The Guide Is Fixing His Regrets

“Esper Kang Tae-Woo!”

Tae-Woo was heading to the private room to return to So-Won when he accidentally ran into the doctor in charge in the hallway. As soon as the doctor found Tae-Woo, he hurried to follow him. Tae-Woo stopped and looked at the doctor in charge who was running in gasps.

The doctor in charge arrived in front of Tae-Woo and opened his mouth holding his breath.

“You didn’t answer the phone, so I was actually on my way to find you.”

“Did something urgent happen?”

“I just went to the next lab and heard something. I’m telling you just in case, it might be my mistake. I’m afraid I can’t just move on….”

The doctor in charge looked at Tae-Woo’s face and continued.

“I heard that Esper Choi Si-Hyuk will reside in the association in the future.”

The door opened quietly. So-Won was restless near Tae-Woo’s desk and when he saw Tae-Woo his face brightened. Tae-Woo, who had been depressed by the unpleasant news, felt his heart lighten in an instant.

“Is something wrong?”

Tae-Woo approached So-Won and asked. When he stood in front of So-Won, the tone naturally softened.

“Tae-Woo’s cell phone kept ringing. I think it’s an urgent call, so you’d better check it out quickly.”

So-Won answered, recalling Tae-Woo’s cell phone, which was constantly ringing. The vibration, which had been ringing for a long time, was broken and then repeated a couple of times. So-Won thought it was urgent, so he wants to answer it instead, but he thought it would be rude to answer Tae-Woo’s phone without permission, so he couldn’t.

“Okay, I’ll check.”

Tae-Woo nodded and lifted his cell phone. It was probably a call from the doctor in charge, so there was no need to check. But So-Won hesitated as if he still had something to say.

So-Won glanced at the desk. As Tae-Wo followed So-Won’s gaze he saw a broken mouse on the desk.

Tae-Woo was taken aback when he saw the broken mouse. He forgot to clean up because he was in a hurry to visit the matching department. So-Won must have been surprised.

As expected So-Won looked at him with a slightly frightened look. At the moment their eyes met the frightened people and So-Won’s appearance began to overlap. His heart began to beat anxiously.

“Tae-Woo, do you happen to need guidance?”

However, the only emotion on So-Won’s face was affection and concern, so Tae-Woo was relieved.

“No, I accidentally broke it.”

“Are you sure you’re okay? Didn’t your condition get worse?”

So-Won reacted sensitively thinking Tae-Woo is hiding something. He must have forbade him from following hid to hide his deteriorating condition.

So-Won nodded. If Tae-Woo says so, then it must be like that. It was also good for So-Won because he could guide freely without CCTV. In the future, he will be able to guide as much as he wants without being conscious even in a private room.

So-Won climbed onto Tae-Woo’s stomach, while he was sitting on the sofa. Then he slowly lowered his head. His heart started pounding as he felt Tae-Woo’s breath. So-Won used guiding as an excuse and slowly closed his eyes.

Maybe because of his mood, but he didn’t want to leave So-Won alone for even a moment. He did the same when he went downstairs to get a quick drink of water at home. Rather than being watched, it feels like he was following him around and watching him from the side.

He was in the middle of guiding in Tae-Woo’s room wondering if he was doing this because he needed guiding. So-Won suddenly became worried. Time is approaching and he needs to wash up. What if he follows him to the bathroom?

So-Won rose from the bed and opened his mouth.

“I… I’ll go wash up.”

“Alright.”

So-Won, who was flustered by himself, was slightly disappointed when he saw Tae-Woo, who was not moving.

Other than that, nothing has changed. So-Won returned to his usual daily life and spent time in Tae-Woo’s private room.

He just had lunch, but he wanted to eat something. So-Won scanned the inside of the private room with his eyes. All that was here was coffee and green tea on the water purifier, and unfortunately, there was no candy or chocolate.

So-Won glanced at Tae-Woo. Seeing that his hands were resting, he didn’t seem to be working. However, he was a little hesitant to talk to him because he seemed to be deeply thinking about something. So-Won crept up from his seat while looking at Tae-Woo.

Tae-Woo felt So-Won’s movement and raised his head. He stared at the So-Won with a look as if asking where he was going.

“I’ll go to the convenience store for a moment.”

“I’ll come with you.”

So-Won roughly packed his cell phone and card and came out with Tae-Woo. It’s gotten a lot colder, so people wear thick clothes. The leaves were also dyed red and were preparing to change their color.

So-Won was weak against the cold and put on a coat. However, from the moment he first met him, nothing had changed and Tae-Woo was always the same. A black pants with a black t-shirt that comes up to his neck. So-Won noticed that Tae-Woo didn’t feel cold thanks to his ability, but it bothered him.

After coming out of the building So-Won walked next to Tae-Woo. But he kept hearing the camera shutter sound from somewhere. Only then did So-Won discover that the camera lens was directed at Tae-Woo, and he noticed that people were filming Tae-Woo.

He forgot for a while because he got used to living in Canada. So-Won couldn’t avoid the attention of Tae-Woo beside him. It was rare for Tae-Woo to appear in front of people, so some people passed by without noticing Tae-Woo, but most of them recognized Tae-Woo and slowed down their steps.

When So-Won remembered that Tae-Woo hated being photographed, the shutter sounds from all sides began to bother him. So-Won thought he shouldn’t have come to the convenience store, so he held Tae-Woo’s hand and hurried.

When he arrived at the convenience store, Tae-Woo, who stood tall, fixed his eyes on the product display. So-Won asked Tae-Woo just in case.

“Tae-Woo, is this your first time at a convenience store?”

“Yes. First time.”

So-Won was at a loss for words. He knew that Tae-Woo only goes back and forth between gates and associations, but he thought that he would have come at least once if it was a convenience store.
