Two days later, YingPei returned home. After the competition ended, he took Daiyu for a two-day vacation, before traveling back to the country. The next step was to help her find a place in the same city for her great plans to start her swimming coaching.

As a retirement plan, Daiyu's dream was to start coaching young swimmers to a higher level. But she needed the funds.

First of all, she needed to get a good place and register the name of her club before financing it. Not knowing must about the city, Daiyu felt lucky to have YingPei by her side, who knew a lot more than her.

Finally, after securing a place, both parted ways and agreed to meet on the weekend.

Part of Daiyu's retirement plan was moving to the city, and that was the first thing she did some days before she traveled out for her last competition.

And now that she was in the same city as her boyfriend, they wouldn't have issues with the long-distance relationship anymore. They could easily meet up.

After having a fun and adventurous time, YingPei returned home at late noon, only to be greeted first by a stranger.

YingPei had just walked into the house when he met Lanying, who looked like she was going outside.

On seeing him, Lanying smiled as she recognized him, then she stretched forth her hand for a handshake as she introduced herself.

"Hello, I'm Lanying."

YingPei studied her facial expression and then glanced at the hand that was stretched out. He didn't want to be rude as he didn't know her identity, so he was about to reach out for her hand when he had the melodious voice of the youngest Fu family member calling out to him.

Jasmine called out, "Uncle Pei!" as she ran towards him with her hands spread out for a hug. And just like that, YingPei forgot all about Lanying and ran to embrace the little girl, as a servant walked over to help him with his luggage.

"Da Xia!" YingPei called happily as he embraced the little girl and lifted her in his hands.

As Lanying stood at the side and watched them, she clenched her fist before walking away. When she saw YingPei earlier, he looked friendly and easy to approach, and that was the reason she was so enthusiastic, but who knew that a little dumpling would pop out from nowhere and disrupt her first step in establishing a relationship with a Fu member?

Once Jasmine was in her uncle's hands, she began to ask questions. Like where he has been and if he bought anything for her.

"Of course, I bought something for you, how can I not do that? I will give your presents to you later, where is your Father?" YingPei asked as he carried her and walked towards the living room.

"Daddy hasn't come yet," Jasmine replied in her lovely tone.

"What of your mummy?" YingPei inquired and got the same reply. Then Jasmine got tired and requested for her gifts again, hence, he had no choice but to take her to his bedroom.

As a servant was already helping him to unpack, he asked her to bring the pink fancy bag in his luggage, and in no time, it was brought over.

Jasmine was very quick while trying to snatch the bag, but YingPei wouldn't let her.

"Don't be in a hurry little girl! Can you guess what I bought for you? If you can guess one item, I will give the whole bag to you." YingPei teased.

Jasmine sighed as she moved her face from the pink bag back to her uncle. She was bad at guessing, but surely, he wouldn't forget to get her some chocolates which were her favorite, sons he mentioned it.

"You got me chocolates?" The little girl asked.

"No, your patents will scold me. Actually, I didn't get you any sweets this time around, but I got you something more lovely." YingPei said as he opened the bag and took out everything that was in it.

"See, I got you a pink hairband, pink shoes, and a pink bag. Do you like them?" He asked.

Jasmine touched them and nodded with a big smile on her face, but then she caught sight of a doll with silver hair and screamed excitedly.

"You got me a Barbie doll?" She said as she pulled the doll to her chest and hugged it tightly with a happy smile.

YingPei chuckled as he watched her for a few seconds before telling her a short story about the doll.

"Your Aunty Daiyu bought it for you. She said she would be opening a swimming training center soon, and she would like you to join. Do you want to learn how to swim?"

"Swimming?" Jasmine asked as her mind flashed back to a cartoon series she was watching recently. There was a swimming scene there. Slowly her lips arched upwards, forming a smile.

"Swimming is so cool, I will tell daddy about it," Jasmine said.

YingPei couldn't help but reach out to grab her cheeks, "You are such a sweet little pumpkin."

Jasmine used one hand to hold her doll, and the other one to push him away with a low chuckle, "I'm not a pumpkin, I am daddy's princess."

YingPei chuckled hard before saying in a low tone that she wouldn't hear clearly, "Maybe I should have a child with your Aunty Daiyu soon."

Soon, Jasmine wanted to leave so she could go and show everyone her presents after thanking him.

YingPei had to put everything back into the link bag except the Barbie doll and helped her to carry it, while she walked ahead by herself.

This was how Jasmine paraded her presents from YingPei around the house. There was no one she didn't show her gifts to, even the servants, and her parents who had just come back from work.

Apart from Fu Juan and her adopted daughter Lanying whom Jasmine was not close to, she showed everyone else her gifts.

When Jasmine saw how excited she was, she sighed and said to YingPei, "Now, she would want to go to school with the Barbie doll tomorrow."
