The Ultimate Transmigration

When Yami explains what his other half of his bloodline is, the clone that was sent to unlock the Jougan did it, and the clones that were made to get sage energy also finished, so they dispelled themselves. With all of the sage energy, Yami directs it to his storage in his sage body and when the storage is full, Yami redirects all of the energy to the True Sage Susanoo Tailed beast transformation, causing an opportunity for Naruto to merge his tailed beast transformation energy with Yami's, and Sasuke to also merge his Susanoo with Yami's Susanoo, causing a brown Susanoo to appear.

With the tailed beast, it remains the same except the colour, which changed from a dark aqua to a lighter aqua with a tint of yellow on the edges. When Obito was preparing to attack, Yami started to talk

[Now.. What should we call this form?] questioned Yami

[JUST GO ALREADY!!] screams Naruto, which makes Yami sprint to Obito. With a left punch, then followed up with a sword slice

'Alfred, how come I am allowed to use this much power?' Questioned Yami as he continued fighting

[Being the 10 tailed Jinchuriki gives much chakra, even though it has only 10 tails. If we were to compare it to your tailed beast, the Juubi would have about 20 tails of chakra. That's because Obito has one of the Rennegan. If you have both, the Juubi will go to 30.

If you have the renne-sharingan that was originally yours, so if Madara gets the Renne-sharingan along with the Juubi, it would be 50 tails of chakra. Keep in mind, that when you have the Renne-sharingan that isn't yours, it would be 40 tails. The Juubi is an interesting creature. It evolves in Chakra, but not in tails.

Right now, Obito should be about quarter of Hagaromo's power, with you being 3/4 of Kaguya's power.] explains Alfred

'So you are saying that all the powers I used now are most of them that aren't like insta-kill?' questioned Yami

[Precisely.] says Alfred

[That makes it easier!] says Yami as he starts to charge a Bijuu-dama while continuing to fight Obito.

When it was fully charged, Yami started to add sage energy into it, but not much. When that was done, it was sent to Obito, who tried to block it with his truth seeker orbs, which worked, but many holes were made.

[Guys, I found out the weakness of being the Juubi Jinchuriki. He is weak to sage chakra.] says Yami as he starts to make a mini bijuu-dama with only sage chakra. Eating it, the dragon opens his mouth that becomes a beam. The beam was blocked, but soon got through the truth-seeker orbs.

[ARGHH] screamed Obito in immense pain

When the blast died out, Obito was left vulnerable, so Yami quickly cut his stomach, where the tailed beast are sealed. When that was done, Yami quickly grabbed the tailed beasts trying to escape with his tails and using Naruto's chakra. The eight tails and the one tails denied help, but before those 2 could re-enter, Gaara and Bee quickly grabbed them, and with the help of Minato, they were pulled out of Obito, making him lose control over the truth seeker orbs. Seeing this as an opportunity, black zetsu quickly took over Obito and forced him to use the outer path of the Rennegan, reviving Madara.

[It seems I'm alive.] says Madara as he got out of a pit made out of the tailed beasts. When Madara leaves, a zetsu appears and gives Madara the right eye Rennegan. He then takes the Zetsu's hand, and then continue's fighting. Summoning the Gedo statue, part of the chains went into Yami's tailed beast mode, completely ignoring him and going for Naruto. Seeing this as a chance, Sasuke quickly appears in front of Madara and tries to kill him, but is stopped mid air. Naruto gets Kurama pulled out of him, while Sasuke gets stabbed. Both of them were dying currently.

[Ill be taking you.. and you.. and also you 2.] says Yami as he gets Naruto, Sasuke, Obito and Sakura with him

Being picked up and placed in the Susanoo, the 4 of them start to fly off as Yami makes a few thousand clones to compensate him leaving. Straight after, Yami forcefully uses Obito's Mangekyo by manipulating his brain, bringing the four of them to the Kamui dimension

[Obito, you put the rest of the tailed beasts Chakra into Naruto. Sakura, you heal Sasuke. Ill provide you with the Chakra, so go all out.] says Yami as he places a hand onto black zetsu, sending him out of the Kamui dimension.

