After Feng Alix got dressed and left Fu Hua's house, Fu Hua left for his office. There was still a show today, so he had to be ready for it.

The second day of the Fashion Show was more spectacular. As new and familiar faces were seen.

Jia Li's concentration was on the outfits worn by the models. She could see how creative the designers of FJ Styles were.

Old Mr. Fu didn't come with Jia Li today, so Fu Juan was tasked with escorting her.

"Jia Li don't just look at the dress, pick something for yourself." Fu Juan told her, but Jia Li smiled.

"Aunty I'm fine. I don't want anything."

Seeing that Jia Li was adamant, Fu Juan let her be and didn't bring up that topic again, instead she engaged her with a conversation, like asking what she thought of the outfits created by FJ Styles Top designers.

Jia Li's reply made her affirm that she was going to do well in the Fashion World if she has connections because not all talented people are given the exposure.

When the Fashion Show ended, Jia Li went back to the Fu Mansion in the same car as Fu Juan.

Grandfather Fu was still not at home when the entire family came back. But he still. made it back home before Fu Hua and Fu YingPei.

The family was harmonious as they ate dinner together. In fact, it was part of a little celebration for the success of the Fashion Show.

If it was someone like Fu YingPei, he would have organized a dinner party for his family and employees, but Fu Hua was different.

He only gave the Managers of his company, some money to go and celebrate with their teams. He wasn't even interested in joining in the celebration.

Fu YingPei didn't want to go, because he didn't think it would be fun.

After dinner, Old Mr. Fu instructed Fu Hee to go shopping with Jia Li the next day, since she would be going back to her family in two days. He wanted her to get a few things for her parents.

"I would have loved Fu Hua to show you around the FJ Styles since he is in a better position to assign someone to do that on his behalf if he is busy, but since you insist on going back in 2 days, maybe the next time you visit, he will show you around." Old Mr. Fu said to Jia Li with a smile.

Fu Hua had a slight frown on his face. FJ Styles wasn't a site for tourism and was not open to outsiders.

He has failed to understand what his grandfather saw in Jia Li. Fine, Jia Li was his life-saver, but he has already done more than enough to thank her, so what were his plans?

Did he plan to continue thanking her in different ways till forever?

"Thank you, grandfather!." Jia Li said with a slight smile. 

She was grateful to the old man for the special care and love he has shown her since she saved his life. But for now, she was more interested in talking with her parents. 

The more time passes, the more uneasy she feels. Old Mr. Fu could notice she was uncomfortable and wanted to go back home, but he thought she just missed her parents, and nothing else.

When Grandfather Fu dispersed them, Jia Li hurried to her room after saying food night to the Fu Family members.

Jia Li phoned her parents immediately she walked into her bedroom. Seeing her parents calmed her heart.

"Jia Li, if you like that place, explore a little before you come back, don't worry about us." Mrs. Qin said to Jia Li.

"About a day ago, you were worried about Jia Li and wanted her to come back as soon as possible, what made you change your mind?." Mr. Qin asked.

"I miss our daughter, but I feel it would be good for her to stay there a bit more, she needs the exposure." Mrs. Qin said to her husband before turning to look at the phone screen.

"Jia Li, if you want to stay there for a bit, then listen to Old Mr. Fu. Don't worry about us, we'll be fine." 

"Mum, I will be back soon. I will talk to Grandfather Fu to see if I can come back tomorrow's noon. I miss you both." Jia Li said with a sad tone, she really did miss her parents.

"Wife, allow her to come back. As you can see, her heart is no more there." Mr. Qin said to his wife.

Mrs. Qin noticed the longing in Jia Li's eyes and sighed. Then she said to her with a smile, "Fine! Jia Li, do what you want, Dad and Mum will be waiting for you at home. Just let us know when you will be coming back a few hours before your flight." 

Jia Li was happy with the conclusion. Her heart eased a little. She talked about the fashion show with her Parents before bidding them goodnight.

That night, Jia Li found it difficult to fall asleep. She was thinking about her parents and suddenly became emotional.

She ended up crying herself to sleep, and she woke up with puffy eyes the next morning. The concealer failed to mask it.

Grandfather Fu saw Jia Li's face and knew her spirit was down and was no longer with them. He could see that she was happy, and he needed to let her go back to her parents.

"Jia Li, cheer up and eat your breakfast. I will make an arrangement to send you back to your parents this afternoon." 

"I can go back today?." Jia Li asked as her eyes shown brightly.

"Yes. You just have to shop for your parents and yourself, otherwise, I won't keep to my promise." Grandfather Fu said to her with a gentle gaze.

"I will listen to grandfather!." Jia Li said gratefully as she picked up her cutlery and began to eat.

The tension in her heart has eased a little.
