The original used the words 기, 승, 전, 결 ( gi, seung, jeon, gyeol) for the story stages. It’s a narrative structure that was used for Chinese, Korean and Japanese classics. It is famously called as Kishōtenketsu. I followed the usual translation and translate it to [Introduction]–[Development]–[Twist]–[Conclusion].

The meaning is something like this (I copied this from Wikipedia in case you guys don’t want to look for it on your own):

기 : raising issues and introducing characters승 : the beginning of the action (but not to solve a problem, necessarily, but usually for self-realization)전 : a reversal or change in direction결 : the matter is concluded and any lessons are gained through the process or results