Obito nods and starts to go over the memories he shared with Naruto, while he is giving Naruto the rest of the Bijuu's chakra, which makes a central area where all the Bijuu can meet. Inside Naruto. Going inside both Naruto and Sasuke's consciousness, he finds them talking with the sage of six paths.

[Yo, old paths. How ya' doing?] questioned Yami as he said hello to both of them

[How come you are both in Naruto and Sasukes minds? Also, do I know you?] questioned the 6 paths

[Yeah, you know me. I was the guy who was the 'chosen one'. Also, I'm too powerful to be in the unconscious mind of one person, so I split my mind into 2 parts.] explains Yami as he waves at both Naruto and Sasuke.

[Ill just give them the long story short. This is the sage of 6 paths. He had 2 sons. Indra and Asura. Indra was smart and Asura not so smart. Indra was stronger and Asura was weaker. Indra was better at most things while Asura was good at nothing he did. They grew up and Indra was able to unlock his Sharingan, but he became more distant.

The time for the 2 brothers to become the successor of this old man came, and after a year, Asura was picked as the successor. Indra got mad, killed his besties, and got the Mangekyo, while Asura got the old mans Chakra. They fight, they die, they reincarnate, they fight, they die, and so on. Sasuke, is the reincarnation of Indra, while Naruto is the reincarnation of Asura, although he is a bit dumber this time around.

Anyways, the old man is going to give Sasuke the yin part of his chakra, causing Sasuke to get a Rennegan with 6 tomes on his left eye, while his right will stay the same.

Naruto will get the yang part of the old mans chakra, making him able to use the truth seeker orbs. He is giving you this power to seal his mother, as she has the Renne-sharingan and wants to get everyone's Chakra. You both touch her with the hand where either a sun or moon mark will appear, and boom, she is sealed. The end. Any questions?] explains Yami in a really fast pace

[What about after that? Will that power stay?] questioned Sasuke

[Yes, but you wouldn't be as strong, so that's why I'm here. Ill let the Old man give you his Chakra, and then after that, Ill give you my own Chakra, making you more powerful. And before you ask, I'm stronger than the Old man.] says Yami in Sasuke's side

[Well, that's it. Hurry up old man before I make your sons gay.] says Yami as he waves his hand and both of them disappear

Regaining consciousness, Yami starts to talk

[They are fine. They are just unconscious. Sakura has healed Sasuke, and Naruto is regenerating from the Bijuu's chakra. You both will stay here, all right?] questioned Yami

[Its time to go.] says both of them as Naruto looks at his right hand and Sasuke looks on his left, only to see a sun and moon symbol.

Smiling, Yami grabs both of their shoulders and teleports them to where they were before. Naruto runs while Sasuke follows behind. Jogging casually, I catch up with them, which makes them surprised.

[Lets head over to Guy. He used the eighth gate. Naruto, send some of the sage's chakra onto Guy's heart when he is burning. That will stop him from dying. Sasuke, you keep Madara busy, while ill cut down the tree.] says Yami as both Naruto and Sasuke nods and start to run faster, while Yami just starts to run at his slowest, which makes him zoom past the both of them. Appearing where Guy uses his final attack, Yami copies it with his Sharingan and just on time, Naruto appears and heals Guy, while Yami cuts down the tree. Sasuke nearly hits Madara, while the tree is falling, making Madara absorb it and regenerate his wounds plus a slight power up.

[Now, shall we dance?] says Madara as Naruto enters Bijuu chakra cloak mode, with Sasuke activating his rennegan.

