Where You Are

The whole park has very little people and the lines are incredibly short. Is this the power of k-dramas? That's why on every theme-park date the couple manages to get on all the rides happily. It's the power of drama magic.

The teacups are for two people so Dae-Hyun and quickly take one while Yu-Na and Min-Joon take another. Dae-Hyun and I high-five. I look over to Yu-Na and show her a thumbs-up. She looks at me surprised then looks down embarrassed but, with a smile. I am happy with myself.

While Dae-Hyun and I have fun spinning the teacup I notice Yu-Na doing the spinning while Min-Joon has his arms crossed over his c.h.e.s.t. Dae-Hyun and I sigh.

When the ride is over Dae-Hyun goes over to Min-Joon "Boss, lets make a bet" Dae-Hyun says. Min-Joon raises an eyebrow. He seems to be intrigued.

"Go ahead. I'm listening" Min-Joon says. Dae-Hyun points to the go-cart ride.

"The one that reaches the finish line first, by the last round, the loser has to grant the winner's wish" Dae-Hyun says. A grin appears on Min-Joon's face.

"And what would your wish be?" Min-Joon asks.

"I'll tell you when I win" Dae-Hyun says. Min-Joon chuckles.

"We'll see about that" Min-Joon says and the two shake hands.

"Hannah, root for me okay?" Dae-Hyun says.

"Why should she root for you. I'm her boss, if anything she should root for me"

"Yeah, but I'm her friend"

I force a cough to make them look at me "I'm not rooting for anyone" I say, "I'm racing too."

"Me too" Yu-Na says.

The two men look at us surprised "We want a piece of the action too" I say. Yu-Na and I high-five. The two guys smile and so the race begins.

As we race, I somehow end up in the lead but suddenly Min-Joon passes me and is the first one to pass the finish line.

"This is a competition. I'm not going easy on any of you" Min-Joon said. That fired up Dae-Hyun because he was then the second one to pass the finish line, first. It was always between Min-Joon and Dae-Hyun. Yu-Na and I just ended up playing for the fun of it and we even bet on who would win.

Although I think Min-Joon will be the winner since he is the male lead I go for Dae-Hyun.

"I bet 30 won that Dae-Hyun wins" I say. Yu-Na looks at me surprised, then she laughs.

"Have you seen Min-Joon's determination? He'll win for sure" Yu-Na says. I shake my head. She grins "You're on" she says. I race forward laughing.

Suddenly I'm the first one to pass the final finish line before the go-karts start to lose their speed and the race ends.

I realize I won the bet when I wasn't even planning on winning. Everyone looks at me surprised. Yu-Na has a huge smile on her face.

Dae-Hyun starts to laugh. He is in shock.

Min-Joon tries to hold in a smile.

"That is just not fair" Dae-Hyun said.

"Never underestimate your opponent" Min-Joon counters, a grin on his face "Now. What is your wish, go-kart champion?"

"Oh, are you making fun of me now?" I ask him. He nods. I shove him then we continue to walk around the park.

"I don't really have a wish. Just make a mental note that you owe me a wish" I say. Min-Joon grins and nods.

"What's next?" Yu-Na asks.

As the day progressed, Min-Joon started to relax and smile. He even talked with Yu-Na comfortably. I don't know about what because he and Yu-Na were in front of Dae-Hyun and I but they had a nice atmosphere going on.

"Let's go on the roller coaster!" I say. Yu-Na looks at it with a scared expression. Dae-Hyun smiles but Min-Joon is expressionless.

Typically, in these situations the girl gets afraid and stays back while everyone goes to have some fun but the male lead decides to stay back with her or she goes on it anyways but she gets sick and the male lead takes her to the bathroom and then they have a sort of romantic moment on their way back to their friends.

"Are you afraid?" I ask Yu-Na. She forces a chuckle, but she is definitely afraid.

"A little but I can manage" she says.

It was in two's, so Dae-Hyun and I sat behind Min-Joon and Yu-Na. I could catch glimpses of them. Yu-Na had her eyes closed most of the time and would sometimes let out a scream. Dae-Hyun on the other hand was screaming his lungs out.

I noticed Min-Joon didn't let out a single scream and his arms were crossed over his c.h.e.s.t. While I on the other hand was having the time of my life. It's been so long since I last got on a roller coaster. Then we saw the picture.

Min-Joon's face was expressionless with his hands crossed over his c.h.e.s.t, Yu-Na covered her eyes with her hands. Dae-Hyun was holding onto the rails and had an ugly expression of him yelling while I had a huge smile with my hands up in the air.

Yu-Na, Dae-Hyun and I were laughing.

"That was so scary!" Yu-Na said.

"But fun" Dae-Hyun said.

"Says the guy that was screaming so loud, anyone would think he was being tortured" I chuckle.

Dae-Hyun and Yu-Na continue walking while talking about the experience. I realize Min-Joon isn't with us. I turn around and see him by a trashcan.

It can't be…can it?

"Min-Joon, are you okay?" I ask him.

"I just need a rest" he said. He then placed his hand over his mouth, looking down at the trashcan.

"Could it be that you're scared of rollercoasters?" I asked. He didn't answer "Why didn't you say anything?"

"I didn't want to ruin the fun" he said. I was surprised by that. He was actually being considerate. I didn't think he was capable of that. I thought he used up all of his consideration when he took me into his home.

"Well, the fun is kind of ruined, now that you're sick" I say. I look over to where Yu-Na and Dae-Hyun should be, but they weren't there anymore, and there were suddenly more people around.

"They're gone" I say then roll my eyes. This is the cliché group getting separated scene. I check my phone to try and call them but just my luck "No signal" I say.

Just how are the main couple going to have a romantic moment if they aren't together?!

Min-Joon looks at his phone then puts it back in his pocket "We'll have to walk around until we find them" Min-Joon says. He must not have signal either.

"Let's go" Min-Joon said. He quickly takes me by the hand and walks forward.

"What are you doing?" I ask him.

"You're so small you can easily get lost in a crowd" Min-Joon said "Don't think too much into it"

I look at his hand as it holds mine. I feel my face get hot and wonder if caught Min-Joon's cold. I look up at Min-Joon and see his face flushed red.

"Why is your face is red?" I ask him "You're not getting a fever, are you?"

Min-Joon stops in his tracks then looks at me "Your face is red too, but you don't see me mentioning it!" he says loudly and a bit embarrassed as well. I can't help but feel embarrassed either. Both of us look away but neither let go of each other's hand.

"We have to find the others" I say.

"Yeah" Min-Joon agrees.
