Young Justice: The Super Soldier

Infinity Island August 7th

Atop the outer walls of the castle-like structure built into the mountain island runs two men one was in a red suit and the other had a shield with a star in the middle of it, the man in the red Reached his back for something.

A red arrow latches onto the black kevlar of a masked, armed guard. Looking down in confusion for a moment, before they can grab it they're hit by flow electricity. Running past the fallen guard, the two infiltrators has an opening.

A red arrow is shot up, with a rope attached to the shaft. As it hits the floor of the next story it opens up to form a tripod that spikes into the ground. They climb up without getting noticed.

Now there's finally a clear image of the hero, red top, red bow, red quiver all lined in black, ending with black pants, boots, domino mask. The hair is unmistakably orange, though the costume has changed it's Red Arrow aka Roy Harper and right beside him was a man in a black but had red and white stripes, with a star in the middle of his c.h.e.s.t and a mask with wings on both sides and an A in the middle of his forehead it was the American hero himself Captain America Aka Steve Rogers.

Sanctuary August 6th.....

Cap was sitting in front of a large screen with his feet on the console holding a piece of paper with ten numbers on it and he was grinning like it was Christmas but soon he hears his phone going off next to him *Pzzz* *Pzzz*.

When Cap picked up the phone he was shocked to see who it was, the name on the screen showed the name 'Red Arrow' not wanting it to go to voicemail he picked it up "Roy Wasn't expecting a call from, what's-?"

Roy cuts him off "look I wouldn't call if it wasn't important, a scientist is missing her name is Dr Roquette, is there a way you can track her?"

"Yea I can but it would take at least a day to get the exact location" Cap knew in the show it was August 7th when Roy rescued the Dr but with his technology, he could track her in seconds but not wanting to screw the story up he decided to say it would take a day.

"Okay, where can we-?" before toy could ask anything he saw a beam of light surrounding his body before a white flash blinded him.

when he opened his eyes he was confused because he was no longer in his hideout but instead he was in what looks to be a cave filled with vehicles, Giant machinery and Androids working on them.

"What do you think it took a while to build this," a familiar voice said surprising Roy making him turn around, and when he did he saw Steve standing there holding his phone.

"how am I here? I wasn't next to a boom tube" A confused Roy questioned.

"Well, where you right now is Sanctuary, completely of the grind away from the league" Cap simply says as he walks back to his computer "And how I teleported who...Well even if I explain you wouldn't know."

he begins typing at his computer showing multiple files "Dr Roquette Nanorobotics genius and claytronics expert at Royal University in Star City- vanished about a week ago...interesting."

"Yea I been tracking her for a while and the league hasn't noticed," Roy says with a bit of anger as he walks next to Steve who was still typing.

"I activated a Satellite she will be found in a day maxed," Cap says while looking at a screen showing a world Globe but he also noticed Roy placing a small device hidden behind his computer console 'heh so still under the influence of the light...time play a little game'.

"Until then make yourself at home but don't go to the surface yet other than feel free to time around," Cap says as he walks away leaving Roy to wonder.

A day later in the present time...

"Wait, a camera," Roy says to Cap as he Stands behind a corner, he then strings a red-fletched arrow onto his red bow, looking to the security camera pointed right where he needs to be. Just outside its range, he fires the arrow tip circles through, creating a loop that is then overriding what's happening on the security footage.

"wouldn't it be easier if we took out the security room?" Cap questions only to get a look of annoyance from Red Arrow.

Coming out from behind the corner Cap throws his shield hitting a guard, knocking him to the ground quickly. The guard beside them notices and takes aim, but before he can fire he is shot in the gut by one of Roy's arrows.

In a room, that has been turned into a modified computer lab a woman sits before the screen, typing away.

"We're losing patience. Complete the project or forfeit your life." a computerized, though likely being transmitted from another location to her.

"I'm completing as fast as I can," she responds not even looking away from her computer screen.