Throwing a Kunai, Naruto starts to fly towards Madara as he blocks the kunai. Naruto uses his truth seeker orbs to make a staff to try and hit Madara, which fails as he gets blocked by the Madara in the limbo realm. Seeing that Naruto stopped in mid air, Sasuke activates one his Rennegan's abilities and sees another Madara. Naruto retreats and heads for a different direction towards Madara. When Naruto gets near Madara, the limbo clone attacks, but gets dodged, and a scratch comes on the limbo clone when a kunai is thrown from Sasuke, surprising Madara.

[So, one can sense the limbo clone, while the other can see the limbo clone. Very interesting.] remarks Madara as the 3 of them continue to fight. At some point, Madara try's to flee and get the other Rennegan.

[Naruto, you deal with the limbo clone. Sasuke, chase Madara.] says Yami as he himself starts to dash towards Madara, who had just grabbed kakashi's sharingan and putting it in his own eye while healing the connection system towards his eye. Using Kamui, Madara appears in the kamui dimension in the nick of time with half of his body to see Sakura about to destroy the Rennegan.

[Not on my watch!] screams Madara as he makes a staff of a truth seeker orbs that try's to attack Sakura, which fails as Obito kamui's her out, sending her near kakashi. Appearing near Kakashi, Yami starts to talk

[What a shame. You lost your sharingan. Just kidding, its actually better if you didn't have that sharingan.] says Yami in a plain voice

[And how was it bad? At least I could see.] retorts Kakashi

[Ok then, lets go over the faults. Fault number 1. It will continuously drain your chakra, making you not able to increase your reserves. Fault number 2, you already cover the eye with your head band, so what does it matter to even have the eye? Fault number 3. You don't have Uchiha DNA nor do you know anything about seals, so how would you deactivate it? Fault number 4. It drains too much Chakra, even when covered. I can keep going if you want?

Actually, ill explain about the benifits this time. Benefit number 1. Your chidori had been completed. Benefit number 2. You get Kamui, although its only long range. Benifit number 3. Better visual prowess, and Benifit number 4. It looks cool on you. I don't think I can make any more benefits up. That last one was already pushing it.] says Yami as he explains the faults and benefits of the Sharingan

[Anyways, Madara is here, so get you a** up and fight.] says Yami as he drags Naruto's right hand towards kakashi's bleeding eye, and after a few seconds, chakra enters kakashi's eye, and after a few more seconds, and eye appears.

[Well, there you are genius. You lost most of the faults, and gained absolutely nothing. Hope you are happy.] says Yami as he lets go of Naruto's hand and picks up a kunai, throwing it to an area where Madara had just appeared with Obito along with black zetsu on him.

This time, 4 limbo clones come, including the clone that Naruto immobilised. Seeing this, Yami stares at Naruto before sighing and talking again

[Ok, here's the deal. Naruto and Sasuke, you fight the Original Madara. Ill fight the Limbo clones.] says Yami as the both of them nod and appear next to the real Madara, while Yami activates his Rennegan and makes 50 limbo clones appear, that supprises Naruto, who senses 50 presences suddenly appear, Sasuke as he sees 50 Yami's, Madara, as he both feels the presences and sees the 50 Yami's, and surprises the limbo clones them selves. Splitting evenly while 2 limbo clones disappear, making each Madara have to face 12 Yami's.

Madara makes several dozen of meteors appear which makes Naruto and Sasuke get into their Susanoo and make a Rasen-shuriken to cut them apart, but that was already enough time for Madara as he activates his Renne-Sharingan, and enables the infinite Tsukuyomi, making Sasuke quickly go back to where Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura and Yami are and cover them with his Susanoo.

*Yami pov* (After a long time)

[Why did you do that, Sasuke?] I questioned as he stared at me

[What do you mean 'Why did you do that'?] questioned Sasuke with a strange stare

[I mean, you are an Emo, so why would you protect them?] I rebutted as I pointed to Sakura, Naruto and Kakashi

[I protected you as well.] says Sasuke scoffing

[No, you are wrong. I have the Rennegan, and the Renne-sharingan, so I'm immune to this Genjutsu. In fact, a few years ago, when I appeared in the village before Jiraiya died, well fake died, I could of have activated the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Really, I could of have ended the Shinobi world and bore a new chakra fruit that I could of have eaten to gain more power.] I explained as I activated my Renne-sharingan, making everyone there open their mouths.

