[Well, now that we have finished the exhibition match, I will state a few basic rules to make it more entertaining.

1st, No flying unless it is a racial feature. For example, a bird kind of race or bug race.

2nd, No killing obviously. You either knock someone out of the arena or knock them unconscious and push them off the arena.

3rd, no weapons unless they are made out of ki.

4th, no items are permitted.

The 5th rule will be a bit special being that every universe has to protect an item. If it is knocked into the void, the person with the most eliminations in that universe will be eliminated, so you will need to protect that. Other than those 5 rules, more rules will be implemented throughout the tournament. You will gather 10 warriors from each universe in 50 takks. Universe's 1, 5, 8 and 12 are not included by having a mortal level of over 7. Every other universe has a mortal level of less than 7, and if you lose in this tournament of power, that universe will be erased. The winner will win the 7 super dragon balls. The tournament will last 100 takks. Now, dismissed. ] explained the grand priest as the universe's quickly left.

[Hey Whis, how much is 50 takks?] questioned Goku

[50 takks in Earth time is 24 minutes. Roughly.] said Whis

[And how long is 100 takks?] questioned Goku again

[Ok Goku, lets do some math. If 50 takks is 24 minutes, what is 100 takks?] Yami questioned

[That would be double.. so 100 takks would be.. 48 minutes?] questioned Goku

[Yes. Good job. You have succeeded in something. How does it feel?] Said Yami

[How does it feel? I don't feel anything though.] said Goku which just made Goku's likability meter go from 50 to 20 in Yami's perspective.

[Anyways, we need to plan the 10 fighters. I already got a team in my mind, so Ill just say what it is. Me, Goku and Vegeta is obvious. Next, there should be android 18 and Krillen. Master Roshi could be one as well, so that makes 6. As for the others, Tien, Piccolo and Gohan. As for the last one, lets do android 17. He should be super saiyan blue level. Plus his infinite energy can be useful and he can work well with android 18.] suggested Yami

[Yes, that would be a good line up, but we cant sense where android 17 will be. And Vegeta has Bulma pregnant. How do you even know android 17?] questioned Gohan

[Secret. Android 17 should be somewhere protecting animals and I think Whis has a method of birthing Bulma's baby.] said Yami

[So how about this, Goku will get android 17 while Ill get the rest of the people.] added Yami

[Sounds good. But who will be the leader?] questioned Gohan

[You.] Replied Yami

[No, its final.] said Yami, not letting Gohan finish

[Ok then..] said Gohan

[Well, I could go by myself and still win, so it wont make that much of a difference.] said Yami

[Hmm, I'm not too sure about that. There is a rumour going through GodTube. In one of the universes, there is a warrior that can beat a God of Destruction.] said Whis

[GodTube? Is that a ripoff of YouTube? Anyways, I believe I could still beat he or she. And I believe that person would be in universe 11. As for strength.. I know how much it is. I will still be able to beat it, so don't worry.] added Yami

[Why do you think this person is in universe 11?] questioned Whis

[Secret.] casually replied Yami

[Jeez, why do you always have secrets? Also what about Buu?] questioned Goku

[He should be in a slumber by now. It is one of his race downsides. They sleep for a few months randomly.

[Either way gentlemen, we have arrived at Earth.] said Whis as a blue planet came into view.

[Man, it never gets old to see Earth like this.] whispered Gohan

[No, it gets very old.] retorted Yami as he teleported away.

*Yami Pov*

'Now, first Ill head to 18's and Krillens place.' I thought while teleporting again from a mountain to outside a house. I click the doorbell as 18 comes out with a baby in hand.

[Hi, what can I do for you?] she says.

[Yeah, so to make it short, there is gonna be a tournament between all most of the universes and I want you to participate.] I said simply

[What's the prize?] she said

[A wish from the super dragon balls. Though you cant wish for cash. Ill give you money if you participate. Ill give you.. 50 million Zeni. Sound good?] I questioned while collecting money from a certain rich woman who is pregnant and has blue hair.

[What about Marron? And is Krillen going to get invited?] questioned android 18

[Krillen is also gonna get invited and as for Marron, you can leave her with Bulma.] I said

[Well, you need to get to Bulma's place in less than 5 minutes, besides cloths, no tools allowed, and you cannot fly in the tournament. Weapons made of ki is allowed. Anyways, time is precious. Bye.] I quickly said with a wave as I teleport. I continued to invite everyone else until we all gathered at Bulma's house.

[Now we have 10 warriors with about 10 minutes to spare. Me, Goku, Vegeta, android 18 and 17, Krillen, Tien, Roshi, Piccolo and finally Gohan. Gohan is the leader, so listen to him for the rules. Whis, do your magic.] I said as Whis walked up to Bulma with his staff in hand. In the background, Gohan starts to explain the rules.

[Now we are done. Shall we go now?] questioned Whis as a crack suddenly appeared in front of them. Everyone enters as they appear on a huge area that very much resembled a Spinning top.]