A pounding at the door hinders any further response from the guards. One walks in front of it to open it, but can't as it's kicked in with a boom.

The other guard turns his gun to Speedy firing quickly. Though he manages to duck underneath the shots, using the heel of his hand to knock the gun out the way of the guard then hitting him in the gut with his bow, lifting it to catch under their chin. Then continuing the motion over his head to swipe it across their face, Roy Then finally launch a hard cross at the nose. Knocking the guard to the ground, walking through the door Cap was impressed at the display of techniques Roy showed.

The woman looks up at them in surprise.

"Dr Roquette?" Roy questions, walking past her.

"Tell me you're the advanced guys." she pleads, annoyance flooding her words.

Speedy pulls an arrow from his quiver. "We are the only guys," he admits, nocking it.

She looks to the just barely-maybe eighteen-year-old. "You couldn't bring anymore back up?" she demands. "What, were there budget cuts?"

A bell tolls from outside the room, they've finally realized something's wrong. Henchmen head down the halls, Cap hearing the sound of multiple guards coming he gets ready for a fight.

"I'll cover, get her out of here" Cap orders as he tightened the strap of his shield.

"What did I say about ordering me and besides theirs too many," Roy said in a little concern but was pissed about taking orders like he was the sidekick.

"Maybe but I already figured out my escape route so hurry up and leave." Cap said not looking back.

Not bothering to argue Roy aims an arrow at the wall, this one tipped with a blue/grey canister rather than an arrowhead. Releasing it into the wall creates a rather impressive explosion and a giant hole that the Dr and himself can get through.

Roquette coughs from the smoke, "Now-or-never time, doc." he says over his shoulder.

She looks down at the device that stands just below her waist height while upright on the ground. "We can't leave this."

"My partner is staying behind for this rescue mission so I take it, or I take you." Red Arrow snaps.

"Right," she mutters, removing her glasses. "Take me."

Speedy fires another arrow with a rope attached to it. Which he tries to a now exposed cross-member. Holding his arm and hand out to offer his right side to the doctor. She grabs on. "Hang on."

Just as the guards make it into the room while they're zipping down the line but before they can shoot Cap goes on the attack by knocking the guns out of their hands and kicking one of the guards back into the hallway knocking multiple guards down Cap the follows suite disappearing into the dark seconds later multiple gunshots could be heard.

Meanwhile at the bottom of the mountain on a sandy beach. Roy and Dr go towards something that is covered in a camouflage tarp. Red Arrow rips it off to reveal a blue speeding boat. Roquette climbs in, letting Speedy push the boat into deeper water.

"So what do you call this, the Arrow-boat?" she questions as Speedy makes the jump into the boat's rear seats then up to the driver seat.

"I call it a rental," Roys says as he starts the boat "Hopefully that idiot survives" he grumbles as he takes off.

Meanwhile, in a long hallway, multiple unconscious soldiers were piled up including the League of Assassins teacher "Sensei" the only one left standing was a man in a black and white, red, blue suit it was none other Captain America.

"ARGH" Cap yelled in pain as he slowly pulls out the knife of his shoulder "Now time to look for the central command centre."

As Steve walks he hears more footsteps coming his way but this time only 2 people were walking in his direction, a man and young woman around the age of 17.

The man was tall and daunting with green eyes, he has black hair with grey streaks and has a long black moustache and wild black eyebrows the man was Ra's al Ghul.

The young women, on the other hand, in words was completely stunning she had long black hair, dark brown eyes that you could get lost in, tanned skin with a square jawline that went well with her facial features, Cap could see her body was slim but trained in martial arts and archery, this woman was Nyssa al Ghul the daughter of the demons head Ra's al Ghul. (took me so long to figure out what she would look like)

As Ra's was walking slowly towards Steve there was a chill in the air but was calm but all that was going through Cap's head was 'Why is he here?' without much delay, he stomps on the edge of his shield making it fly upward back onto his arm.