[I also could of have activated the infinite Tsukuyomi then take out the Akatsuki before they did anything. You guys are really lucky.] I say as I continue on

[Well, besides that, you guys are safe in this Susanoo, so we just need to wait until sunrise, then the light will disappear, and we can go back out.] I said as I start to make dozens of snacks, drinks and a few beds, plus a bathroom, and a private room.

[Sasuke, come with me.] I added as I walk to the private room, which Sasuke listens and follows. When both Sasuke and I are in, I lock the door and strengthen the room until it was impossible to escape.

[Hehehehe.. Time to get to dissecting..] I say in a quiet and freaky tone as I make a chair, like one that you would find in a dentist, and strapped Sasuke to that chair while chaining him up with energy.

[What's the meaning of this?!] questioned Sasuke as he starts to struggle

[The meaning is that I'm going to study your DNA, chakra, and eye. Ill see what makes abilities of the sharingan, and see if there is a way to get rid of the curse of hatred. If you want, ill knock you out so you don't feel pain.] I said with a cheerful smile while putting on 2 light blue gloves, with a small fake blood stain that I made

[Yeah, just knock me out.] says Sasuke which makes me smile widely

[Ok then, ill call Sakura to come if she wants to do anything with you.. romantically.] I say as I start to head out of the room while activating my Mangekyo sharingan and activating my Susanoo to act as another layer of protection against the infinite Tsukuyomi.

[Sakura! Sakura! Where are you?] I questioned while Sasuke started to panic.

[What do you want, Yami?] questioned Sakura while she finished drinking some water

[Sasuke wants to do something with you]. I say

[And wha-] but before Sakura could finish, I interupted

[Romantically.] says Yami, which makes Sakura dash towards me, grabbing my shoulders.

[Where. Where do we do it and where can I find him?] questioned Sakura with a big light in her eyes

[Follow me!] I said, which makes Sasuke scream in terror at what he is hearing

[Just kidding. He is chained up in a room and I'm going to dissect him, so tell me if anything happens.] I said, making Sakura punch me with all of her strength on my back, making me m.o.a.n a bit.

[How does that make you m.o.a.n!?] questioned Sakura while trying to stop the pain invading in her fist

[I used to get punched by Tsunade, and it felt like a bug crawling up my spine, which made me uncomfortable, but this punch, was like a massage. Please hit my back more!!] I said as she grins and starts to punch my back as fast and strongest she can.

When the massage was done, I started to move my hands in a circle motion

[Wow! What an effect! Sakura, ill pay you a million Yen an hour to massage my back!] I say, which catches her attention

[And how would you even get that money?] questioned Sakura

[Well, one of my many abilities is to make something out of nothing. Money included. In fact, i could give you a trillion Yen right now, and I would be filled back with energy in less than a second. Money is no problem, so, would you like this?] I questioned as I make a cond** appear in my hand. After a few seconds, it seems to register in her mind and she immediately tries to pick it up, but I just destroy it with my decay, making her angry.

[Well, goodbye, you perverted rap***. And depending on Sasuke's actions, I might or might not let you to ra** him.] I said, which gets heard by Sasuke who tries to stay the quietest he can.

[Now, off you go!] I say as I kick Sakura back to Naruto, and teleport back to Sasuke

[Heard that?] I questioned as I disable the energy binding him, which makes him immediately grab his lower area while nodding quietly.

[Good. And on top of that, if this expierment succeeds, you will be able to unlock the 6 tome rennegan in both eyes, along with the Renne-sharingan.] I say as i put Sasuke on the chair and knock him out while strapping his arms and legs to a mettle belt

'Ok, lets get started.' I thought as I made 3 shadow clones to help me.

