The Blind Saint

According to Shenglin he would have a month in which he can complete any duties before he officially starts his job as the teacher. Tian Yi hadn't been sure exactly what he had wanted to do so he had decided to find a nice cave to relax.

Tian Yi had eventually settled on a small cave for the night it had probably been used in the past for closed door cultivation as it was on the north edge academy's.

He had only ever taken one student in his life time it was probably one of the greatest Regrets and his worst mistake but maybe this would be different he had learned from the past and maybe by teaching another he could make up for his previous failure it's the least he could do before his time was up.

Since he had about a month before he would begin teaching it would be best to further explore the continents even though he doubted he would be able to experience everything it would be nice to get a feel for the atmosphere of this realm before going through the suffering of teaching cultivation to a close who most likely do not have enough collective brain power to out think a rock. I mean seriously how is a 110year old martial lord not able to figure out the very first lesson that comes with breaking into Dao realm, come on the existence of Dao itself is based upon the idea of self acceptance... Or maybe the old man prefers to be called a martial lord rather than an early stage Dao I mean it does sound a lot fancier... who knows, if he is the peak of this realm then I'm scared to even begin to think about those below him.

He decided he would first be heading to the main lands of the South continent mire commonly named the Zoa continent . To get a better understanding of the mortal realm it would be easier to split it into four section the north where the both the academy and the resides Tian family is known as the Xian continent the (west) Mu continent and finally the (east) Han contest each continent. The only other part of the mortal realm is a few islands that reside in the ocean of the Han continent although it should be noted that one these islands is a civilisation who don't even known the meaning of inner strength and still believe the only use of a stick is beating your fellow man to death.

After such a disturbingly long rant and contemplation of wiping this realm out of existence he decides that it would be better if he just headed to his destination the great and mighty compound of the Xiao family which also happened to be the family of his former fiancé Xiao Qin before his misadventures in the realm of the forgotten (immortal realm). He doubted she must him very much it was merely a contractual marriage between families who are greedy and decide to use the misadventures of said youth as a way to bind them together. Tian Yi's older brother had literally taken him away on orders of our father to chuck into where she was bathing to force us to marry. After this they were forced into the contract even though he hadn't seen anything... accusing a blind kid of peeping it was obvious they just wanted an excuse to screw over the other family.

It probably didn't help that Tian Yi was a very blunt youth and always commented the first thing that came to his mind and admittedly for a blind child he was very judgemental during first meetings. Tian Yi always believed himself to be a great judge of character and the moment he met Xiao Qin he just knew she was quote an 'evil bitch' very crass words from young Yi but certainly ones to live by.

He was now only a few Li away from the compound now it wouldn't have taken him so long to get here if it wasn't for the endless amounts of food breaks he had taken on the way and he felt his tummy was beginning to slow him down.

It had taken him nearly 3hours to travel only 1000 li ( about 311 miles) truly an embarrassment to his ancestors who ever they were. If it wasn't for how delicious mortal delicacies such as dumplings were then there wouldn't have been such a problem it was now already night fall by the time he had reached the entrance to the compound.

Tian Yi had decided to take the loud and proud approach not his proudest moment admittedly but he was growing inpatient and this clan had already been in his bad books it's not like anybody could claim him for busting straight through the entrance to the compound and reeking havoc with any unfortunate victim who crossed my path.

As Tian Yi stood on the ridge looking down at the devastation below he heard a sharp whistling sound heading towards you and the almost unforgettable high pitch screech of the most evil creature to enter this domain.

Xiao Qin: Who the hell are you speak stranger before I decide to take your life for daring to enter the clan compound on my celebration of 34th year of life.

Huh he had forgotten her birthday was around the same time as his brothers it seemed that some memories he had mentally blocked out. But he could work with this as it would make his sweet revenge all the better.
