Young Justice: The Super Soldier

Mount Justice...August 10th

Everyone gathers around a capsule with Steve laying inside he had on an oxygen mask with multiple Scars, Bruising and bullet wounds on his body "Who could've done this?" Kaldur was the first to speak seeing as everyone was speechless at the state of their teammate.

"Once I get my hands on whoever did this they gonna be sorry!" Connor was absolutely furious from seeing his brother in a weakened state.

But just before Connor stormed off from the team Batman came into the medical room, He didn't say anything at first but glare at the recovering Captain before speaking "All of you meet me in the debriefing" He said leaving everyone alone.

A few minutes later the whole team gathered in the mission, Miss Martian, Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash and Superboy who was standing at the back of the team like alway and lastly the new member Artemis.

At the front of the team, Batman with Canary and Red Tornado stood by his side looking on at the team, Once witnessing everyone was gathered, Batman pressed a screen on his gauntlet as a giant screen popped up beside him, On the screen, it showed a crashed Aircraft in a forest with broken down trees "This Aircraft was found a few minutes away from your location....and it appears to belong to Steve Rogers" when he stated this the team's eyes widened.

"When did Cap get his own Jet?" Kid Flash Asked in confusion before his eyes started shining "Wait Do we get our own Jets too." He said in an excited tone before getting elbowed in the ribs by Robin.

"Dude, not the time," Robin said before turning his back towards Batman.

Batman waited a few seconds to get Kid Flash's attention again before talking "Next to the aircraft was Bronze Tiger and Killer Croc but in the forest where we found multiple broken tree's and Deadshot we also believe there was another by the footmarks we found who uses a sword."

Robin's eyes widen "Do you think it was the league of shadows?" when he said this Artemis who was close by started to pay closer attention "Cap was missing for the last couple of hours after fighting them."

Batman was silent for a second's "It's a possibility" he simply states "But we don't know for sure since they have a history of being hired guns" the team then began to talk amongst each other with different theories each time.

Batman then left leaving everyone alone to think about Caps condition.

Mount justice August 12th...

Recognize: Artemis; B-0-7

Artemis appears coming out from the Zeta Tube, wearing her brown jacket, white t-shirt showering off her thin belly and tight black jeans with black heel boots displaying her long legs, even in casual clothing she looked stunning.

As she was walking she could hear clunking coming from the halls curious she followed the sounds walking past multiple doors until she reaches the Mount Justice gym where her eyes widened as her face began to blush.

In the gym, Artemis saw a shirtless Cap showing off his incredible physique while using a salmon ladder, Artemis eyes were glued onto his body as she looked up and down while biting her cover lip seeing the sweat drizzling from his abs. (basically Chris Evans physique)

"Wow seems like you don't mind showing off a bit do you?" Artemis said as she leaned against the door frame while checking him out "Not that I mind it."

Hearing Artemis he glanced over as he began to look up and down at her as a smile went across his face "You don't look too bad yourself." Cap then let go of the bar leaving it at the top of the salmon ladder while landing on his feet and went towards her "You must be Artemis, welcome to the team."

"So how long you been up?" Artemis asked as she noticed the mess around the gym such as broken punching bags, left out dumbells and other gym equipment.

"Well since last night." Cap replied before going towards a treadmill where his shirt was hanging "I would love to talk longer but I need a shower before leaving." Cap said grabbing his shirt as he starts to leave.

"Wait, I thought you lived here?" Artemis didn't get much information from the team about Cap the only one who knew the most about him was Connor aka Superboy but he didn't give Artemis much information either since he didn't trust Artemis all that much with Caps personal life.

"I used too but I live in Washington now," Cap said as he walks pass Artemis who continues to follow and asks more questions but Cap didn't mind all that much.

"So why the shield?" Artemis asked, from what the team told her the shield was really special but no one seem to know what it is made of.

"Its something I got attached to during the war," Cap said which caused Artemis eyebrow to raise because not many on the team actually knew about Cap going to war since the league kept it secret.

She continued to ask more questions which is very unlike her but for some reason it seemed easier to talk to him than most people, it soon ended as Cap arrived at his old room immediately Artemis knew this room was special since the door looked different from the rest, as she was about to ask a small blue light began to scan Cap as he stood in front of the door.