[First, we need to actually see the reaction to cells in this world, so lets start by taking a bit of his blood and seeing if we can see what makes it up. Is it chakra, or just pure blood? That's step 1. Step 2, depending if there really is chakra in the cells, we will need to try to get some kind of thing from his brain, be it a piece of his brain, or just chakra.

What we really need is to see the reaction of chakra in his eyes while we change the frequency and experiment what would happen. Step 3, we will try and either amplify the eyes powers until he gets the 6 tome Rennegan in his right eye, and to see if we can somehow awaken the renne-sharingan. Also, we should try and get other things like the golden Rennegan.

From our knowledge, if we can make the Renne-sharingan's chakra go to a certain place, doesn't that mean we can have the golden Rennegan appear at either the eyes or the Renne-sharingan itself? Or what would happen if we added Yin, healing and light energy to our Renne-sharingan?

So, original, make a few more clones and try to get a gold renne-sharingan. It should either be moving energy around, or just adding energy. Is everyone fine with this?] explains clone 1

[Yep, this is an easy task.] I said as I make a few more clones that go and experiment with their energy

And so, me and the clones got to work for the next hour. We found out that we were able to move the energy of the golden Rennegan on our hand to our forehead, where the renne-sharingan is at. It activated a golden Renne-sharingan without any tomes, but it seemed as if that was the only place where we could put it.

'Alfred, what changes does the golden renne-sharingan add, and how come it isn't the 3rd or 2nd most powerful eye?' I questioned

[This is because the eye was only ever used once, and that was far into the future. You see, the world itself, or in this case, the world laws that count the Otsutsuki and shinobi world can see into the future and see how things are going. If it finds new eyes, it will add it to the leader board, but it has yet to actually find the Golden Rennegan, or the 6 tome Rennegan on both eyes. As for the abilities of the Golden Renne-sharingan, it gives all the Sharingan, Mangekyo, Renne-sharingan, Rennegan, Jougan, and all the eyes that can appear on a persons hand.

Meaning, its the 2nd strongest, as the golden Tenseigan is still a little far off. If you got about 50 more times bigger energy reserves, then you will unlock the golden Tenseigan, which would now be ranked 3rd, and the golden rennegan 4th, and finally the 6 tome rennegan in both eyes fifth, tied with the Golden Byakugan and Renne-sharingan. And other eyes that have yet to be found in the world, like a 9 tome rennegan in both eyes, would not be counted until you have either found definite proof that it exists, or you yourself activate it.

Anyways, if you are able to unlock the Origin eye, and there is still eyes that the world doesn't know about that they have found and you have not activated them, then you will automatically get them, so right now, get the Golden Tenseigan, and then whatever other eyes that ever come will automatically be unlocked without you doing anything.] explains Alfred

'Wow, that's quite the reward for doing absolutely nothing. Anyways, question. Am I allowed to use the inner world's energy for the Tenseigan?' I questioned

[No, you can not, but you can use Subete's energy as a substitute.] says Alfred

'Then ill just unlock the Golden Tenseigan and the Origin eye now. How do I unlock the Golden Tense- wait, never mind. I bet it is me infusing energy into my regular Tenseigan. I got it.' I thought as I activated my Tenseigan and started to focus all of my Yin, healing and light energy into my Tenseigan while Subete started to give me his Yin, healing and light energy as well.

After a few minutes, and both me and Subete are drained of Yin, healing and light energy, I just barely unlocked the golden Tenseigan, automatically opening my Origin eye, which was a plain white with a gold glow at the edges of the eye, with the renne-sharingan being the same colour, and me being able to control it to if I wanted to open the Renne-sharingan, or keep it closed.

While in my thought process, my clones had finished step three, and had given Sasuke the Renne-sharingan along with the 6 tome Rennegan in both eyes, and they added a bonus of activating them both at the same time, which makes my origin eyes get another eye, and unlocking the golden variation, making it now the 2nd strongest eye.

