his training in the wilderness of the Beastnet.

When Leo rejected that offer, Fury changed his offer to helping Leo get a Supreme Innate Earth Elemental Fruit.

Now, Fury was giving away the Fragment of the God Stone and a Supreme Innate Wind Elemental Fruit, making him curious about Fury's generosity.

"Don't misunderstand that I am being magnanimous and giving away all the treasures for free. But, instead, I am investing in you."

"Investing in me?"

However, Leo was confused when he heard Fury's explanation for giving away such valuable items.

"Yes. Since you are the chosen one from your gradeless world, you can help me with something."

Fury didn't wait for Leo to reply anything as he continued, "You don't have to worry about my request. It will be simple and easy for you as long as your world survives its assessment."

"Huh?"

Leo didn't understand what the Flaming Lion King wanted from him.

Moreover, there were no human gods in his world, and he entered the Beastnet with the help of the Ticket rewarded by the system.

However, since the other party said it would be simple and easy, he replied, "As long as it doesn't conflict with my principles, I will try my best to help you, Sir Fury."

Even though he was shameless in accepting the valuable items from Fury, he was not the type to repay the kindness with evil.

Therefore, he promised to help Fury if it was within his capabilities and didn't conflict with his principles.

"Another reason I am helping you right now is that I see my past self in you."

Seeing that Leo promised to help him, the Flaming Lion King chuckled and continued, "Back then, even though I was a level 1 supreme rank beast hero, I am not as powerful as you. However, without anyone's help in that grade 1 world, I could barely survive in it. Therefore, after returning to the Beastnet, I contributed a lot towards the grade 1 world assessment of the Beastnet before reaching this state."

Fury reminisced about his past and muttered, 'If only there was someone who helped me in the grade 1 world I visited to train, there would have been far fewer losses for the Beastnet.'

Even though the Beastnet successfully passed the world assessment and became a grade 1 world, Fury was not satisfied and thought he would have done even better if he had a little support back then.

Whether it was fate or whatever it's called, he met Leo, the chosen one of a gradeless world who was more capable than him, even with a less heroic rank than his old self.

'As long as his world passes the world assessment with a good clearance rating, I can take his help in the future.'

Overall, there were multiple reasons for Fury to help Leo become as powerful as possible before Leo's world assessment starts.

"Huh? That means Sir Fury also visited a grade 1 world before the world assessment of the Beastnet?"

This surprised Leo as he didn't expect the Flaming Lion King to travel to a higher-grade world.

"Yes. I stayed in a grade 1 world for one year before returning as a level 3 supreme rank beast hero. So, I was surprised when you said you could only stay in the Beastnet for 21 days. There is very little time."

Yesterday, Leo said he could stay in the Beastnet for 21 days. In which he had already spent six days, leaving him with 15 days.

"It's alright, Sir Fury. I increase my strength rapidly."

Leo had already completed the upgrade requirements of the [Call of the Undead], and as long as he took care of the revenge, he would upgrade it to level 1 supreme class.

That's not the end of it.

Soon after, he planned to use the level 1 Supreme Upgrade Stone to upgrade it to level 2 supreme class.

'I wonder whether I can use the [Supreme Promote Points] to upgrade my talents?'

Leo didn't forget about the [Supreme Promote Points]; however, he was unsure whether he could use them to upgrade the supreme class talents because his [Talent Promoter] is still at level 6.

Leo doubted whether he could use it if he upgraded it to level 7 or 8 or even 9.

'I wonder why it extracted the [Supreme Promote Points] when I can't even use it?'

Leo still didn't understand; however, there was nothing he could do about it as he received those [Supreme Promote Points] by default from killing the supreme-ranked beasts.

"To clear the assessment, you need to have a strength of at least level 6 supreme rank human hero. However, since you have multiple talents and can kill level 2 supreme-ranked beast heroes with rank 9 strength, I think you only need to have level 4 supreme-ranked strength."

Fury was satisfied with Leo's confident look as he gave some pointers, "However, it is better to have a strength as high as possible. Also, you're mistaken if you think you can alone clear the assessment. So, try gathering powerful heroes to assist you in clearing the world assessment."

"I would have given more information about the world assessment; however, the world assessments are completely different from one world to another. Just remember one thing: kill as many supreme-ranked invaders as possible with your own hands."

Fury continued to give a few more pointers and exaggerated the world assessment as he didn't want Leo to become overconfident and relaxed.

"Thank you for your pointers, Sir Fury. I will keep them in mind."

Leo thought he had already benefited a lot, and with the pointers he received from the Flaming Lion King, he felt entering the Beastnet in a rush was worth it.

"Sir Fury, after hearing all the pointers, I am curious about what you need my help with in the future. Can you tell me about it?"

After hesitation, Leo asked about it, hoping the Flaming Lion King would reply to him.