"Welcome back Mr Rogers." a feminine voice said as the door opened which at first freaked Artemis out.

"What was that?!!" Artemis went on alert as she looked around only to see no one was there.

"Whoa, now this is a room." Artemis was in awe about the room if it can be called that since it was quite massive 'Wait is all the rooms in this mountain like this'

"Feel free to look around, I'm going for a shower," Cap said leaving Artemis alone, he honestly didn't care all that much she couldn't hack his computer and all the stuff on display was deactivated, The first thing she did was go towards the cars and motorbikes.

After a few minutes go by as Cap came back out of his bathroom only to see Artemis was missing, at first he thought she left but suddenly one of his cars engine roars, looking over he saw Artemis sitting in a Boss 429 Mustang with a smile across her face.

Seeing Artemis Cap walked over to her and tapped the window "Looks like you're having fun," she turned her head in surprise as she wasn't paying much attention.

Seeing Cap she then quickly got out and handed him the keys "Sorry, I saw this car and-" before she could finish Cap held up his indicating for her to stop.

"I understand so don't worry about it" Cap then stopped talking for a few seconds and looked at the keys as if he was in deep thought before tossing back to her "You can have it if you want."

"Wait, what..." Artemis was shocked by this, he basically threw it away like it was nothing "You do know how much this goes for right?"

"Honestly I Don't remember but I have 10 of them so go ahead" Cap replied as he grabs his shield "Just tell Holiday where you live and it will be delivered anyways I'm heading home." after saying this Cap left leaving Artemis staring at her new car.

Washington, DC August 12th...

Flying over the city in his Quinjet, Cap was going through files on a display screen in the c.o.c.kpit where he was sitting, on the screen it had a blueprint of some sort Cap stared deeply at the screen as if he was in a deep train of thought.

"You might need to see this sir." after Jarvis said this a new screen popped over the blueprint which now showed the news channel with Cat grant as the lead reporter who seemed to be in a panic.

"This is Cat Grant reporting in from Washington, a battle has broken out, multiple assailants with the known criminal FireFly who is setting fire to multiple buildings-" Cat kept speaking but Cap already heard enough.

Cap got out of his seat and went to the Cargo Bay where a metal suitcase was being kept, Cap grabbed the metal case and pressed his hand in the middle a bright light shined before a *Click* sound could be heard, Cap opened the suitcase to show a suit with his classic Red, white and blue colours. (upgraded Endgame game suit)

'Thank. you. Jarvis,' Cap said with a smile across his face, When Jarvis sent the Jet to transport him back to Mount Justice The Super A.I also stored the new suit on board the ship knowing something happened.

Despite how the suit looked it had tech that even Batman didn't have, it also had Ice resistance and flame resistance although the suit would be destroyed if lava landed on it, and the helmet was also attached to the neck collar which had a small voice module hidden in the material located near the neck which thanks to the material a bullet couldn't even pierce it.

The helmet was also bulletproof and was also fitted with a radio which connects to every frequency nearby, also the gauntlets and gloves were able to listen in on people as long as Cap had his hand on a nearby wall and the gauntlets were able to copy another person hand print if they came in contact beforehand.

And now the utility belt which held a lot more than just pellets and his grapple gun but the suit had also another upgrade called Mode which was specifically built to fight certain enemies such as Kryptonite mode which made everything in the suit and the suit itself able to go toe to toe with Superman.

"Sir we have arrived," Jarvis said as the ship stopped.

A smile went across his face as he picked up his shield and strapped onto his arm "Jarvis...open the doors" as Cap ordered the back door of the jet opened without another thought Cap ran and jumped out into the city where gun fire could be heard.

A:N Slow I know but life has been hectic and probably will continue to be for a while and if the writing on here is wacky then sorry I had to write a little like every few days and I had written 5 drafts and this was the only one that made sense...kinda there was another but it was weird.

Oh btw I had time to catch up on Young Justice season 3 since I felt like it would've been a crime not to watch (spoiler ahead so leave this chapter if you hadn't seen the latest stuff)

and how does everyone feel about Will and Artemis because honestly, I don't like it I'm still in denial of wally (HE'S DEFINITELY IN THE SPEED FORCE! DONT YOU LIE TO ME) and I wanna ask what do think of it? do you ship or no?