'So this is how broken it will be.. So now I could just have Sasuke unlock all different kinds of eyes with different combinations, and they would all add to my Origin eye. Pretty neat.' I thought as I started to talk with my clones

[Is he stable now?] I questioned

[Yes, everything was a major success. Next, lets try and experiment with Naruto. Maybe we can do something with the Chakra and Uzumaki bloodline. We might be able to even give the the renne-sharingan if everything is a success.] said clone 1 as he hit Sasuke on the head, waking him up, though he didn't wake up before. When he is up, he starts to talk while the clones started to disappear

[Did it succeed?] questioned Sasuke

[Unfortunatly, no. You have lost the Rennegan, sharingan and any other Uchiha trait. We were able to save your life though..] I said in a fake guilty tone

[What?! How are we supposed to seal Kaguya now?] screamed Sasuke as he remembers the conversation he had with the sage of six paths after Yami left

[I'm just messing with you. The operation was a huge success. My clones were able to get the 6 tome rennegan in both of your eyes, and even activated you renne-sharingan, and as a bonus, my clones managed to make them both work at the same time. We could of have probably gotten you stronger, but not only do we not have enough time, it is Naruto's turn to get dissected. As for the new abilities that you have gotten, go find it out by yourself. Get Naruto.] I said as I kick Sasuke out of the door and start to make a few more clones.

[Ok, lets start to discuss what we are going to do with Naruto. We only have 2 hours, and that operation just now also took 2 hours, so we need to find a way to strengthen Naruto.] I said as clone 1 starts to talk again

[Well, if we want him stronger, cant we just give him information about seals? Also, I believe that Kushina was a full Uzumaki, but the Uzumaki came from the Senju, not to mention Minato, who also has Senju DNA as well. So, all we need to do, is strengthen his Senju DNA until he has wood release, and also strengthen his Uzumaki DNA, but try to keep his hair yellow.

After that is done, we will give him all the wood release Jutsu's available, and we will give him all the knowledge about seals that is in this world, besides the Karma seal. Speaking of the Karma seal, we should try to get it. If we somehow cant use a body anymore or some kind of injury our immortality cant regenerate, then we will try and use the karma seal. And also, the idea about what we had before about our last free thing in this world, we should get it. It would give us near infinite power if we succeed.] explains clone 1

[Ok then, its decided. Alfred, use the last free thing to get a custom god tree seed, that is the strongest in all of existence.] I say as a seed appears in my inventory that says 'Strongest Chakra God seed', which confuses me.

'Alfred, why does it say 'Chakra' in it?' I questioned as Naruto arrives and the clones get to work

[You cant actually get a custom god seed for your energy. But I was able to get the strongest. Try to experiment with it and try to get it to take all energy's. On top of that, if you place it in your inner world, then it would grow almost instantly because of the infinite power.] explains Alfred

'Ok then, time to get to work.' I thought as I went to my inner world and made a few clones that duplicated the God seed and started to experiment with the seed. I leave and create another clone that activates his Susanoo, so I deactivate mine and start to head to where Sasuke is training.

[How is the progress?] questioned Yami

[This 6 tome Rennegan is amazing. I have made a Jutsu called 'Kirin' that was incomplete, but with this 6 tome Rennegan, I was able to complete it. The missing part was the fire element. With this Rennegan, plus the Renne-sharingan, I have gained all affinities. I can honestly see why someone would want this power. As for progress, I have gotten used to my eyes, and have been able to use the renne-sharingan like I have been doing it for years, but for the 6 tome Rennegan, I have gotten used to it, but I haven't found out the abilities yet. It's honestly amazing. I feel on top of the world.] explains Sasuke

[Well, power is good and all, but if you do something bad with it, ill take away your Uchiha DNA, leaving you with only your Chakra, skills and your brothers eyes.] I said as I started to walk away. Heading towards where Kakashi and Sakura are, I get my Chastiefol and make it into the pillow form and start to sleep on it.
