The Lost Fruits

After the small trouble in the forest, Ace, Blue, M.o.a.na, and Maui finally exited the Memory forest with still a bit irritated from seeing his mother's face. For all things in his heart, she was the only weakness.

'Damn it!!' He cursed internally 'Why do i still care about her, I shouldn't be like this, I only met her once, for 10 seconds...why is it hard to forget her face?!!' Ace still has nightmares of him crying as a baby in the arms of his dying mother, as a baby, he shouldn't have seen that, but because his mother has carried him 20 months in her body, he was already developed enough to be able to see.

Ace kicked a rock with his feet in frustration, nobody commented on that, Blue was concerned about Ace, having seen his memories, he knows that Ace never acted like this before 'This was unfortunate, it may not turn good for the long run in this journey for us if Ace kept thinking about what happened earlier...' He thought.

M.o.a.na was sympathizing with Ace, from what she had heard from Blue, he has seen his dead mother which caused him to be overly emotional, even she couldn't help it but forget herself when the forest showed her and impression of her dead grandmother. But Ace was able to overcome the forest's effect but still lost to its emotions burst.

As for Maui, he didn't have much thoughts about the matter, as he now has more trouble than thinking about Ace, he kept on looking at his hook with a frown 'Strange...It doesn't feel comfortable holding it again,' He thought 'As if it is...Angry at me.'

"By the way, where should we go now?" Ace asked, bring everyone out of their thoughts.

"You see that mountain over there on the horizon..." Blue pointed in front of them, far away from where they are standing, behind the mountains and the trees, a lone mountain breaking through the clouds could be seen standing.

"Isn't that a little bit...too far" M.o.a.na sweatdropped when she thought about crossing the distance from here to the mountain.

Maui chuckled "That is nothing, in fact, we are lucky we landed near it, this is another realm after all." He said.

Ace sighed "What a troubleso--" Before he can speak further, he felt as if something entered his body "The hell?!!" As stopped in his tracks and got shocked at the sight he was seeing in front of him.

"What the hell is this?!!" M.o.a.na took cover behind Ace as she looked at the things walking around them. "Are those Humans?!" She asked.

In front of them, countless Human-like creatures walking around aimlessly, the only difference between them and the normal humans, is their ghostly and transparent body.

"Ghosts?!" Ace chuckled awkwardly "You must be kidding me, what the hell is this place?!"

"Ah, you forgot what i said about this place already?" Blue laughed with Maui at the reaction of the two.

Maui shook his head "Remember that this serves as a passage for souls to the afterlife, welcome to Jutenguard!" Maui said.

"Oooh!" M.o.a.na said as she remembered their conversation while climbing the wall.

Blue noticed something and instantly shot to Ace "Hey, hey, hey look there, look!" He pointed with a huge smile on his face "Look who is that!"

Ace looked at where Blue was pointing and he burst out laughing "Isn't that King of Jahilon?! Hahaha! He is dead bro!!"

"Look at him, his beard is still bad even in death! hahaha!!" Ace and Blue went to King Jahil and started trolling him with Ace going "peekaboo !" on him, for a moment, the wandering soul was scared.

"Hey you two, we need to get going, we can't stay in the same place for long, especially in this place of the souls!" Maui called as he and M.o.a.na walked ahead.

"Alright, Alright, enough of this, man, it is good to see him after so long!" Ace said wiping the tears off his eyes.

Blue nodded 'That worked good to distract him. Tank you Jahil!' he thought.

Ace and Blue followed the M.o.a.na and Maui as they passed through the hills and entered a mountain passage "We need to climb up this mountain, there are bridges that contacts the mountains from here until the Heart Location." Blue spoke.

As the group went half-way up through the already narrow edge path, Ace frowned and stopped "Something is coming...multiple!" He spoke with a serious tone. M.o.a.na took out her spear and Maui brought out his Hook. Ace focused and his head shot up "ABOVE US!!" He called, and without any hesitation with a swing of his arm, a wave of fire went up targeting whatever was coming their way.

But Alas, the attack seemed ineffective as rock-lava made creatures jumped down on the group, M.o.a.na quickly spun her spear and redirected the path of one of the falling creatures on her making it go down and fall from the tall mountain.

Blue turned to smoke as the creature went past him screaming and falling to its death, Maui swung his hook and crashed one of them on the hard wall of the mountain.

And Ace used a Lightning fist that destroyed 3 o the incoming creatures "What are those?!" Ace asked, seeing that no more of those came down on them.

"I don't know, first time seeing them!" Maui spoke.

"That was dangerous..." M.o.a.na spoke as she made her curvy hair into a ponytail because it got into her view because of the wind.

Blue had a heavy expression, Ace noticed that and asked "You know about them?" Blue nodded in response.

"Those are Golem..."He spoke.

"Golem? for real? then they should be easy to deal with." Maui felt relieved but Blue's next words made him scared to death.

"They are not just any Golems...They are Titan Minion Golems..." Blue continued. Maui zoned out after hearing that while mumbling "T-T-Titan?"

"Titans?... They were immune to my fire, though a low grade, but still..." Ace looked at his hand and spoke.

"That is because of their creator, he must be a fire born Titan, thus giving his minions immunity to it which he does also have, there are two possible situations here..." Blue shrank himself and sat on Ace's shoulder.

M.o.a.na listened carefully, this was new to her, earlier she was lucky the Golem was falling and couldn't control his path and actions normally, or she would have been in trouble.

"Either we are on the Fire Born Titan's Territory and the Golems attacked us in order to push us off, or..." Blue looked at Ace with a dark expression.

"Or what?" Ace asked.

"Or we are being targeted by the Titan himself..."

"Holy Shit!! this is the end, I will die young!!" Maui started crying while hugging the wall.

"Maui, stop acting like a baby and stand up!" M.o.a.na hit Maui with the end of her spear. "We are still not sure about this, we may just be on the Titan's territory and we just need to leave it, and they will leave us alone." She said.

"Indeed, we still don't know the reason for their attacks, we need to move fast and swift," Blue spoke.

However...

"ROOOAR!!!" An ear-shattering roar came from down the mountain followed by dozen other roars coming from various directions as if responding to the call.

"Damn it!! they are calling for each other!!" Blue spoke nervously. "They are after us!"
