When Luna announced that Hiroto is stronger than Saeko and was the strongest beginner ever recorded, the adventurers started their merrymaking and drank a lot of ale. They were really happy that a promising new one appeared. They have been gloomy because the Demon King's Army kept on attacking a few towns and settlements, some of their families died from the attack. Witnessing Hiroto's unknown job and even exceeded the normal adventurer's status by a long shot, they couldn't help but feel gleeful.

They kept drinking and even invited the two protagonists of this good news to drink some ale, which Hiroto and Saeko refused, saying that they are only 14, a minor.

After the commotion about having promising new adventurers came to pass. Hiroto and Saeko went to the Quest Board and looked for a subjugation quest that they can do. There was quite a lot of it posted on the Quest Board.

Hiroto looked at the variety of Quests posted in the Quest Board, he couldn't help but focus on the weird Quests posted in it.

"There sure is a lot of odd jobs posted in it. Let's take the killing of Horned Rabbits quest," Hiroto suggested.

"I think that is a good idea, but let's ask Luna about the slimes of this world. I wonder why their subjugation bounties are so high," Saeko said while tilting her head to the side, in a thinking expression.

"I agree. And Saeko, you're so cute when you're deep in thought," Hiroto said with a warm smile on his face.

Saeko was surprised by his sudden praise and she had a dumbfounded face for a second before she recovered and said,

"W-Why did you say that out of the blue mou! Come on! Let's go to Ms. Luna," said Saeko while pulling Hiroto along with her to the Receptionist's Counter.

"Yes, Saeko-chan and Hiroto-kun, how can I help you?" Luna asked with a gentle smile on her face.

"We are here to apply for a Subjugation Quest, Ms. Luna! A horned rabbit subjugation! Also, could you tell us why the slime's bounty is so high?" asked Saeko immediately.

"Ah, that. Slimes are immune to physical attacks and can only die by dealing enough damage to obliterate its core. It is proven to be a difficult task for the normal Adventurer's so we decided to raise the bounty. For the application for a Subjugation Quest, it will be approved. On the eastern side of this town, you can see farmlands. That is where horned rabbits roam around besides the forested areas," said Luna, still having her professional smile plastered on her face.

"Thank you for the information, Ms. Luna, we will be going on our way now!" said Saeko before dragging Hiroto again.

Hiroto let himself be dragged away, he just waved at Luna before they left.

"Those two, sometimes Saeko-chan would be so embarrassed that she would get mad at him for making her feel embarrassed in front of other people. It's good to be young," said Luna while looking at the departing backs of the two future heroes of this world.

Walking at a few stalls, Hiroto and Saeko decided to buy some food, in case they get hungry. They also bought a cheap-looking sachel that can be strapped on Hiroto's waist. After buying foods and some first aid, they proceeded to walk towards the eastern direction.

Through the map's guidance, they arrived at the gates and saw two familiar faces.

"Hello sirs, we didn't expect to meet you here!" greeted Hiroto.

"Oh! It's you, boyya. Looks like you are now an adventurer!" said the guard on the left.

"Yes, we are now adventurers! This is our adventurer's cards if you want to check our identities!" said Hiroto. He has nothing to hide since he changed his race into human using his Menu.

"Ah, it's fine boyya! We know that you are honest children and we already got the news from some adventurers about you guys! So, no need to show us that!" the guard on the right said.

"Is that so? Then we will be on our way Mr. Guards!" said Hiroto.

"Yes, goodbye guard-oniichans!" Saeko seconded.

After that brief exchange, they went through the gate and proceeded to delve inside the farmlands.

When they were far away from the Town, Hiroto decided to take out the reward he got from that hidden quest. Taking out Serveresta from his inventory, he took a look at the object with a sword handle with a huge parallelogram on top of it.

'Ariel-chan said that Prana is a downgraded version of mana. So just like what Ayoto does, I just have to pour my mana into it,' Hiroto thought while holding the futuristic sword in his hands.

Pouring his mana into it like there no tomorrow, the weirdly shaped parallelogram on top of the hilt opened up and the sword started to *humm*. Like a meter filling up, a blade made of jet-black flames sprouted out of the Ulm Manadite as it kept humming. As he kept pouring more mana in the sword, jet-black flames sprouted out of the Ulm Manadite again, this time coiling around the blade made of jet-black flames. When the flames coiling around the blade returned back to where the hilt is, the sword stopped humming and he heard a familiar notification sound.

›[You have gained the recognition of the Demonic Sword Serveresta! It is now bound to you and recognizes you as its Master!]

Looking at the huge sword in front of him, he couldn't help but feel awed by the sheer size of it. Its blade is over 2 meters long, like a bastard sword.

Saeko, who saw his weird antics at first was puzzled. But then, she saw the sword-like thing in his hand appear and it made her feel shocked too.

"H-Hiro, what is that thing? Is that a sword?" asked Saeko.

"Yes, this is a sword from another world. It just recognized me as its new master," said Hiroto.

"Can you back out a little bit? I want to try out a new skill I gained from changing into a Magic Swordsman," asked Hiroto politely.

"O-Okay, just don't do something reckless ok?' said Saeko in a worried tone.

"Don't worry, it's not dangerous," replied Hiroto.

After reassuring her, he stepped forward and started to channel more mana on Serveresta. He wanted to try out his new skill, Magic Blade, that he just learned.

A few minutes passed and the skill never activated. It felt like it was missing something.

Trying it again and again, he kept on failing. Eventually, he made the last push and poured all his mana onto the sword. Feeling sluggish by the huge amount of mana that he lost, he still persevered and this time tried controlling the mana inside the sword. Serveresta kept humming while he was controlling the mana inside it, but he still needs more mana to fully unlock what was missing.

A few seconds more passed and suddenly, Hiroto felt like something clicked inside his body and he felt a huge amount of mana inside his body. He was puzzled but decided to put his questions at the back of his mind and focus on the sword first. He poured all his newly gained mana on the sword and controlled it.

A few moments later, silver and sakura colored flames came out of the Ulm Manadite and coiled around the sword. Soon, a blinding light of pink and silver covered their surroundings and blinded Hiroto and Saeko.

After the lights faded, Hiroto looked at the Serveresta in his hand and was shocked by what he saw. Serveresta has changed a lot in appearance. The hilt is now silver in color with pink intricate designs. It is previously connected to a weird parallelogram that was previously supporting the blade of the sword. It now formed a Japanese sword shape with the Ulm Manadite now in the shape of a diamond in the middle, half of it is embedded into the sword handle while half is connected with the blade. The blade of Serveresta now has silver metal on the top half, while the middle section of it has a deeper shade of sakura color in it that eventually became a lighter shade of pink then silver at the tip of the sharp edge.

(A/N: Imagine the sword of Juggernaut in Dota, Serakura, having an Ulm Manadite. It formed a shape of ∆ between the blade and the handle. Unlike Serakura, this new Serveresta has a silver hilt with pink intricate designs and a deeper shade of sakura color on the middle section before turning into a much lighter one until it became silver-colored.)

Hiroto kept on looking at the blade until the flames that are coming out of the Ulm Manadite calmed down. After those flames returned, he heard a notification sound.