"Quite impressive, Captain," Ra's says coldly "It's good to finally meet you my name is Ra's al Ghul," he said while bowing.

"Yea I know who you are it's better if we hurry this up so I can leave," Cap said as he straps up his shield.

"Fine but it's better if we go to the courtyard," Ra's says as points to the direction of the end of the hall indicating the way out "After all if this you're last battle then let's make it entertaining."

Thinking for a moment Steve holsters his shield onto his back "thats fine by me" after saying this he walks past Ra's and continued onward towards the courtyard.

"Father why are yo-" Nyssa said confused but soon was cut off by Ra's.

"He caused me a lot of trouble back in 1942 so I'm simply making an example of him," Ra's said with a small grin on his face understanding the situation Nyssa and Ra's begun walking towards to courtyard.

Infinity island courtyard August 7th...

The league gathered as they surrounded the confrontation of Ra's and Cap fight on the courtyard including the now awoken sensei who look displeased with his defeat, in fact, he wanted to go over rip out Caps throat but feared Ra's would rip out his before he could get the chance.

"Have you chosen a sword?" Ra's said as he took off his green cloak.

"Don't need one I have my shield" Cap replied unfazed by Ra's chilling nature.

"I see, after all your nothing without that shield," Ra's said with a grin, it was obvious he's trying to edge on Cap by losing his shield.

But surprising Ra's, Steve just smirked and holstered his shield onto his back again and went into a stance while everyone was thinking Cap was a fool for doing so.

"Since you can come back to life I don't need to hold back right?" Cap said surprising everyone.

"If you must but you are underestimating your opponent" Ra's replied slightly annoyed by Steves boldness but was curious about his ability.

The arena went quiet, after a few seconds Ra's threw his sword towards Cap but before it could hit Steve simply turned his body making it miss but before it could go past he grabbed the handle and threw it back at Ra's but Ra's simply dodged and ran towards Cap with a knife he had hidden behind his back.

When he reached Cap, Ra's started his attacks by slashing sideways and upwards but no matter how much skill he used with the knife Cap blocked it by using krav maga but catching him by surprise Ra's dropped his knife into the other hand and stabbed Cap in the gut.

"ARGH" Wanting to create some room Cap picked kicked away sending Ra's flying and once landing back on the ground you could hear a *Crack*, quickly grabbing a small capsule from his utility belt cap aimed it at the wound and press a button causing the capsule to release cold smoke onto the wound freezing it.

Ra's getting back up he groans as he notices his ribs are broken which he gave a sinister smile and says "Well, Captain its time get serious." as he cracks his neck.

"I can do this all day" Cap replied while getting into a fight stance.

"We'll see about that" Ra's then charges towards Cap again this time using different sets of martial arts but cap simply returns the favour using taekwondo, Krav maga, boxing etc slowly as the fight went on Caps martial arts got sharper and stronger than ever it before so did Ra's al Ghuls.

As Ra's went for a round-house kick Cap blocked it and started punching his broken ribs which "ARGH" Ra's yelled in pain but he soon knee-kicked Steves stomach both of them were in pain but carried on fighting.

The league was in awe of the display of techniques that was shown by both parties even Nyssa al Ghul who started training at the age of 6 was surprised at the techniques.

A few seconds after Both Cap and Ra's pushed kicked teacher away landing on their backs but they both done a Kip-up landing on their feet but this time Ra's landed next to his sword so he picked it back up ready for another battle.

"I must say, Captain, you are very impressive how about we and this and make a deal?" Ra's said with a grin.

"If it means ending this then I'm listening," Cap said as he grabs his shield from his back.

Ra's the sheath his sword and began talking "How about I crown you the new heir to the demons head" when Ra's said this Cap was surprised but before he could answer Ra's added, "And you will be engaged to my daughter, Nyssa Al Ghul."
